We came in to test drive a CX-5, and were not ready to buy. Chad was great, he didn't hassle us. He asked some standard questions about what we were looking for. My wife had a pretty specific idea in mind of what she wanted. He listened and gave us his card and said I'd love to work with you. A couple weeks later, I stopped in to check and see how the Sam's Club and Costco discounts worked. He recognized me and explained those discounts and then told me that the exact vehicle my wife wanted came in that day. In the end we ended up buying from him and my wife is thrilled with her car. She loves the added bonus of getting car washes for $5.00 from Holiday and the discount on gas. Loved working with you guys.

Since 1986 I have purchased 4 new vehicles from Wayzata Mitsubishi. The sales team has always been helpful and courteous. Never pushy. They have never tried to "push" a car on me, they have always helped me find the right car for me. More important than the sales, is the Service Department. On these 4 cars, I have put on over 625,000 miles. With that amount of driving, service is needed once in awhile. NEVER have I had to return my car because the work wasn't done right the first time. That's impressive. These guys are great!The reason I keep returning to Wayzata Mitsubishi is because they haven't given me a reason NOT to. I look forward to purchasing my next car there.
