This was my second time purchasing from Bill Hood Ford. I was in the market due to unfortunate circumstances. The fine folks here did an outstanding job and turned my frown upside down! Thanks to everyone!

Very Pleasant Experience - Pleasantly Pleased Purchaser
I recently shopped at Terrebonne Lincoln and had nothing but good things to say about the experience. I was there on a Wednesday to browse and purchased the car by Friday afternoon. Sales Representative was very polite, pleasant, and offered quick service. He offered me to take the car home overnight for a test drive which was very conventient. It allowed my husband to see/ride/drive the car when he otherwise wouldn't have been able to because of a busy work schedule. Each of the three times I went there, I didn't have to wait. Mark was quick on his feet. After the purchase and demo, he offered to repeat the demo another day if I needed. Mark was very knowledgeable about the Lincoln Continental and sincere. I also had the opportunity to deal with James Relan, the business manager. He was also as pleasant and friendly. He was very prompt and knowledgeable in handling the sale. Overall, the dealership provided a positive experience for me. Everyone I encountered there was very polite and friendly.
GREAT Experince - Lachoupic
Chris, salesman, was very courteous and polite. He cane back with a deal I felt very comfortable with and he made the sale in one try. Everyone I dealt with, Dawn and Chris, are the best in the business.
2015 250 - Rosco
No pressure, no hassle, and no fuss. I was a cash sale and it did not affect the deal. Some other dealers had issue with that. Great job to Cory and Eric.
Excellent Service Experience - Bab
Excellent service experience from the moment the appointment was made to the point I returned to retrieve my vehicle. Cannot thank Quinton and Mike Dickinson enough for the outstanding Sales and Service experience! They set the bar high!
if you think you're getting a good deal, you're not - dr arnold
I wanted to wait a few months, to cool down before posting.
This is the place where enemies send people they hate.
Salesman #1 was a jerk.
Saleswoman #1 was a dingbat.
Sales manager #1 decent, honest.
Finance man#1 dishonest crook.
So i wanted a certain car in a certain color.
The car was only available at banner. never met banner ford, but hey, its a ford dealer- they must be good, right?
if it wasnt for the sales manager, i would have walked.
Salesman #1 told me if i wanted to pay cash,
i shouldn't come.
If i wanted to finance with ford,
I shouldn't come.
Je even sent me a text saying he didn't want my business.
All the time he was telling the sales manager i was being difficult.
after speaking with the sales manager, we agreed banner would fix certain things, i would buy the car and leave a good review. He turned the deal over to sales woman#1 to complete the deal.
So we go to the finance man, who was really a prize. He tells us for us to finance the car we MUST purchase a warranty on a car still under warranty or i cant get financed.
Additionally he told me i had been turned down by ford and only a local bank would finance me.
My response was i would just pay cash.
The finakce mans response was to become angry, and refuse to complete the transaction.
Back to the sales manager.
The sales manager stepped in and proceeded to convince the finance man to do his job.
The finance man then lied, saying the promo rate ford was offering was not available and i was only approved by ford at an unrealisticly high rate.
A quick call to ford proved the promo rate was still available, and that the finance man never sent my application to ford.
The sales manager was befuddled by the finance man, and couldnt inderstand why the finance man wasbold face lying.
This was met by the finance man with comments of "Well normally i dont have to deal with YOU PEOPLE. Customers come in here and have bank financing lined up. I really don't like you and dont want you to have this car. I would rather see banner lose money sending it to the auction"
Ford can't tell you which deals they offer on the internet, and ford cant tell you if i dont send an application or not. I'm going to make sure you never get financed by ford EVER.
"I dont send deals to ford because they dont run up the interest rate and pay me the difference"
What is going on here?
The sales manager forces the finance man to take my money, but the finance man wont give me the paperwork i need because the finance man just doesnt feel like filling out the 4 lines of the form.
They said they would have the paperwork ready ofr me to pick up in 24 hours. It actually took 6 weeks, and they mailed it to me instead, and it was still missing forms.
They fixed most everything we agreed to, but i never got a 2nd master key to my car, they didnt fix a door seal, and they used fingernail polish to repair a scratch.
The sales manager stated Banner would use a man with an air brush to cover the scratch, but sales woman#1 stated the sales manager is a liar, Banner does not do professional work, and there are fingernail paint fixes all over the lot."
I asked her to show me just one, and i wouldnt complain. She said she was too busy with coffee.
I followed her back to the coffee where we passed 2 men with an air brush machine.
I asked her to step outside and show me which man did the repair.
She told me "Look we have your money, you have a car, and i have coffee."
I asked if there was anyone besides the Internet i could talk to?
She just walked away.
They even put the wrong oil in the car.
Great Place to Purchase - Steve123

A great Sales Experience with Jake Graffagnini - Old c guy
It's not often to have a used car sales experience with a person that knowledgeable, professional, upbeat, and friendly. Jake Graffagnini is an excellent person to work with, foloowed through with the sale effeciently and respected my time. Congratulations on hiring a person like him to take care of your customers.
Damaged My Vehicle - RDOUGHE963
Took my NEW f150 in for oil change, tire rotation and state inspection, they gave me the bill, I paid it, went to my truck to find a large paint chip and dent on the drivers door. They agreed to fix it at another one of their shops because they do not do body work, made and appt and was told one day 2 days max to get my truck back, its now a week, excuses, failure to return calls, MORE EXCUSES , even thought they made a special appt. to have it repaired, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, I believe they are dishonest and the place is a DUMP, FORD SHOULD BE ASHAMED, I will update after my Lawyer files a claim for keeping my vehicle from me for a week and the distress it caused me and possible further repair and loss of vehicle value. I would give this PLACE ZERO STARS if it was an option.
Jay gives the best deal he possibly can, when he delivers... - srt
Jay gives the best deal he possibly can, when he delivers the vehicle, he makes sure everything is 100% correct before he walks away. I would highly recommend this dealership - I live in Baton Rouge and it was worth driving to New Orleans to purcahase a vehicle. No games played here.
I really had a wonderful experience at Crescent Ford, I... - STB1969
I really had a wonderful experience at Crescent Ford, I dealt directly with the sale manager Joe Monaghan. He and his staff were very professional, and treated me like I was family! I would definitely recomend that if anybody was shopping for a New or Used Truck or S U V, go there and you will see what im talking abot. Oh and by the way from the time I got there and picked out my used 2012 For Escape the whole process from start to finish was less than an hour!!!

The salseman was helpfull not pushy and very personable. - JMPENNINGTON
When I bought the car, one of the extras i liked was the active backup lines. this was a major sale point to me. When I re-synced the system the active lines went away. Both dealers said that this vin did not come with the active backup lines. and I could not get them without a $2000 dollar upgrade. How were thy there in the first place? Apparently the required hardware and electronics are there. What would it take to install the active backup lines, again. Keep in mind within 6 months some one is going to crack the system. Ford should be making the profit on the active backup lines upgrade. again the hardware is there and functions I used it for 3 days before I reset the system. I am in essence being told that I have lied about the situation. This does not bode well customer relationship. the Salesman Bill was great!
