The worst - Kimber@2319
Did a trade in and purchased a 2018 f150. On the way home had transmission problems. called my salesman right away and told him about the problem. Asked to return the truck and take my old truck back and have been lied to on multiple occasions about the deal being completely put threw when I have been told from multiple people that it can’t be titled that quick to where the deal couldn’t be reversed. I haven’t had the truck 24 hours and they will not take care of the problem. They take the truck in service and then I get told I need to drive the truck 2000 miles for the transmission to learn how I drive. xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx This is the worst service I have ever had from any for dealer. Only giving one star because I had to select something
Great Service - Terrie Bonds
These guys are really nice to work with. They go above and beyond to address the customer's needs. Shawn Gardner has helped me buy 2 vehicles and hasn't let me down yet. If you are looking for easy transactions, this is the place to go!
2015 250 - Rosco
No pressure, no hassle, and no fuss. I was a cash sale and it did not affect the deal. Some other dealers had issue with that. Great job to Cory and Eric.
GREAT Experince - Lachoupic
Chris, salesman, was very courteous and polite. He cane back with a deal I felt very comfortable with and he made the sale in one try. Everyone I dealt with, Dawn and Chris, are the best in the business.

Let down - Avery0205
Took my expedition in because the front AC was not blowing at all, power steering fluid was leaking, and the vehicle was making a horrible grinding sound.
To make a long story short, the AC wasn’t fixed because it was diagnosed as a wiring issue which wasn’t covered by my extended warranty company-
The power steering fluid leak was corrected by installing a new rack and pinion assembly (covered). I was told that my vehicle was road tested and that the grinding noise must have been caused by the power steering pump being low on fluid. ( I doubt whether or not it was in fact road tested because the odometer reading going in shop and odometer out shop had not changed)
I explained to them that it was not a whining type noise, but a grinding-(sounds like a snowball machine cutting ice!!!)
Needless to say, I was informed the vehicle was ready- I picked up the vehicle- still making the same grinding noise, the interior trim was lying on the floor board( hadn’t been put back in place after troubleshooting the AC), and I quickly discovered the same evening that both high beams are out, both fog lights are out, 1 reverse light is out, and 1 low beam is out-
I called the service dept to explain the situation and was told adamantly that they didn’t touch the lights/wiring...but I know they were certainly working fine before bringing it in for service. After having my vehicle for nearly a week, no concessions were offered to waive a second diagnostic fee. I was simply told to bring it back in for them to have a second look- Needless to say, my portion of service costs, after warranty was 560.00 dollars.. A little advice to this service dept - you guys are the professionals- my livelihood and yours depend on great service- treat people the way you want to be treated.
Terrible bait and switch😡 - DDejohn
Negotiated a deal with Mike Smith, agreed to purchase & drove an hour to pick up vehicle. When I arrived the sales manager said the vehicle was not available. He said it sold and that he could get a dealer trade but couldn’t honor the quote. Bad Business at best. Beware the leadership at this dealership are not honest.😡😡
Still waiting on Inspection - Still Waiting
My Ford Explorer was purchased used with an extended warranty. I brought it to Pep Boys. Their analysis showed it was the harmonic balancer. After speaking with a rep from the extended warranty company, I had it towed to the place of purchase, Premier Honda. After inspection by Honda, they had the same diagnostics as Pep Boys, Harmonic Balancer, however, they did not have the proper tools to complete the job, so they recommended I tow it to a Ford Service company. On August 15th, It was towed to Veterans Ford in Metairie, where it has sat. I spoke with a service representative at Veterans Ford on August 17th. She told me it would be a few days before the mechanic can inspect the vehicle. I called again on Aug 21st and was told it will take another 2 weeks before an inspection can be done. This is totally unacceptable. I am now looking for another Ford service center so I can, once again, have the vehicle towed to a more reliable business.

Jay gives the best deal he possibly can, when he delivers... - srt
Jay gives the best deal he possibly can, when he delivers the vehicle, he makes sure everything is 100% correct before he walks away. I would highly recommend this dealership - I live in Baton Rouge and it was worth driving to New Orleans to purcahase a vehicle. No games played here.
I really had a wonderful experience at Crescent Ford, I... - STB1969
I really had a wonderful experience at Crescent Ford, I dealt directly with the sale manager Joe Monaghan. He and his staff were very professional, and treated me like I was family! I would definitely recomend that if anybody was shopping for a New or Used Truck or S U V, go there and you will see what im talking abot. Oh and by the way from the time I got there and picked out my used 2012 For Escape the whole process from start to finish was less than an hour!!!

The salseman was helpfull not pushy and very personable. - JMPENNINGTON
When I bought the car, one of the extras i liked was the active backup lines. this was a major sale point to me. When I re-synced the system the active lines went away. Both dealers said that this vin did not come with the active backup lines. and I could not get them without a $2000 dollar upgrade. How were thy there in the first place? Apparently the required hardware and electronics are there. What would it take to install the active backup lines, again. Keep in mind within 6 months some one is going to crack the system. Ford should be making the profit on the active backup lines upgrade. again the hardware is there and functions I used it for 3 days before I reset the system. I am in essence being told that I have lied about the situation. This does not bode well customer relationship. the Salesman Bill was great!
