This dealership consistently goes above and beyond for the customer. This is our second purchase from Northpark and our expectations were exceeded both times. Chris is an exceptional salesman that is very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He has a true talent for listening to the individual needs of each customer and recongizing which options will best suite them. Matt truely does make the Northpark experience by ensuring the customer feels valued and by making the customer’s satisfaction a priority. I highly recommend this dealership, and specifically Chris as a salesman as he will not disappoint! I could not be more pleased with my purchase and the way that I was treated from start to finish. I never once felt as if I was being manipulated. Buying my vehicle was a very stress-free process and I refuse to purchase my next vehicle from anywhere other than Northpark.

I purchased a new Murano SL model year 2017.5 on 5/8/17, from another dealer. The Foward Emergency Braking did not work. On 10/24/17 the dealer I purchased the car from insisted it was fine but refused to road test. Nissan Consumer Affairs refused to help. I took the car to Nissan of Picayune and within 2 hours they found a computer code blocking the FEB and found there was debris on the cameras.. The car now works as intended. Too bad Nissan did not honor their warranty as did this dealeer.

Went in to try to trade my used 2006 chevy 2500hd 4x4 crewcab for a 2005 chevy 2500hd extended cab 2wd.they not picked the he'll out of my truck which had way less issues than the one I was looking at.the only plus was was theirs had 30k less miles and rode smoother. Mine riders like a tank.well they appraised mine and came back with a ridiculous price.they should have been giving me back cash not me owing them $3500.i said no and they basically said ok bye and that was it.it was all gonna be wholesale anyway but whatever.im never going there again

Brought car in for first 3,000-mile oil change yesterday, Oct. 6, 2014. Lots of cars ahead of me, so figured I'd be there for hours, but no, oil and oil filter change and multi-point inspection all done in less than an hour. PLUS(!), guess what: I had forgotten that the first two oil changes are free, so the whole thing cost me nothing. What a deal. Was able to go play tennis all afternoon. Yay, Ray Brandt Nissan.
