I bought a 2008 RX 350 the SUV had low mileage on no dash cracks, hard to find both. Paid a fair price and they kept their word completing each item listed on the "we owe you owe" form. And then delivered the SUV to my home. One of the items on the to be completed list was to replace a pulley. While doing the work they noticed that the radiator had a slight leak, they replaced the radiator no charge. They wanted to deliver a sound used car without issues. I know many of the reviews have been poor lately, but at least in my case they seem to be working very hard to overcome a bad rep. Too cool Desmond thank you very much.

Went in to try to trade my used 2006 chevy 2500hd 4x4 crewcab for a 2005 chevy 2500hd extended cab 2wd.they not picked the he'll out of my truck which had way less issues than the one I was looking at.the only plus was was theirs had 30k less miles and rode smoother. Mine riders like a tank.well they appraised mine and came back with a ridiculous price.they should have been giving me back cash not me owing them $3500.i said no and they basically said ok bye and that was it.it was all gonna be wholesale anyway but whatever.im never going there again

After buying a used truck that was supposedly in great condition, the air conditioner went out. I was told when I got it they charged it so it was as cold as possible, but then I was told by a mechanic that it had a "gaping hole" in the system. He also noticed several other issues. I brought in the truck to the dealer and they told me it was in great condition despite what I had just learned. I asked to speak to the salesman and even talked to the manager. I was told he was on break and would contact me later. I've never been contacted. I sent an issue statement to the dealer and still never got contacted. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS

Brought car in for first 3,000-mile oil change yesterday, Oct. 6, 2014. Lots of cars ahead of me, so figured I'd be there for hours, but no, oil and oil filter change and multi-point inspection all done in less than an hour. PLUS(!), guess what: I had forgotten that the first two oil changes are free, so the whole thing cost me nothing. What a deal. Was able to go play tennis all afternoon. Yay, Ray Brandt Nissan.
