I usually don't waste time writing reviews unless I'm extremely dissatisfied, or extremely satisfied. In this case, I am extremely satisfied with the service that I received at Ferrari of Long Island. I am very meticulous with my car (as anyone who knows me well can attest to), and brought my car in for service for a creaking noise (in the dashboard, A pillar area) that annoyed me beyond belief. Service advisor Mike Ronan, and Service manager Eddie Hoene took a personal interest in helping me out with my car to make sure that I was satisfied with the service provided. They worked with the mechanic Jimmy Mustakis, who was the one that eventually found and corrected the problem. If it wasn't for their perseverance and care to help me, the problem would definitely not have been corrected!
I cannot thank the three of them enough!!!!

I PURCHASED MY FIRST FERRARI FROM THIS DEALER AND COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASED. MY DEALINGS WERE WITH FERRARI SPECIALIST, ALEX DeLUCA, WHO WAS A TOTAL DELIGHT. HE WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND WENT BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS IN SEVERAL AREAS WHERE I HAD CONCERNS. AS A 76 YEAR OLD CAR GUY I HAVE OWNED MANY HIGH PERFORMANCE AUTOMOBILES AND RACED ALOT OF THEM. ALEX FIRST CONVINCED ME OF THE VALUE OF BUYING A FERRARI FROM AN AUTHORIZED DEALER AND NOT ON THE OPEN MARKET. AS WE GOT INTO OUR DEALINGS, I READILY SAW THE BENFITS HE ADVISED ME OF. Inexperienced mechanics, horrible customer service - tarassuran
Purchased a new Levante from the them. Sales Chris Kang was great and professional.
The moment I had to meet with the service problems began.
Service department needs to grow a pair, step up and be responsible for mistakes that they made and part that they break.
Service lacks professionalism and customer respect.
Shane Rotolo, Assistant Service Manager, does not promptly respond to the phone calls or emails. Takes days to know if he got your email and if he will even work on your issue.
Service department has no Quality Checks. After several service quality issues they did not bother to QC a car before delivering. As a result one side windshield molding was installed properly, damaged and I had to make another trip to them to replace this part. It took them 1 month to order it. When other dealer said they can have it in 4 days.
Also, when installing a car roof rack they managed to install in backwards, ignoring obvious instructions.
