This was hands down my best experience at a dealership. I dealt with three people who were all amazing in this process. My saleswoman was Elen Chatzidaki who was super nice and was very helpful in helping me pick out my suv a chevy traverse. I was referred to Tony izzo by a friend and he didnt disappoint one bit. I did not feel like he was giving me the run around how in most dealerships you do.He came out and did better than what I expected. I would recommend this place to anyone. Madison was super helpful with the finance end of it and it was smooth sailing from there. I overall had a great experience.

Very pleasant experience, but vehicles are highly overpriced in comparison to dealerships outside the new york city area. I had an offer from a New Jersey GMC for a much cheaper lease. Overall, the staff at GMC Milea in the Bronx were very helpful and I had good car leasing experience. I just wished I had a better price for my lease.

I had an excellent experience purchasing a Cerified Pre-Owned GMC Terrain from Perrine Buick GMC a week ago.
It started with emails which were answered quickly and professionally. I was invited to take a test drive even though the salesman I requested was not working that day. No problem having the Terrain ready for me to take out when I got there in the evening and no pressure to do anything other than the test drive.
The next day I returned and was pleased with the entire operation. My salesman was Steve
Servetah who answered all my questions and had me drive it again and look it over carefully in the daylight. We were able to make a deal including a good price for my trade-in. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and very efficient and knowledgeable. The car was beautifully detailed and the Finance Manager got me the GM 1.9% financing available for CPO vehicles. I ordered an accessory and the parts department called within 24 hours that it had arrived. I could not be happier with the Terrain or the dealership.
The owner of the dealership, Fred Perrine, introduced himself - he is onsite and involved and I'm sure that has a lot to do with the feeling that you are dealing with an honest, family-run business.

Nothing but issues with our 2017 GMA Acadia. Had the vehicle in for issues in the front end. First time the vehicle was in they reset a sensor. The second time needed to replace right strut and did some transmission work. Due to the strut issues needed new tires at 25,000 miles. How is that even possible? Service super hair only says she us sorry we are disappointed in the service and quality of the car. This is an unacceptable answer. The only reason they received one star is for the nice Ford explorer rental car we were given, which will be my next lease.

The service adviser Scott Hunter was just awful to deal with. I had to repeat myself multiple times and then I had to correct the requested services as he put it wrong on the paper all the while he is trying to upsell me. To top it off, I get into my car and the panels inside where not correctly put back, the glove box door now drops with a bang every time I open it, papers that were in my glove box were not all put back, some were in the back seat some under the seat. For that I am giving 0-stars.
I am giving 3-stars for JOSEPH FALLIVENE. All the while I was there this guy was consistently busy, eather with customers or paperwork. I saw Mr. Fallivene resolve a number of customer concerns.

After a disappointing trip to another Cadillac dealership on Long Island, my fiancé and I recently visited North Bay Cadillac's Pre-Owned showroom to look at Escalades.
From the moment we walked in, Petar made us feel right at home. We explained what we were looking for, and without delay, he offered us the keys to test drive one of the trucks.
We had a BMW that we wanted to trade in. Petar and Chris were able to have it appraised, and give us a quote right on the spot; offering us what we felt was a fair price for the car, no haggling or back and forth, like at some other places. From that point on, they handled the entire process expediently and professionally; we were able to pick up our car the next day. North Bay was even able to match a competitive APR we had gotten quoted from another bank.
We both are so pleased with the way we were treated, and the fast, honest service we received, we will definitely be referring all of our family and friends to Petar at North Bay.

I was ready to trade-up from my 2015 Durango R/T because i needed more cargo space for my family and all our junk. The problem was i loved my Hemi V8 and the Durango......plus the whole car buying process is just stressful overall. So i narrowed it down to the new Yukon XL, Escalade and Navigator. I test drove the Escalade first....loved the V8 but i want crazy about the tail lights(skinny) and the flashy/shiny interior that had fingerprints/dust all over it just from a test drive....its that shiny black and i just could see keeping that clean would be a nightmare. Next the Navigator...only a V6 ....so that threw me off right away because i missed that V8 sound when accelerating and the back of the car(exterior) looked boxy....the inside is like a cockpit to a plane and the seats are to die for but all that extreme technology made me think more tech can mean more problems....lastly...the 2019 Yukon Xl Denali V8.....it looked spectacular(Tricolor White Frost) with Jet black interior....it had the perfect mix of tech(Apple CarPlay,wireless charging) heated/cooled seats,DVD etc and still had normal buttons and knobs to push. It handles incredibly with the Magnetic Ride control....this is the biggest thing i have every driven but it handles so easily even in tight spaces(I live in the Bronx with double parked cars etc). ....the seats are luxuriously comfy and it looks aggressive and elegant all at the sane time. As for the car buying process it could not have went more smooth. I came up to Meadowlands of Carmel from the Bronx at the advise of a family member and i was no disappointed. Matt(Magic Matt)is such a nice guy....handed me the keys and i took it out for a spin and love dit right away but was still not looking forward to the sales pitch part. But Matt was so easy going and not pushy at all and answered all my questions .....even the ones i asked 3-4 times. He knew everything about the Yukon XL and the may packages that are available. He also through our conversation helped me save over $5000 in promotions/Discounts that GM had going on. As for my Trade-in Durango....he gave me exactly what the Kelly Blue Book said it was worth and thats all i wanted...in all i drove out with a new Denali and paid almost $25K less than i thought i would even though it as a 2019. I also met some of the service guys and they are real people and juts all around honest nice guys. Lastly...even Sharon...the Finance Specialist....the person any new car buyer dreads dealing with .....was so professional pleasant and helpful.....she explained every detail of those complicated forms a few times to me and again she found a way to get me a lower rate than i originally though i would get even through my Credit Union. Overall i gave 5 stars because this is my 6th new car in my 50+ year life and by far was the nicest and easiest experience of them all and i would highly recommend Meadowlands of Carmel to everybody...you will leave there happy with a great new vehicle and knowing you were treated right and got the best deal possible.
Rockville Centre GMC to the rescue - LP
After a very frustrating encounter with incompetence at a different Long Island dealer, while trying to repair the recalled passenger presence system(airbag) in my vehicle, I was referred by GM Customer Care to Rockville Center GMC. When I called I was helped by Nicole, and Eric. Eric(manager) assured me that the repair would be no problem and Nicole made sure the necessary parts were in stock before booking my appointment. It quickly became clear that the team there takes a customer oriented, common sense approach to their business practices.
I showed up for my appointment, and was greeted very courteously by Tony(service consultant), and my car was repaired two hours after I dropped it off. In one visit and less than two hours, these guys were able to complete a job that the other shop could fulfill not after having my car for more than 48 hours. Rockville Centre is my new go-to shop for dealer services.

We purchased a 2016 Chevy 2500HD while living 2 hours away. Mark Hathaway was patient and willing to provide excellence service. He made sure we were comfortable with the purchase every step of the way. Our children felt as if they belonged and were not a bother during the process.
