So we went to a few dealers searching for two trucks we needed to make our company grow and where ever we went they said sorry not approved.But once we stepped into this dealer a guy named Jack came up to us and we talked and told him our story. The first this jack said is we will get you the trucks! He worked at many dealers before but said he didn’t like it because they were shady companies and only wanted money. So he started here and said this is the first place they care about customers first. In my head I was like yea yea they all say that. But no he really meant it. They worked on getting us trucks for weeks and went threw xxxx and back tring and tring and it didn’t work. So we left and kept looking the same day once we left he calls us and says guys I been busting my butt tring to help you grow your company since you left here so you owe me. Next thing he says is come pick up your trucks!!! We went back and he was more happy then us. It was almost 10pm and him and a guy named Pablo was filling everything out and helping us walk out with them that night.Those guys over there are amazing literally everyone there was working on getting us a truck and not only a truck but the exact kind we needed witch was ( long bed,crew cab ,4x4 new or certified pre owned). I just want to say thanks to all of them and really tring there hardest!!!

Currently I have no clue how many vehicles I will buy in my lifetime, but after experiencing the Rossi way of doing things. I know all of my vehicles will be coming from Rossi. Every single part of my experience was phenomenal, from the initial meet and greet at the lot, to walking away with my keys. They made me a lifelong customer by their professionalism, passion and trustworthiness. Usually you leave a dealership feeling like you can't fully trust what was stated, but that won't be your experience with Rossi GM. Paul the salesmen found me the truck that works perfectly for me, Andy and Matt the sales managers constantly went over every detail of the process and made sure I felt comfortable with everything, Erik went over all the options with stellar detail in helping me pick maintenance packages that made the most sense for my driving style and lasyly Steven truly exceptional job going over all the technology in the truck after. I had my eye on pre-owned Buick LaCrosses for the past 2 months. I had a Honda that I adored but I had a bad loan due to some personal circumstances. My bank encouraged me to upgrade my vehicle. On a recommendation , I went to Malouf Buck GMC. Phil greeted me and let me play with a beautiful 2015 Lacrosse just off of a lease. We went inside, I saw his last name and immediately recognized he was a former classmate. From that moment on, he was easy on me and educated me about the financing options. I was nervous because I just rebuilt my credit and wasn't looking to drag it down with a lot of needless inquiries. Very pleasant experience, but vehicles are highly overpriced in comparison to dealerships outside the new york city area. I had an offer from a New Jersey GMC for a much cheaper lease. Overall, the staff at GMC Milea in the Bronx were very helpful and I had good car leasing experience. I just wished I had a better price for my lease.

Nothing but issues with our 2017 GMA Acadia. Had the vehicle in for issues in the front end. First time the vehicle was in they reset a sensor. The second time needed to replace right strut and did some transmission work. Due to the strut issues needed new tires at 25,000 miles. How is that even possible? Service super hair only says she us sorry we are disappointed in the service and quality of the car. This is an unacceptable answer. The only reason they received one star is for the nice Ford explorer rental car we were given, which will be my next lease.

After purchasing 3 $80,000.00 yukan Denali from Morrissey ( 5 or 6 other vehicles over the years)...they have gotten LAZY...because they do not want to trade cars with other dealers...dealers don't trade with them...thus if they don't have the vehicle you want they don't want to find it for u...take what they have or leave it...I left and I have now left them...and drove to a WONDERFUL, PROFESSIONAL, delightful to deal name Burns Buick in NJ...they didn't have the vehicle but they found it...I am now driving home, the passenger, with my new, perfect color Yukon Denali...Thanks Burns Buick...good bye Morrissey

I just leased a 2018 GMC Acadia Denali from Jim Salerno GMC and it was by far the best experience that I've had at a car dealership. The salesman I worked with was George Gregory. He was very helpful and made sure I got exactly what I wanted in the car. In addition to working with Greg, the sales manager, Eric Ciocca was just as helpful. He worked with alongside of George during the whole process to make sure that my process went smooth. Greg even called me a few days later just to make sure that everything was going ok with the car. I definitely will be going back to Jim Salerno GMC.

I brought my Cadillac in for service, and instead got scammed. The price that was quoted, and agreed upon was raised by a significant amount, after they performed the service, without consulting me. After 30 minutes of trying to resolve the dispute, i gave up, and requested my keys. After another 45 minutes of begging my keys were finally returned. I was threatened with arrest, and the police were actually called. Allegedly I could have been charged with "theft of service" for paying only 90% of what they demanded, which was already more than the quote i agreed to. In the end i paid the full amount. Still it is disgusting instead of treating the situation with respect, I was treated like a criminal. Whether these people believed i was right, or wrong is irrelevant. There is no reason to treat a customer so horribly.
