I have to give the BIGGEST THANK YOU To Larry, Drew and the F&I manager for putting me in a brand new GMC Terrain. My current car broke down and no other dealer could find me the vehicle I wanted or give me a price that would fit my budget. As a single mother of three and a limited amount to spend I was so desperate to find a vehicle quickly. I couldn't imagine having no car for another day. They went out of there way to pick up my disabled car, at no cost to me, from lower Westchester so i could at least use it towards another vehicle. They put me in a beautiful state-of-art black on black brand new terrain that I drove off in today. Wow, all within hours I was driving for only $139 a month after they gave me a good amount for my car. I never would have thought I would be driving a car as nice as this for so little down and such a small monthly payment. Very pleasant experience, but vehicles are highly overpriced in comparison to dealerships outside the new york city area. I had an offer from a New Jersey GMC for a much cheaper lease. Overall, the staff at GMC Milea in the Bronx were very helpful and I had good car leasing experience. I just wished I had a better price for my lease.

Nothing but issues with our 2017 GMA Acadia. Had the vehicle in for issues in the front end. First time the vehicle was in they reset a sensor. The second time needed to replace right strut and did some transmission work. Due to the strut issues needed new tires at 25,000 miles. How is that even possible? Service super hair only says she us sorry we are disappointed in the service and quality of the car. This is an unacceptable answer. The only reason they received one star is for the nice Ford explorer rental car we were given, which will be my next lease.

We went to 3 other used Cadillac dealers before buying from North Bay. No question that the manager, Chris, and the salesman Petar Ardeljan were without question the most pleasant, sincere, honest, helpful, no BS ones of them all. After dealing with insincere, unscrupulous, and even lying salesmen at the other dealers, we were so relieved to encounter Chris and Petar. We started our relationship over the phone via multiple conversations with Chris, and the information he gave us over the phone was EXACTLY what we got when we went to their office....no bait-and-switch, no additional fees, no haggling, no nonsense...honest in evey way. Once we selected a car, Petar couldn't have been more helpful, even insisting that we take his cell number in case we had any problems, any time. These guys made buying a car a pleasant experience. We'll definitely be going back for our next car.

This was the second truck I’ve leased from Miller. John P. Is an excellent sales person-very patient and helpful. Leo Marquez has done the lease paperwork both times and I’m very appreciative that he is couterous of the time and doesn’t make me wait forever like other dealers do. I am also very grateful to his suggesting we get a Tire Protection Plan, Just a few weeks after I got my last Acadia, I hit a huge pothole in the city and lew out my tire. The cost of the entire protection plan cost less than what it would have for me to have to buy a new tire. I’ll be a Miller customer for life with the kind of service they provide.

After a very frustrating encounter with incompetence at a different Long Island dealer, while trying to repair the recalled passenger presence system(airbag) in my vehicle, I was referred by GM Customer Care to Rockville Center GMC. When I called I was helped by Nicole, and Eric. Eric(manager) assured me that the repair would be no problem and Nicole made sure the necessary parts were in stock before booking my appointment. It quickly became clear that the team there takes a customer oriented, common sense approach to their business practices.
I showed up for my appointment, and was greeted very courteously by Tony(service consultant), and my car was repaired two hours after I dropped it off. In one visit and less than two hours, these guys were able to complete a job that the other shop could fulfill not after having my car for more than 48 hours. Rockville Centre is my new go-to shop for dealer services.

I brought my Cadillac in for service, and instead got scammed. The price that was quoted, and agreed upon was raised by a significant amount, after they performed the service, without consulting me. After 30 minutes of trying to resolve the dispute, i gave up, and requested my keys. After another 45 minutes of begging my keys were finally returned. I was threatened with arrest, and the police were actually called. Allegedly I could have been charged with "theft of service" for paying only 90% of what they demanded, which was already more than the quote i agreed to. In the end i paid the full amount. Still it is disgusting instead of treating the situation with respect, I was treated like a criminal. Whether these people believed i was right, or wrong is irrelevant. There is no reason to treat a customer so horribly.
