I had an appt for service for 9am and was waiting for my car. The car wasn't taken into the service bay until 10 am. Unacceptable. If I knew it would be delayed for an hour I would have asked for a ride to work.

i have been with circle infiniti for about 8 years now and have been using their service department since. Today on a busy monday i called Pam and said because of my crazy work schedule i need to come in at 3 for service and must be out by 4 to get back to work. she agreed without any hesitation, i was in at 3:02, handed over the keys grabbed some coffee and caught up on emails and was out by 3:50 with my oil change, new filters, tire inspection and a full wash. Nothing short of perfect from these people time after time. true VIP experience.

Very professional and very courteous staff and treat that customers with respect highly recommended. The mechanic that worked on my car treated my car like it was a Rolls-Royce there was no dirt fingerprints no Footprints or nothing. And they provided me with a loaner vehicle. Another great experience with Infiniti of Bayside. Second time within a year, I walked in with the intention to test drive a vehicle and left with a new car. Infiniti of Bayside provides a seamless and personal experience. Brandon Lloyd set up an appointment for me in regards to a car I saw online, I arrived 15 minutes early and was taken care of promptly by my sales associate Taurean Nicholas. Taurean was able to find a few others cars I would be interested in and provide the test drive experience. Next, I was off to the finance department to close the deal. I had intentions of utilizing my own financial institution, hesitant of financing through a dealership. Michael Martindale, the finance manager, was able to find a bank that offered a lower APR than what my credit union initially presented. Noticing that I was happy with my choice but not completely satisfied he was able to offer another option that I ultimately went with. In the time it took to sign off on the paperwork and transfer my insurance, the car was prepped and waiting. The GM, George, even came over to congratulate me on my purchase personally. Infiniti of Bayside certainly made me a loyal customer. The staff was able to supersede once again all my previous car buying experiences which allowed me to drive away completely satisfied. If you’re car shopping, I would recommend Infiniti of Bayside.

This was the best car buying experience I ever had in my lifetime. I was in the market for a new car and I figured that for my 60th birthday I should treat myself to something really nice and after reading the reviews about the Infiniti QX60 I set out to see the car for myself. I first went to Infiniti of Lynbrook and test drove the QX60 and was hooked! The salesman was a gentleman, but wasn't allowed to meet the price I offered for the vehicle. I got a call from Mr. Quinn Mui from Infiniti of Manhasset and told him what I was willing to pay for the vehicle and he said that if I come to the dealership I would not be disappointed. The overall appearance of the dealership was impressive and from the time I entered the parking lot I was met by a valet who parked my vehicle making me feel like something really good was going to come out of this whole experience. After entering the dealership I was met with professionalism and courtesy by everyone I encountered. Everyone was helpful and directed me to where I could find my salesman. I was able to purchase the car for the price I was quoted without having to haggle any further as promised! Mr. Quinn Mui is a perfect gentleman and was very professional and respectful! I would highly recommend Mr. Quinn Mui to anyone looking for a sales person when considering buying a vehicle! Mr. Vinny Quenqua of the finance department helped me to make some good decisions about what he thought was best for me and I thank him for taking the time in helping me make those decisions. I had my first experience with the service department and I must say that it was the best experience I ever had with any service department over the years I've owned vehicles. Victor was my service tech and he took care of my concerns with my vehicle and went along with me on a test ride to see what I was concerned about and assured me that he would take care of the issue! My vehicle was promptly taken care of and returned to me after receiving a hand wash by the other staff member's of the service department. Best service department experience ever!
