I live in Manhattan and chose to buy my new Jeep Cherokee here because I got the best price and because of Christina's straightforward and transparent service by phone and email. I visited one Jeep dealership in-person at the very end of August, but the sales person either didn't think I was a serious buyer or was coming off such a good sales month he didn't care. Then I started comparing prices online and reached out to Christina.
I noticed other dealerships had lower online prices (especially via Edmunds), but when I sent those prices back to Christina and asked her to beat them, she explained to me how the other dealerships were including rebates for which I didn't qualify. I went back to the other dealerships... and it turned out Christina was right. Another dealership misled me on the taxes/fees when I was communicating with them online and by phone. There's always a way to save a few hundred dollars by playing dealerships off each other, but I'd recommend anyone who values their time and cares about transparency starts and ends their Jeep search with Christina. She is persistent and responsive without being pushy.
Also - Christina was off work the Saturday I picked up my vehicle but the service could not have been smoother. The vehicle and all the forms were ready for me. Another sales person took the time required to eagerly walk me through all the vehicles' features, help me sync my phone etc.
If the above sounds too good to be true, I'll add that they forgot to fill the gas tank before giving me the vehicle at pick-up. I noticed this and the salesperson profusely apologized and someone from the dealership rode with me to the gas station next door to the dealership and filled up the vehicle with gas right away.

I visited today to get an oil change for my Chrysler 200. I heard from the dealership on previous occasions about a VIP program. I had never taken advantage of this until today. I had been talking to my wife about trading in my car of 7 years for something new. Frank Guzman greeted me and we went to work quickly on the type of car I wanted and my comfort range for a monthly payment. The first vehicle came in well under my price range. The vehicle was a bit small and I asked Frank to look into the next size up(Grand Cherokee). I was offered a very fair price for my trade in and it allowed me to get into the larger vehicle, keeping payments lower than expected. I arrived at the dealership at 10:45 am for an 11:15 appointment and was home by 2pm with my new vehicle. Oh, by the way, they didn't charge me for the oil change. May seem trivial, but the customer's satisfaction is # 1 with Lester Glenn.

after having conflict with another jeep dealership i brought my car in to south shore jeep eddie pinero wrote up the service order and told me it was covered and would be ready in three days car was ready next day after waiting two weeks for an appointment at the other dealership i was able to get a service appointment in two days with south shore eddie pinero was caring and courteous i will allways use there service department and my son is going to purchase a jeep wrangler from them again thank you eddie

Westbury Jeep far exceeded our expectations. This is our 7th Jeep we've gotten and by far the best buying experience we've ever had. Our salesperson Michael Cerritos was super nice and easy going with no pressure, the manager Lisa Amblo was fantastic and very upfront. We really felt that there was transparency which is usually pretty rare at dealerships. When it came time to do the financing it couldn't have been easier and super quick. This was our 1st deal with Westbury and for sure will not be our last. We had test driven our car and then came back another day to pick it up. The car was perfectly clean and detailed..they even cleaned inside the doors which is usually overlooked. Lots of attention to detail. It's a little far from where we live out in Stony Book but well worth the trip! We will be back for our next Jeep!

In March we were considering buying a new car for her for the first time ever. Something we were very nervous about. We kind of knew what we wanted but were keeping our options open. I had previously considered buying a new car but was put off at dealerships by things like pushy salesmen at some dealerships and being ignored at higher end dealerships. (We are mid twenties).
We were fairly sure we would end up with a Golf, A3/Q3 or a Jeep Compass. Whatever it was had to have back up sensors and leather seats (and if it was a jeep it had to be a specific color - Rhino).
We typed in what we wanted in the internet and my phone did not stop ringing for a week with sales people making promises to try to get you through the door. We met some not so nice, pushy sales people and one who wanted us to sign a paper saying we were going to buy the car that day before they would even talk to us.
At one higher brand dealership we were given just the very minimum basic level of courtesy required despite the cars we were interested in being in the same price range as the other dealerships.
We also met some excellent sales people, but there was one sales person who stood out among all, Oliver at White Plains Jeep, Dodge, Ram.
He made the car buying process easy and enjoyable. He seemed more interested in making sure that we got the right car that suited our needs. He has a no nonsense approach which instantly makes him more trustworthy and removes any preconceptions or concerns first time buyers would have.
We had some requirements as mentioned but were still kept our options open. Ollie sat down with us and took us in different models and he went through all the options and everything and in the end he was able to get us the perfect car that suited our needs. He helped us with everything from payments to options.
More importantly the experience was great and enjoyable, he followed up with us several times after to make sure everything was ok. We then had one slight problem with a bill got mixed up in the mail and didn’t get to us in time and we went back and Ollie was he was able to help us straight away to get everything sorted out pointing us in the right direction. He is excellent.
I will definitely be buying my next car from him and recommended him to others and a friend of mine that is considering buying a car soon. If you are genuinely considering buying a new or preowned car and appreciate a no nonsense approach then Oliver is great and the dealership has lots of selection because they have different brands so he can really help you get exactly what you want.

When I brought my Jeep in for an oil change my Service Advisor was Sal Sinardi. He was very pleasant to work with. When my jeep was done he went over everything with me. He let me know that my Jeep was in good order and went over with me what I might need on my next visit. He was very professional and friendly. This was the first dealership I went to in what I thought would be many of the day to price out a new SUV. I was greeted at the door by reception, and shortly thereafter met Youri. Very nice and personable from the first handshake. I was interested in the Durango, and we bounced prices, fees, down payments etc back and forth for a while. We came to a mutually satisfactory number, and I signed on the dotted line that day; driving off in my new Durango. There is no doubt in my mind that I'll be back to see Youri for another vehicle in the future.
I also want to give credit to Youri's Manager Everette WIlliams who was instrumental in finalizing the deal. Both great people to deal with, and they should be commended for it. Hopefully someone from that dealership gets this to them to see.
Apologies to them both for taking so long to give a review from a purchase in June but a newborn at home will distract the best of us.
See you guys in 36 months or so for another sit down.
