great service - OldIvy
The staff is very helpful - they really live up to the motto "take care of your life and let us take care of your car" - they make the whole process pleasant and painless.
Wonderful Experience - Kate
I was so happy to buy my MINI from Suditi Bala-Chin. She's super knowledgable and friendly and went above and beyond walking me through the ins and outs of the car--a plug-in hybrid, so there was a lot to learn. It couldn't have been a better experience. Highly recommended!

Carol, Joy and other team members at this dealership made the experience of my lease return and new Countryman purchase, both seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend!
Keith was great through the whole process of leasing a X5. - Steven Siegel
I recently leased an 2018 X5 from Keith. I came into dealership interested in a new SUV and Keith was great through the whole process. He gave me a good test drive of both of the vehicles I was interested in. He is very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and someone who really helped me find the right vehicle for me at a competitive price I was happy with. He took the time asking the right questions and finding just the right vehicle in stock with colors and options I wanted without extra packages that I did not need which really helps with the price in this type of vehicle. Keith is great with following up with a question I had after taking delivery. He puts his cell number on his business card! Sales Manager Farhan Bakht was also great during the whole process. These guys for a luxury brand dealer are very good guys and are very approachable, not at all pretentious that you may see at other dealers.

Regular service visit - Anish201
Dealt with Nick Falvo last weekend when I brought my car in for a routine check up. Nick handed me a list of things that were required to be fixed. As a brand BMW\Mini can be an expensive when it comes to fixes\repair but Nick explained very clearly the nature of the fix and also how critical it was. That last part I really appreciated so I had a couple of things worked on before I left.
The time I had to wait at the dealership for the repairs didn't seem unreasonable and whenever I asked Nick for an update on the job he was courteous and checked with the tech right away. This despite more than usual traffic at the time I visited them. Pretty pleased with this experience at Prestige Mini via Nick Falvo.
I Love My MINI - Bgf11
I was searching for a pre-owned Countryman for a couple of months. During the search I dealt with all sorts of high pressure, "we'll finance anyone" dealerships and I had accepted the fact that I'd have to buy a car from one of these dealers because they were the only ones who seemed to ever have the colors and options I wanted. Over the course of my search my boyfriend started looking at the MINI Paceman and was referred to Mark Wyatt after the 'big' Long Island dealership told us the best they could do on price was to take off $80 and deliver the vehicle unwashed and without gas. Long story short is I wound up at Mini of Southampton and they had a certified pre-owned mini countryman with everything I wanted. Mark and George gave me a great price and I just took it. No haggling back and forth, no games; I just wanted this car and more importantly I really wanted to buy it from Mark and George. Mark got me approved for 1.9% financing on the spot and we were good to go. Unfortunately I had an issue with my license which delayed delivery about two weeks, but again George and Mark were great. They assured me my car wasn't going anywhere and I was in good hands. Eventually delivery day came and it went as smoothly as possible. Mark took a good 75 minutes showing me how everything worked and reassuring me that he was always there if I have any questions. I love my MINI and it's even more enjoyable since the buying experience was so great.

Best detailing in the City! Hands down. I highly recommend this dealership. Great sales and service department. We are working on a custom 2019 Mini sale now.
Open communication/Very helpful for out of state purchase - thegashlycrumb
Princeton Mini came to our attention because it had multiple cars in inventory that matched what we were looking for and they were offering great incentives.
Alex was very helpful in communicating with us via email and over the phone regarding our potential purchase. We appreciated his open, honest communication and no game playing that let us know our out the door price in advance.
Joel helped us when we came to take delivery and was so friendly and welcoming. I loved the tour of our new car and all its MANY bells and whistles.
Mike also helped us in person and didn't hesitate to find a solution when an unexpected wrinkle arose in our purchase.
Only negative was that the sales process ended up being longer than expected because the dealership was shortstaffed at the time, but everyone consistently checked on us and offered drinks and snacks to make sure we were as comfortable as possible while we waited.
Never take your mini here!! - Felice
Worst service center ever! I took my mini here for an oil change and they dented the car. The second time I took it here for an oil change they performed unnecessary work on my car without authorization. They never called me to discuss or mention the work. When I went to pick up the car they just told me about the work they decided to do and tried to charge me almost $200 for it. The third time I took it here because my engine light was on. They said the thermostat needed to be replaced. Had it replaced, picked my. At up the next day, and the heat was not working. ( the heat was working just fine when I dropped it off). Took the car back, and they said there was a faulty seal in the thermostat and they would fix if. Picked up the car the next day, and heat is still not working. I gave this service center three attempts and each time they gave gotten worse and worse. I will never take my car here again and would warn anyone against taking their car here as well. They are multiple complaints against this service center on the better business bureaus website.
UPDATE (FINAL REVIEW): - StanG
I'm just going to start this from the beginning because to be honest, the dealership left me with a, “we’ll call you back” and never did (it’s been a little over a month now).
So I found the car online and saw the photos and read through the descriptions and everything looked awesome! I was super excited and called them and was able to secure a cool price before going there because the dealership was far from me. I thought it was cool that they were able to quote it for me over the phone.
Upon arrival, I inspected the vehicle and found damage on the vehicle that was not written in the description nor was it something that you could see in the low res images. My rep was friendly but he was not able to lower the price for me any further even due to damages that no one would’ve known was there unless you saw it in person. The dealership offered to fix it all for me for a few thousand but I figured I’d just get it done myself for cheaper because I was paying for it either way.
After being there for sometime, their financial guy, who was really cool, helped me add a warranty on my car that came in handy because it was a 2013 BRZ so why not. Walked out of the dealership not too long after and drove the car home with temporary plates.
Fast forward to the last day of the temporary plates being valid, I called the dealership, being that this was my first car ever, and asked what I should do being that this is my daily driver to work and they told me that it’d be fine to drive and that if I received any tickets, they would pay for them.
Two days later, I get pulled over for having expired plates and after having to sit there for over 45 minutes, I finally explained everything to the police officer and he understood but was telling me how extremely careless the dealership was in the first place for even giving me that advice and that me driving around with expired plated was the same as me driving around with no plates. When I explained that this was my first car, he decided against having my car towed and wrote me a few tickets and told me to explain myself in court. He told me if he saw me on the street again with expired temp plates, he was impounding the vehicle no matter what.
I called the dealership with this news and they offered to pay for the unregistered vehicle ticket but not the rest because they were moving violations (understandable) but I went to court, told my story and they dropped my ticket and told me that I should demand another temporary plate.
At this point, at least two weeks have gone by as the car I’m paying for sits on my drive way collecting dust and after contacting the dealership, they offered me a Mini Cooper for the mean time and even offered a way to make it easy for me to get the vehicle but when I asked about when I’d finally be able to drive the car and I wasn’t getting any clear answers. I declined the loaner and my family and I figured out for another week or so.
Fast forward to a month after the temporary plates have expired. Still no replacement plates, still no sign that my car was registered and so I call them again and same answer, they have no idea. Dealerships are sometimes given some time before they have to pay for the car from an auction and so they may not have had the title yet and that could’ve been what held this process but nonetheless, my car was stuck in the driveway, dealership had no answers and I was just a customer, now having made one payment for a car I couldn’t drive and now nearing time to make my second payment.
I purchased the Car on 9/18/17, my temporary plates expired 10/7/17
It’s finally November and I reach out to my DMV because at this point, i’m stretching my family thin by borrowing their cars and they tell me that the car was registered on, ready?, November 4th. I finally get my plates somewhere between November 10-12 and tried getting in contact with the dealership for a refund for this terrible experience and we went a few weeks missing each other because I have work and so do they. I then emailed the rep that helped me and rather than responding at all to even find out what time worked for me, I got a call from the general manager when of course, I’m at work and he left a message.
I called back and I was able to reach front desk which told me he was busy and that he would call me back.
Late December, still waiting for a call, I receive a check for $57.50 which seems to show how much all this crap I went through was worth for them.
It’s now 1/1/18. I feel wronged in every way and they do what most dealerships do which is wear you out as an individual.
Dishonest sales practice, and no response after complain. - Riely
I am very disappointed at the sales practice in Morristown Mini. I would advise DO NOT buy car there, I had to bear a loss of $17,000 because this dealer didn't disclose the tire information at purchase.
As a loyal customer, we have purchased a mini cooper two years ago and were satisfied with the car. However, when we decided to replace another car and got a clubman last Sept. in the same dealership, nightmare started not long after the joy of having a fully loaded clubman. First snow, which as a resident of NY and NJ for 20 years, was really nothing, my husband though couldn't even drive the car up to a small hill for my daughter's music lesson, it was a dangerous zigzag. We couldn't figure out why. Until we sent car to dealer, they told us it's performance tire and cannot be driven under 40 degrees. Since we bought it at 6k miles, no one bothered to disclose this information to us. We are caught off guard we purchased a car not suitable for weather here. I called later trying to discuss with their manager about this matter, but they never called me back. After that, the car is mostly stalled on the driveway, upon recent snow storm, when we had to go out during and after snow to get gas for generator. So, after 5 months of suffering, we terminated car with $17K loss... bought a SUV with all season tire.
Got our first MINI on Saturday. Enjoying the car, mostly... - sojanzz
Got our first MINI on Saturday. Enjoying the car, mostly due to the smooth buying process, thanks to Westchester MINI and especially Robert Finkelstein, Motoring Advisor at W. MINI.
With all my three previous car purchases, I drove home regretting about paying/signing up for some thing or the other. However, at Westchester MINI, Robert made it pretty straight forward, knowing what we wanted, and calling us to inform us when something fitted us with absolutely no pressure. He went an extra mile to get us the best finance deal and explained in detail whatever we asked. Drove out of the dealership happy!
I totally recommend Robert and Westchester MINI with the greatest pleasure if you are looking for a MINI!
