Princeton Mini came to our attention because it had multiple cars in inventory that matched what we were looking for and they were offering great incentives.
Alex was very helpful in communicating with us via email and over the phone regarding our potential purchase. We appreciated his open, honest communication and no game playing that let us know our out the door price in advance.
Joel helped us when we came to take delivery and was so friendly and welcoming. I loved the tour of our new car and all its MANY bells and whistles.
Mike also helped us in person and didn't hesitate to find a solution when an unexpected wrinkle arose in our purchase.
Only negative was that the sales process ended up being longer than expected because the dealership was shortstaffed at the time, but everyone consistently checked on us and offered drinks and snacks to make sure we were as comfortable as possible while we waited.

This is the second Mini I have purchased from Sasha at Mini of Manhattan and I couldn't be happier. We custom ordered it and he was extremely helpful throughout the entire process (including my endless hmmm and hawwing over the color). I didn't feel like we were being taken advantage of or I was forced to purchase anything we didn't need or feel comfortable with. Overall, it was another great experience and I would recommend anybody looking to buy a Mini to visit this location first!

I came into service for the first time to bring in my 2017 Mini 4 Door. I wasn't sure what to expect but I had a really great experience. Ashley the service advisor answered all my questions and everything was finished in a timely manner. I also had a chance to meet the service manager Lou who was also really nice. Their lounge was clean and the coffee was fresh and tasty. I will definitely be back! 5 stars!

Mini of Morristown deserves more than 5 stars. We visited the dealership on October 5th and leased a Mini Countryman. It was the best car experience we’ve ever had. We worked with Richard Song who was extremely knowledgeable about cars and helped us find the best fit car for us. He helped show us things that make Mini Cooper’s special and valuable. He was personable, so nice, and helpful. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful. Matthew Talalikas made the finance process seamless and speedy. I would recommend this dealership and Richard and Matthew to anyone looking for a Mini Cooper.

I have been a customer of this dealership for a while and have purchased 2 Minis from them. I was not really impressed with the sales department however, the service is worse. I was reluctant to purchase a second vehicle from Habberstad but I truly love Mini’s and my choices are limited as far as dealerships are concerned. This past service occurrence has shown me that no matter how much I enjoy my car I must move on and find something else. This service coordinators never call. They don’t inform you when your car is done, they don’t call to give you updates, they don’t answer messages. It took them a week to change a tire, very basic service. Was I not called because there was not much money being made? Who knows but what I do know is I will be trading in my beautiful Mini in for a different type of vehicle so I won’t have to put up with this service department.
I Love My MINI - Bgf11
I was searching for a pre-owned Countryman for a couple of months. During the search I dealt with all sorts of high pressure, "we'll finance anyone" dealerships and I had accepted the fact that I'd have to buy a car from one of these dealers because they were the only ones who seemed to ever have the colors and options I wanted. Over the course of my search my boyfriend started looking at the MINI Paceman and was referred to Mark Wyatt after the 'big' Long Island dealership told us the best they could do on price was to take off $80 and deliver the vehicle unwashed and without gas. Long story short is I wound up at Mini of Southampton and they had a certified pre-owned mini countryman with everything I wanted. Mark and George gave me a great price and I just took it. No haggling back and forth, no games; I just wanted this car and more importantly I really wanted to buy it from Mark and George. Mark got me approved for 1.9% financing on the spot and we were good to go. Unfortunately I had an issue with my license which delayed delivery about two weeks, but again George and Mark were great. They assured me my car wasn't going anywhere and I was in good hands. Eventually delivery day came and it went as smoothly as possible. Mark took a good 75 minutes showing me how everything worked and reassuring me that he was always there if I have any questions. I love my MINI and it's even more enjoyable since the buying experience was so great.
