Rockstone was very professional, he explained everything , no fast talking. We even had a few laughs. Donovan was also very professional and was able to reassure me of the financial considerations for my first new car in easy everyday langue. Both of these guys were terrific. I bought my 2007 Mazda CX-7 from a small local used car dealer, love the car!! Recently I've been hearing a strange noise coming from the front end. The car was also due for 2 recalls, so I called Mazda of Poughkeepsie. I was able to drop the car off on a Sunday night at the their night drop box. First thing Monday morning, I received a call from Dennis in the service department and he let me know the recalls would be taken care of and asked about the noise I was hearing. By the next day, he told me that the tech found that it was the Valve Train/VVT Actuator. Dennis gave me an estimate and I informed him I have a warranty on the car. He spent 45 minutes on the phone with the warranty company only to be disconnected. He called them first thing Wednesday morning and was able to get everything covered!! He said by the time they could get the parts and do the job, it would be Monday. I explained that I needed a car until than. He called me back and said they could have the parts by Thursday and the car complete by end of day Friday. I spoke with Dennis Friday afternoon and they were putting the car back together but it would not be complete by the end of the day. He told me he had a loaner for me to pick up until Monday. I told him I would pick up the loaner Saturday morning. I received a call from Kristina on Saturday morning to let me know that the tech stayed late Friday night to get my car complete! I was thrilled! I went and got my car, thanked everyone for all of their hard work. My car is running great and not a single noise coming from the front end. I have to say that Dennis and his team went above and beyond my expectations and I couldn't be happier with the whole team! I will definitely be back for any future repairs I may need on the car and I will recommend anyone I know to them!! Thank you for a great experience!!
