! - Which is no fault of the service department, but does effect my feelings/ view of the dealership is the added insurance policy I took for the wheels and tires is a JOKE!
They s fight you tooth and nail when a claim is placed.
My wheel was clearly bend and visible to the naked eye and thy would not replace it because it was not leaking air!
REALLY!!!!! The car was not drivable above 55 miles an hour!
Bottom Line find a better provider for you customers. This is my second Volvo leased through you dealership.
2 - The off sight car was thing sucks.
3 - And this is and old one the delevery lesson was awful. Thank god the sale person is no longer with you.

Walked into the dealership on a whim and walked out after 30 minutes with a new car! Stress free experience. Matthew was very helpful in meeting my price point and finished paperwork easily. Michael was very good at explaining details of the car! Patrick was very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been using this location for years when it was Kundert Volvo, but have had three service appointments since Prestige took it over. Claus is one of the ex-Kundert employees who is still there. Drop off was easy and car was ready ad promised and cleaned up like new. Claus called me about some additional recommendations on my 50,000 mile service with good detail on why they were recommended. This was done with no hard sell. I took a look around the sales area and it’s the same vibe - people willing to help but not following you around the show room trying to close the sale. My kind of dealership.

When does a dealership give you more, by "selling" you less? Repair service that is! I was so happy to consult with my service advisor and service manager at Volvo of Westport following their examination of my 2009, S80. The vehicle has "high mileage", thank you Volvo, and needed some work. The happiness for me was the recommendation by Volvo of Westport. It was to do nothing! That's right, you read it right! My dealership advised me to NOT do work that was technically needed but not wise from a practical standpoint! Thank you for your outstanding consideration to a customer's needs.

I did a lease for Volvo XC-90 T6 on paper only, the leased car has a problem shutting down at every traffic light, the front and side sensors are not working, engine alarm signal, etc problems started from the first leasing hour, and dealer kept the car for repairs.
The dealer refused to give me another zero cars, or terminate the lease, I was having a rental car for one week, I do not have any car now, but I DO HAVE TO PAY THE LEASE WITHOUT A CAR! sad but true.
My advice never to buy a car from Manhattan Volvo!

First let me start how I really hate typing (although I feel reading reviews are essential) That being said I am truly COMPELLED to write following the awesome experience I had over the past week at Danbury Volvo. In truth this is the 3rd car I have purchased (plus 1 more seviced) from them over the past 6 years ( which for those who know me speaks volumes of the SERVICE DEPT)... In fact Melanie and the entire crew are top notch, integrity driven and customer focused. HOWEVER this review is driven by my lease Friday of a new S90. Tommy Jannetty cold called me to inform me of the pull ahead Lease program (smart kid) He was informative w/o being pushy ALWAYS AVAILABLE and able to handle my onslaught of questions. Every deal always feels a little like a small power struggle with some bumps in the road. THE DIFFERENCE HERE was a true win win. Every item was fully explained and even last minute changes presented NO PROBLEMS in fact the ONLY SURPRISE was an ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT, As the final car that was located was closer (then Maine) hence they (to my surprise at contract signing) LOWERED the price. Talk about INTEGRITY. At transfer the Finance manager Jerry DiDminico was the MOST prepared guy I ever worked with (and I buy/lease a new car every 3 years X 2 cars = 20 plus deals) NO PRESSURE FOR ANY ADD ON'S (a first) Even the sales manager Neel Casimir got into the good feeling act with his warm welcoming friendly approach. He was so helpful he opted to check my my lease return and not JUST remembered to remove my EZ pass took the time to peel off the glue strips. I trust you now sense why I felt compelled to write this ( not to mention why I hate to write as I am way to wordy.) IN SUM CONTINUES TO BE GREAT DEALERSHIP WITH EXTRAORDINARY STAFF. I really wanted to test drive the XC40 before I decided if I was going to lease or finance the vehicle so I signed up for a test drive with the dealer to have them call me and schedule, when I spoke to one of the sales representatives they said they would call me Back on Friday the 8th to set up a date for the test drive. The 8th came and went and upon getting a customer service survey on the 10th, I informed them that the salesperson just literally never called me back. The Customer service rep then informed me the salesperson stated he called me the 3rd, 5th, and 7th...in which place I never ever spoke to anyone about a test drive so till the 4th so this guy can see the future which is impressive. All my recent calls for those days show no such call ever was received and I would not be going into a dealership that lies before I even get into the front doors.

Service Advisor Jeffrey Urbina reviewed the check list, I paid a very fair price and was on my way to the office. It was truely express service. Thanks for the great start to the day.

Service department could not fix my car after the first, second, and third attempts for the same problem. Check engine light, tire problems, computer errors left and right. Department may be submitting false claims to Volvo for warranty repairs by fixing same problem over and over again. Dealership does not offer Loaner vehicles unlike nearby competitors.
