Not happy - Not happy
My BMW 5 series was in the possession of BMW for 10 days for needed repair. When I finally picked up my car I noticed a loud noise coming from the right AC vent as I was driving home. I was informed by the mechanic that a rodent ate through the filter. When I informed Patti (my service rep) that I never had that issue prior to bringing my car in for service, she had the audacity to say “perhaps it occurred at my home or work place”. I park my car in a garage at both places, I absolutely do not have a rodent problem at home and the only species I’ve noticed in the garage at work are birds. Patty claimed there is NO rodent problem within the lot or WOODED area outside the dealership. She also stated that perhaps I did not notice the sound before! I’ve been a register nurse for 22 years, noticing abnormal sounds is part of my specialty. I don’t like when anyone insults my intelligence, I will not be returning to that location.

I would like to recognize Nancy Hernandez service advisor at Fields South Orlando for her great attitude and smile. Several weeks ago our X3 had flat tire and she was able to coordinate and have the tire repair completed in a timely manner. The tire and wheel repair is great warranty to have as one cannot predict when a tire will have damage. On 2/24 I brought our X1 in for oil service and this process was also completed in a timely manner. Nancy possesses great skills that set her above all the rest. Service with a smile . I would like to recognize all of the staff at South Orlando for their smiles and kind hearts. From the front desk to the car wash crew all generating positive waves. This truly demonstrates the Field Motto " Fields matters because you Matter"

The service adviser, Rachel Rowland, went out her way to get my car serviced on time. She kept me advised on the progress and called when completed. She was very knowledgeable about the service requested and my car in particular. Her friendly approach made me feel very welcome and appreciated.

If you plan on purchasing a BMW don't waste your time here and go to Coggin BMW Ft. Pierce. I planned on purchasing a used I3 and put a 2K deposit down because I was out of town. I was planning on picking it up just two days from when I put the deposit down. I received a call the day before I was going to pickup my car, and was told that they sold it to another person. I then asked for a refund of my deposit and they hung up on me!!! I have never had, such a terrible experience at a car dealer. I even signed a contract it's as if they sold an already sold car. My salesman told me the manger made this decision. I've got to wonder if his prior job was at a cutthroat used car dealer. Or if this entire establishment is run like one.
