I would like to take a few moments to express the professionalism of the staff at Fields BMW at South Orlando. They are consistent in striving for excellence. Our service manager Nancy Hernandez is the best. A smiling face and pleasant positive attitude best describe the atmosphere she creates. She had our car scheduled for service within 24hours and addressed all of my concerns. This is critical when protecting an investment which a BMW certainly is. Once again she displays all of the fine qualities that represent the Fields auto group. All of the staff at South Orlando should be commended. I do not know of any other auto group that has free car washes.

If you plan on purchasing a BMW don't waste your time here and go to Coggin BMW Ft. Pierce. I planned on purchasing a used I3 and put a 2K deposit down because I was out of town. I was planning on picking it up just two days from when I put the deposit down. I received a call the day before I was going to pickup my car, and was told that they sold it to another person. I then asked for a refund of my deposit and they hung up on me!!! I have never had, such a terrible experience at a car dealer. I even signed a contract it's as if they sold an already sold car. My salesman told me the manger made this decision. I've got to wonder if his prior job was at a cutthroat used car dealer. Or if this entire establishment is run like one.
