Professional Customer Service - BMW to Porsche
Thank you for the courtesy check call yesterday, it was nice talking with you.
I have been a BMW owner since 2009 and this is the first time I’ve received a courtesy call from the General Manager. I can say by far BMW of Ocala and Porsche provided the best customer service. Everyone I encountered from the service department to sales was professional, respectful and happy to assist. Mr. Brent Gustafson provided excellent customer service. He kept me up to date on the status of my car and ensured a loaner for the duration my car was in the shop.
Mr. Ron Bertrand and his team (Darnell Riley and Steven Simpson) were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and are working together to ensure I find the right car for my next purchase of either a BMW or Porsche.
Overall both dealerships were bright, open and inviting. Another plus is that you also had my favorite Lindt chocolate candy as well.
I am happy to give the dealership 10 across the board when I receive the online evaluation from BMW. I have also provided my comments on the DealerRater.com site today.
Thank you again.

Great Service again😃😃😃😃 by AutumnSky - AutumnSkye
I would like to take a few moments to thank Nancy Hernandez at Fields South Orlando for her assistance in getting our damaged run flat tire replaced. She was able to have this task completed the same day. I appreciate this attention to detail as my wife commutes to work over 30 miles each way and when the tire warning light came on, Nancy answered and resolved the matter. The BMW tire and wheel warranty is definitely a good investment for run flat tires as no one can predict when a tire can be a victim of some form of road hazard. Nancy is to be commended again for her positive attitude and friendly smile. Once again she exemplifies the Fields Auto Group motto: Fields Matters because you Matter!!!😃😃😃😃😃😃
Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!!! - MariaLev
Not only did we get a gorgeous BMW 340i, but the incentives were amazing. The deal went through in record time. The entire experience was stress free, comfortable, and amazing. The facility is also as beautiful and high tech as the cars. I am thrilled and will definitely tell my friends and family about my experience. Our salesman James Jupiter was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.
Continuing review, runflat tires wear quick and uneven - Nothappy
The runflat tires that BMW is trying to charge me at $300 per tire at lease end should have a 60k mile wear warranty on them. This car had 30k! Im a woman, moderate driver and not in the habit of spinning tires, lol! These run flats are known to wear very uneven, predominantly on the sidewall eventhough rotations were done (or so they claim) by BMW during service intervals. Toyota and Honda were involved in a mass suit last year that paid back owners/lessees the excessive costs and wear on run flat tires. I had 4 tire incidents during the 3 years and had to buy 2 new tires already. I will dispute the lease end charge.
Cutthroat Dealer - matthewb...
If you plan on purchasing a BMW don't waste your time here and go to Coggin BMW Ft. Pierce. I planned on purchasing a used I3 and put a 2K deposit down because I was out of town. I was planning on picking it up just two days from when I put the deposit down. I received a call the day before I was going to pickup my car, and was told that they sold it to another person. I then asked for a refund of my deposit and they hung up on me!!! I have never had, such a terrible experience at a car dealer. I even signed a contract it's as if they sold an already sold car. My salesman told me the manger made this decision. I've got to wonder if his prior job was at a cutthroat used car dealer. Or if this entire establishment is run like one.
