I visited Rosner because my old car got totaled, and Tara took what could've been a terrible experience for me and turned it into a great one. The entire time I was working with her she was always looking out for my best interest, and I never once felt rushed in the process. She went above and beyond many times to help me out, including coming in on her day off, and assisting me with my rental car. There was a less expensive car at another dealership that I had considered, but I chose to go with this one because I wanted to work with Tara (and I'm glad that I did). I live in Lansing, Michigan, and drove my 2002 Oldsmobile Premiere Silhouette with over 204,000 miles to Florida in the Spring of 2016. It had a trailering package on it and I was bringing my personal things back to Lansing from my home that was up for sale at Continental Country Club.
The AC stopped working upon arrival in Florida. Estimated costs for repair exceeded the value of the car.
John in the Service Department helped find a salesman to work with me. I actually had two salesmen involved due to a medical situation with the first sales rep. Anthony took over.
After a couple of test drives, I ended up with a 2015 Buick Enclave that had 18,000 miles on it. I had never purchased a used car previously, but this car has been a WONDERFUL vehicle.
This year (2018), my "oil change soon" message appeared on my way to Florida. I made an appointment with John and he -- along with the technician -- took care of needed services: Oil/filter change, new wiper blades and new cabin filter.
I have found a great dealership here in Lansing, but feel very confident in your dealership should I need service again while in Wildwood.
I hope you realize what it means to be able to trust the advice from a dealership service department. I have not always been so fortunate.

I just purchased a 2017 Maxima this past Thursday top of the line $30k got it home and the plastic piece under bumper was hanging down...it was duct taped because previous owner ran over speed bump obviously...so I text my salesperson Chris and sent pics what does he say "I have a Toyota that's like that just zip tie it up" that is unacceptable it's a brand new car...I am shocked ...I would not recommend this dealership...very shady if you ask me and I will be contacting lawyer as well...cant zip tie that

We originally drove 40 minutes to buy a car at Starling. Along with the purchase we got 2 free oil changes/car washes. I called for an appointment, and had to wait 5 days. Today I drove 40 minutes and arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early. I had to wait about 7 minutes for someone to check me in since all but one person was at lunch. I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. That alone is totally outrageous for an oil change with an appointment, but when it actually took an hour and fifty minutes from my appointment time to get my car I was furious. No updates were given in that time at all. When my car finally was brought around, it was not washed either. The person working the desk who I told of my displeasure just got out of the car and said "There you go", and walked off. I will not be back for my second oil change/ car wash, and I will never buy another car there. They showed me today how much they care about you after the sale

I grew up in a Chevy family so it was only natural that I took my son to buy his first car here. To say it was a bad experience is an understatement. We had some challenges and the only person that would ever talk to us about them was the poor sales guy. NOT ONCE did anyone higher ever step in.
Everything you could imagine was wrong: Car did not have features that we were told it did, MPG was off what we had been looking for, financing was horrible. Even though I paid them to pay off our trade in, I still ended up paying it off at the bank! Now I get to wait for a check from Cecil Clark to return my money.
Seriously? I think this is a car buyers nightmare. I feel really bad for my son.

My Wife and I have been to several different dealerships looking to purchase a new vehicle. We have had the Shock N Aw to the puppy dog making us feel guilty and to the angry for not buying from them. I was expecting the same thing here since this was our first time visit. Boy were we wrong, the sales people here cant be compared to any other dealership. The sales people actually treat and speak to you like your part of the family and they play no games, insult you or degrade you. We purchased our new vehicle last night and it felt like it was a purchase from a from a family member. The people here are truly the rock stars of dealerships and the sales profession.
