Due to an unpleasant encounter at Don Mealey’s Chevrolet in 2012, while buying a vehicle. I swore I would never buy another Chevrolet at this dealership. I would only do my oil changes and schedule vehicle maintenance. While getting an unschedule oil change at Don Mealey’s Chevrolet, I met Cheyenne Cashwell, at the courtesy desk. She asked me since I’m going to be waiting to have my oil change completed. Would I like to test drive a 2018, Equinox. With her pleasant demeanor and non-forceful tactic. I agree to a test drive. I ended up buying two Chevy 2018, Equinox one for me and one for my Uncle. Great sales person.

My Wife and I have been to several different dealerships looking to purchase a new vehicle. We have had the Shock N Aw to the puppy dog making us feel guilty and to the angry for not buying from them. I was expecting the same thing here since this was our first time visit. Boy were we wrong, the sales people here cant be compared to any other dealership. The sales people actually treat and speak to you like your part of the family and they play no games, insult you or degrade you. I live in Lansing, Michigan, and drove my 2002 Oldsmobile Premiere Silhouette with over 204,000 miles to Florida in the Spring of 2016. It had a trailering package on it and I was bringing my personal things back to Lansing from my home that was up for sale at Continental Country Club.
The AC stopped working upon arrival in Florida. Estimated costs for repair exceeded the value of the car.
John in the Service Department helped find a salesman to work with me. I actually had two salesmen involved due to a medical situation with the first sales rep. Anthony took over.
After a couple of test drives, I ended up with a 2015 Buick Enclave that had 18,000 miles on it. I had never purchased a used car previously, but this car has been a WONDERFUL vehicle.
This year (2018), my "oil change soon" message appeared on my way to Florida. I made an appointment with John and he -- along with the technician -- took care of needed services: Oil/filter change, new wiper blades and new cabin filter.
I have found a great dealership here in Lansing, but feel very confident in your dealership should I need service again while in Wildwood.
I hope you realize what it means to be able to trust the advice from a dealership service department. I have not always been so fortunate.

Both times I took my car for service it was terrible, extremely terrible, super long wait. So last Saturday I needed a new battery. Took it to Starling. The service was AMAZING, everyone was kind and attentive. Starling Service will be my go to place.

1st mistake a salesman can make is letting a potential buyer walk away. We had received a flyer in the mail which brought us to John Hall. Said, we pay 150% of book value, get a $100 Wal-Mart gift card for coming in, and other raffles. We get there, hoping we'd get an energized salesmen to give us options on trading in our Laramie but he was not helpful, didn't try to sell us anything, didn't bring up any raffles, and when WE asked about the 150% book value offer he started back pedaling and never offered to even have the 2015 truck appraised. We had money to spend and was disappointed with his lack of motivation. We are now on our to David Moss Chevrolet.

I bought my 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 new at this dealership in January 2016. I was concerned about the service I would be receiving from Chevy since my last 2 vehicles I drove were Lexus vehicles. But I have to say every time I bring my car in for service the service reps are friendly and always have a can do attitude and the service manager is outstanding and always there to help if needed. like I said in the subject line, they always exceed my expectations. I would recommend this dealership and service department to my friends and family.

Very bad experience, they took almost 2 weeks to find the problem of my 2015 Chevy, the service advisor never gets the phone, I've called more than 50 times and never returned a single voice message, which I don't blame the poor guy because of the excessive job he looks to handle. Tried to talk to Ron the service manager a few times but the attendend refuse to transfer the call to him because they know they did find the problem. I know they are going to try to fool me and you by responding to this post nicely but it's just it doesn't change the fact they have very poor customer service, they are not responsible and they weren't there when I most needed it. I don't use to waste my time on reviews but this one was worth it. Even worse, they charge my credit card twice for the same service, guess what the service manager never return my calls, very bad experience !!!!

I grew up in a Chevy family so it was only natural that I took my son to buy his first car here. To say it was a bad experience is an understatement. We had some challenges and the only person that would ever talk to us about them was the poor sales guy. NOT ONCE did anyone higher ever step in.
Everything you could imagine was wrong: Car did not have features that we were told it did, MPG was off what we had been looking for, financing was horrible. Even though I paid them to pay off our trade in, I still ended up paying it off at the bank! Now I get to wait for a check from Cecil Clark to return my money.
Seriously? I think this is a car buyers nightmare. I feel really bad for my son.
