I came to this dealership with the mindset that I was gonna have to be there all day and would probably have to haggle and leave upset. NONE of that happened. I had made the appointment to get my back-up camera checked out, since the grid lines to reverse had turned off. Turns out it was just a setting on the dash that needed to be changed, but would of still been covered under my warranty.
One thing that would of been nice, is for the team to check in the begging before I make the appointment to see if it's something I can do. If the tech knew it was only a setting change, I wouldn't have to have gone through the trouble to be put into a rental for the day, and spend 2 hours driving back and forth to the service center.
Other than that, staff was friendly and personable.

The day I walked in and met Pierre it was raining and yet he still took the time to show me the vehicle I wanted to see and took me for a test drive. I was not able to make the deal with him that evening but he was able to get me exactly what I wanted and I came back the next day and bought the car. This place is horrible after they get your money. The people are rude and the service department is the absolute worst. I wish I had done my homework before I bought a car from them, they have an F rating with the BBB and it is well deserved. Stay away from this place.

Came in to have service done on my challenger 2 weeks later I see something hanging under my car and they never bolted back up the skid plate. And the side skirt is broke right at the lift point. They spilled oil all over the place on the engine bay as well. When i called the service manager he said things happen but he will not guarantee to me that he will have it fixed because things happen. Never again will I do any thing with that sorry store.

Let me start off by saying stay AWAY! I took my van to the Napelton Dealership in Kissimmee yesterday at 3pm and because of the issues, was given a loaner van. Keep in mind I live over 40 miles away and it takes an hour five, to an hour forty five depending Orlando traffic to get there. Everything seemed great; the Service Advisor seemed knowledgeable and accommodating. He was able to get me in when my vans AC died. He wrote everything up and told me he would call me when the repair work was done.
At 10am the next day, I received a call, my van was finished. So I left work early, was in the van an hour and thirty-five minutes before I got to the dealer, arriving at 5:45pm. I came in, paid my$107 deductible, and headed to my van, to only find out that the repair was not done and the AC blower still did not work.
So I went back in to only be told, to take the loaner again and it should be done by Tuesday. After spending 1.5 hours in the van, paying $25 one way in gas, I told him that I would prefer my van and would like to schedule a time to bring it back.
He told me there was no need, to just bring it back any time as he had no mechanics available to finish the job. When I asked how long the repair would take, I was told several hours. This in itself is infuriating, but it gets better.
When I left and tried calling several managers from the service manager who I know was there, to trying to get a hold of the operations manager for the dealer, was told by the 2 ladies working the phone they would try them, to only be disconnected 4 times and then sent to voicemail.
After this experience of them not fixing my vans issues, charging me for the repair and billing Dodge for the warranty work, I called Dodge to put a complaint in as the dealer is committing fraud. I do not recommend this dealer as they put on a good show, but charge you for work they do not do!
When you try to get an answer, they hang up on you. The repair should have been completed before I was called to drive out their. Stay AWAY!
I will be fighting for my deductible back, as I will be going to another dealer to have the issue fixed.

Finance staff -male told him I didn’t not want GAP ins or ext warranty . Told me to sign stating I refused GAP when I got papers I was charged and had signed saying I wanted it ! Oh there gonna pay me back for it , it should’ve never been charged and if I wasn’t trading my Jeep In to another dealer bc they gave me a better trade on the NEW jeep I just bought from you and that’s how I found the GAP charge . This is how dealerships get a bad name is from business like you . You know what your staff is doing and you obviously training them to do it .
