So my fiance and I went in to look into getting a new truck. We new what we wanted - so when we got in we started working with Matthew Hurd. He listened very inventively and asked questions to make sure he knew exactly what we were looking for and wanted. So we located a truck 2018 Dodge Ram 1500, and I test drove it. Once back at the dealership, Matthew worked quickly to help us get through this process. Matthew answered all our questions with expertise and when something wasn't correct on the paperwork, he corrected it immediately. Once we were approved for the truck, we went to work with the finance manager, Kevin. Kevin was very friendly and easy to work with. He worked quickly as well, and made the process go smoothly. Once all completed we went out to our old vehicle to clean it, and to our surprise - Matthew had already brought our new truck over next to our old vehicle, had removed the plate from our old vehicle and had everything set up waiting for us. This was perfect! We enjoyed not being harassed to make a deal, not getting extra incentives we didn't want shoved in our faces and how friendly the 2 employees we dealt with were. I would definitely recommend Matthew Hurd to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from Phillips Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram here in Ocala!!

I brought my Durango in for safety recall, tire rotation and oil change. I had made an appointment the previous week. I arrive 30 minutes early for the appointment. The service advisor sent me a text with his contact information later that morning. By 2:40 in the afternoon I had not heard from the dealership. I sent him a text, replying to the text he had sent me that morning. By 4 o’clock, still no response. I called the dealership from my office and asked to be transferred to the service department. The phone rang and rang, going on answered. I hung up and called again and was transferred to the service department. After several more rings and man answered and stated our advisor, Kerry, was not available but would call me back. At 5 o’clock, still no response from Kerry, I called from my mobile phone while in route to the dealership. I was told Carrie was busy on the other line and asked if I would hold. I’ve waited for a few moments and he picked up. He stated they needed more time but he felt like the vehicle would be ready by 6 PM that evening. I told him my transportation was bringing me and I would be in the lobby waiting for the vehicle to be finished. Upon arrival the dealership, I waited in the waiting room until 630. And which time I approached the service desk and asked for a status. I was told my vehicle was ready and that someone had called my phone. No one had called me and I was in the lobby the entire time, only steps from the service desk. I asked how long my car had been ready and received a vague answer. I also ask where Kerry was and she said “he went home early and probably did not finish making his calls”. The woman at the service desk said she would call for a valet and to meet them in the bay. I waited in the bay until a young man came out and said my car was “not very far” and to follow him. He walked me through the parking lot where my vehicle was located. What was the point of calling the valet? I thought he was supposed to bring the car to me as part of the customer service. On my way home, an indicator light came on. I looked it up in my owners manual and determined it was a low tire pressure warning. Two rear tires were at 30 pounds and my two front tires were well under the recommended 36 pounds. They were supposed to rotate my tires, wouldn’t it make sense to check the pressure? The Durango has an instrument panel which tells you the pressure in the tires also. I was frustrated and called and asked for the service manager Brian and received his voicemail, I left a message requesting him to call me back. The entire next day went by without a call. on Friday I called the service manager again and received a voicemail, again leaving a message. By late that afternoon, still not having heard from him, I called and asked for the general manager, again leaving a voicemail message requesting someone call me back. I still have yet to receive a call from anyone in management. This is very poor customer service from the advisor to Management. I am very displeased and felt as if I was treated unprofessionally and that my time was not valuable.

Tim was on top of my trade in appraisal and came very close to my asking price of my trade in, and Ed shopped around for the best deal for my financing and got me the one I that was better than I expected. Buying a car is a long and arduous process, but i must say with this team of workers we got the job done quickly and efficiently. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - M32955
Looking for a new car has been a nightmare. The lack of customer service out there is unreal. So, it is time to start calling these dealers out. Napleton has been one of the worst. I found a vehicle on their website and made an inquiry via their website. Heard nothing back for days. Finally got an email from Annie saying that she wanted to be sure all of my questions had been answered. Ummm NOOOO. Nobody bothered to respond. I emailed her back and told her so and SHE DID NOT RESPOND. Then I get an email from Anthony, the General Manager telling me how important my business is! LOL I email him back. NO RESPONSE! Then I get an email from Bryan saying that he had emailed in response to my inquiry. NOOOOO you did not email me. So, I email him back and tell him that he had not emailed and that nobody had responded to me and how terrible their customer service is. I HEAR NOTHING BACK FROM HIM EITHER! Then I get an email from Victoria, the Internet Sales Manager and she apologizes and tells me that this is not the way they do business and still wants to earn my business! This email from her is included in the thread of my emails to them so she has seen them all. I email her back and guess what...NOTHING! NO REPSONSE! I wait another day and email her again and again...NO RESPONSE. I have never seen anything like it.

I buy new vehicles about once every year and a half to two years. This go around has been the worst of all. I have encountered laziness and a complete lack of customer service from countless dealers like never before. Then, I ran across David from Daytona Dodge. He would always get back to me within minutes and was beyond helpful from the start. He even went so far as to email me back and forth and 10 at night trying to help and get the info he needed from me. He went above and beyond on every level. The other dealers around Central Florida should take note and learn from this guy because he knows how to provide exceptional customer service! Thank you David! Much appreciated!
