Frank M was my internet sales contact. Frank was able to get me the price that I wanted for a new CRV EXL. As I was trading in my 2015 CRV Frank coordinated the trade in negotiation with the Sales Department Management Team. After some reasonable back and forth a trade in value was agreed to. Frank then locked in my new CRV from inventory just received off the truck. Frank put into motion all the required tasks to get my new vehicle ready for delivery. This required coordination with the Service Department as a list of accessories would have to be ordered and installed. Frank assured me that he would contact me as soon as all the required prep work ha been completed. Frank also went over the checklist that accomplishes all of the predetermined settings for the door lock operation, cell phone pairing, and electronic equipment. Frank advised me that when the vehicle is ready that he would go over all of the specifics of the vehicle system operations to assure that I was comfortable with the operation of said systems. I am scheduled to take delivery in two days.
The excellent rating was reduced to good only because of the time I had to spend waiting for the Finance Department to process my purchase documents. It took approximately 1.5 hours of wait time to see the Finance Department Representative. It was explained to me that I was the sixth purchaser in line to get thru. The Finance Department Customer Service Reps had only two Reps available due to one employee out for the day. I highly suggest that Honda of Ocala management brainstorm to remove this log jam in their purchase process.

Run of the mill vcm issue on the v6 09 accord - Hondareviewer
I recent went to the dealership because my DTC on the VCM triggered while driving. Just to give you guys the issues that can happen. Revs capped to 4K. Rough idle rough acceleration and nothing scares you like a misfire. There is a bulletin out for it which I was slightly out of warranty for it. I was concerned that I would be on the foot for the majority of things but Colleen beach was able to keep someone like me in good spirits after consulting with her manager about it. A major service turned into the dealer taking care of the bulletin and I having to pay for two other sparks that were affected by the VCM reprogram and knocked out my routine oil change. Indefinitely would come back to the dealership again as classic Honda wanted me to pay for things that weren't broken.
I hope the vcm issue is taken care of for good :)
Amazing experience buying my Accord Sport 2017 - Mikexpr
I was shopping around for a used Honda Accord 4 cylinder model to replace my 2013 Accord touring which has a V6 in it. I used car gurus for my search and I bumped into many Accords for sale but I found an EX 4 cylinder that caught my attention and I decided to take a trip to Sanford from Gainesville. Since the first moment that I inquired for the car I had a rapid response from Skip Sage. When I arrived the dealership staff was friendly, helpful, made sure me and my girlfriend were happy during our car shopping experience. As i was getting everything ready Charles Twilley was very helpful and showed great professionalism during the various test drives and answering every question that I had. I ended up purchasing a 2017 Accord Sport because the payments were going to be similar so it made more sense to buy a brand new car due to my negative equity it didn't make sense to buy used. As I went to finance to finalized the process Abrahim Aburayyan was the best finance person that I have ever work with. As days passed I remembered that I needed a trunk tray due to my busy lifestyle i use my trunk a lot and i needed the extra protection that a trunk tray offers. Well due to a misunderstanding I ended up traveling back to Sanford but halfway there i had to turn around because they did not have it in stock. Again this dealership earned my respect Skip Sage and Michelle Vickers went above and beyond to compensate me for my time, travel and inconvenience. I am more than pleased with my car buying experience I totally recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a vehicle new or used. Superb customer service, gracious professionalism and excellent managers that won't stop until you are completely satisfied.

COMPLETELY blown away by this dealership.Needed some warranty work completed on my truck due to a power steering FAILURE. Dealship blamed my lift and tires then wanted to charge me 2200 dollars to fix it. Thank god rough county stands by there products and customers. I will never buy another GM product because of this dealership. I would recommend anyone go to them. Best part is I asked for a full report of how and why it was related to my lift In a written statement and I basically got a run around story on paper. Do not expect professionalism or quality customer service.
