Worth the Trip - Roadtrip
We recently purchased a 2015 CRV from Honda of Ocala. We drove down from Orange Park for an athletic meet and paid the dealership a visit because of the selection of used CRVs we saw online. Our salesman was Chris Rodman, and he was very helpful and personable. We found just the car we were looking for and got a free lunch at the dealership’s lunch counter too! I highly recommend Chris and Honda of Ocala.

The people at Coggin worked with me and were very patient. They answered all of my questions, took the time to break down the financing, and give me the best deal they could. The car I bought was lower in mileage and price than the same model and trim that other dealers were selling in the greater Orlando area. While I would have liked a lower price, overall (I mean really, who wouldn't 🤣) Christian and Phillip in finance worked with me to make the payments fit my needs as best as they could, and they were able to get me a lower interest rate than I was originally quoted. Bob broke down how their price was the lowest, showed me the comparisons from other Honda dealers in the area, and explained how much value I would be receiving if I purchaed from Coggin in Deland. Plus....they have the most awesome coffee machine I have ever seen at a car dealership, no joke.

My little CR-V went in for her first service at this dealership today. I didn't think any other dealership could have been better than Frank Ancona Honda in Olathe, KS, but Gary Yeomans Honda in Daytona Beach made the mark! What a wonderful place with a friendly staff and knowledgable service department. Mike Stambersky was my service advisor. He got me in and out quickly, explained everything in detail and did not sell me anything that I didn't need. Very friendly, knowledgable and dependable. Also, I love their website as it is easy to schedule your service appointment online. It even allows you to pick your service advisor. Pick Mike. You won't be disappointed. As long as I live in Florida, Gary Yeomans Honda will be my CR-V's service center.
Never Cares about Customers but ONLY TO MAKE MONEY - Mercy
The person in the finance was not clear enough with the insurance that he sold to me and my husband. What is clear to me and the sales person we talked to is very specific.
So, my husband just signed the contract without me present. I was outside with my toddler.
So, came home and after the next day, I reviewed everything and clearly enough, it was not the one we talked about. So, i need to cancel the insurance that has been added up to our final statement which is not clear to us.
I called the Autonation and asked for that person, got transferred, no answer, i called the next phone number on the calling card, waited and line got lost, called again and waited and no answer.
Emailed the person but was told that everything is final already.
I called the bank and either cannot help me too.
So, my husband went back to the dealership to have the insuramce cancelled. He was helped but not the person who sold us the insurance.
We were told to call the insurance for follow up cancellation but the agent told us that they don't have that kind of insurance there.
So, my husband kept on calling the sales person for a help but always told to look for certain person in the dealership.
It was 2 weeks calling back and forth but no help at all.
We went back again to the dealership for the third time today which is 1 1/2 hour from our house to ne told again that the person from cancellation was off today and been advised to call tomorrow morning, So up to now for 2 weeks,problem has NOT been solved.
Bought 4 cars already for different dealership and never had this problem.
Autonation Honda Sanford is the WORST DEALERSHIP we've ever been.
After they get your money, that was it. They don't care anymore.

Eric, from the service center is awesome! He goes above and beyond to take care of his costumers. We were completely satisfied with our vehicle inspection that he performed and just recently I was in a jam with a locked lug nut on a flat tire and no key to get it off, and he sent someone to my house to help me out. The Honda service center will forever be our go too.
