first did an online credit application, told i was approved, i told them i was trading in a 2014 Sorento for a new 2018 Sorento and did thier trade in value, Also told them where i wanted my payments to be at. After arriving at dealership took vehicle out for test drive, it had over 3000 miles on it and found damage to back lid. I asked for another one same options he brought me one which i walked around but did not drive. Then they started asking me my personnal information which i said i already did a credit report which they said did not carry over, Well after over 4 hours of waiting there they tried to have me agree to way over monthly payments then i told them i wanted. So back and forth several times to get payment down. Then when i said forget it, they said should we send to banks for approval>> WHAT they made up their own payments/>> Then finance dept added a extended warranty i did not ask for,, When i left this vehicle also had over 3500 miles on it. also found small dent in back lid, Was told its a demo after i bought it. Are ALL their vehicles demos and damaged?? BE CAREFUL what u buy and watch Finance Dept

My wife and i purchased a new kia soul on memorial day weekend. We were suppose to get an amazon echo. As advertised. So far it has been going on four months and no gift. They said they ran out when we purchased the car.that we would have to wait for ninety days. I believe this is just a gimmick to get your business.
