EVERYONE in the service department were so very friendly. I was greeted immediately, my service rep, Susie was finishing with a previous customer and once finished I had her complete attention. I had some errands to do and a shuttle service was available. I took advantage of this and the driver, Calvin, was so polite and friendly. I enjoyed my time speaking with him as well. My Sorento was finished within the time estimated and I am very pleased with results.

Service Performed Kia Forte - Great Job
Brought my 2015 Kia Forte for service maintenance and a window switch replacement. Customer service rep was polite and helpful. I was told it would take about one and a half hour to complete but it actually took a little over 2 hours. It was ok with me as overall I was satisfied. They even had my car washed.

This company advertised a price on there website for a Hyundai Accent sel for approximately 12,891.00. I called and talked to Peter (the general manager). When I got there, he gave me to Jose, who tried to add 2995.00 for tinted windows. Yes, tinted windows. I explained that this wasn't the price advertised. He said well that's how it is. Well no it isn't. I drove over 30 minutes in the rain with a young toddler to have what I expected to be a done deal. They tried to add this money to the contract and expected me to be fine with it. No deland, not this woman. My advice is that you go to Kia right next to them.
