B: went to go get my windows tinted and i work 12pm to 9pm and they told me to come in at 11:30am and they will drive me to my job and drop my car off and hand my keys to security when it was done they literally went out of there way to get what i needed done quick easy and super convenient

Was never even told what the price of the car would be, had to call 4 times to get a call from my salesmen. after I bought the car it took 2 weeks to get a paint chip and window tint done. they tried to give my car back with the worst paint work ive ever seen. then at 1600 miles the roof started leaking! ITS A HARD TOP! after yet another 2 weeks with out my car, they damaged the interior trying to fix the water leak and when I called them on it, i was kicked out and told if I didn't take my damaged car they would do a repo on me. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone ever.

Since moving to Volusia County I have bought at least 8 vehicles from this dealer.and never disappointed. Sales staff is courteous and helpful, NEVER pushy, allow plenty of time to make a decision. (I think I should get my tenth vehicle free :-)]
Service staff is also courteous, and competent. They don't try to sell you services you don't need. Like all Ford dealers, they let you know what services will be due soon.

I chose Parks Lincoln for bringing my new Ford Escape in for it's first oil change. It's location is close to where I live. Where I purchased the Escape is in Apopka, quite a distance farther for just an oil change. I called the Service Dept. the day before to make an appointment, and was able to get in the next day, at the time that I wanted to come in. When I arrived, I parked my car, and went into the customer area of the Service Dept. The lady who works at the front desk was friendly, and invited me to have a cup of coffee, and said that the Service Advisor, Traci, would be right with me. Traci, the Service Advisor, is cheerful, and took care of everything. She made everything go smoothly, from the beginning to the finish. I really appreciated the vacuum cleaning of interior, and the car wash included in the service. I felt good about going to Parks Lincoln.

This purchase happen in March 2018 in the name of Aaron and Annie Mitchell, spoke with over Tammie in title and registration, as well as others including customer service, It is over a month and still have not receive the tag. It was state being over knighted 2 weeks ago and have not received it yet to this day. That is very in professional. Let countless messages and nothing has been done. Driving with a expired tag, that's not cool in this day and time for a African American.

I would give no stars if I could. I would like to Thank FORD , Island Lincoln, the engineer, and service tech for nearly getting me and my family in a wreck this weekend. I have had Numerous Problems with my new Truck, from engine lights, back up camera, nearly ended up in a ditch, due to my brakes. I have asked to have these things repaired. I've taken pictures, video's, had my truck sit at this dealer for 10 days with nothing done or very little. This weekend I was in Jacksonville and if you have ever been in Jacksonville, Florida you need your brakes. After having to pump them several times, they would not pump anymore nor would they stop my vehicle and I almost ran into the back of someone. Ford what is it going to take before my truck is repaired or replaced.

Fine, but I don't see that option anywhere and when I call the dealer, i'm told he will get back to me. 2 weeks later, I'm still waiting. received only one key. when I called to ask if another was available, was told he will get back to me...still waiting.
