Tried to sell me a 2017 F150. Came in for a 2018. The price was the same as a 2018. No discount for a year old truck Told there was no 2018s available. Not until I looked up the truck online did they admit it existed. It was in their southern location called Villages ford.
Also we were told the truck came with a interior warranty and protection. Later we found a cut on the back door interior. Looked like cut during the prep work when it was revived at dealer. They did not honor their warranty. Don’t believe what they tell you about freebies. There in freebies when you don’t honor them. Spent $70k on a truck with a gash on the door. Purchased the warranty package for almost 10k and I’m worried they won’t honor that.
Staff was courteous but could not honor their warranty and the paperwork didn’t exist. Was told it’s all in the computer. Had great experience a decade ago but now disappointed.

Emergency Needed - Pleased Senior
I was leaving my home to a doctors appointment within 40 minutes and my check engine light came on in my MKC. I immediately went to Parks and was in a 2019 MKC in 7 minutes to get to the doctors on time. I never had this to happen to me before and was overwhelmed of the service Parks provided. I am very pleased with Gavin my service representative whom I have had since day one he started after my previous representative I had for 8 years at Parks. I am please and will purchase future automobiles and recommend Parks to family and friends. I really appreciated Parks and specially Gavin assisting a senior (mature) adults with very last minute issues. Thank You Gavin and thank you Parks.

This purchase happen in March 2018 in the name of Aaron and Annie Mitchell, spoke with over Tammie in title and registration, as well as others including customer service, It is over a month and still have not receive the tag. It was state being over knighted 2 weeks ago and have not received it yet to this day. That is very in professional. Let countless messages and nothing has been done. Driving with a expired tag, that's not cool in this day and time for a African American.

I would give no stars if I could. I would like to Thank FORD , Island Lincoln, the engineer, and service tech for nearly getting me and my family in a wreck this weekend. I have had Numerous Problems with my new Truck, from engine lights, back up camera, nearly ended up in a ditch, due to my brakes. I have asked to have these things repaired. I've taken pictures, video's, had my truck sit at this dealer for 10 days with nothing done or very little. This weekend I was in Jacksonville and if you have ever been in Jacksonville, Florida you need your brakes. After having to pump them several times, they would not pump anymore nor would they stop my vehicle and I almost ran into the back of someone. Ford what is it going to take before my truck is repaired or replaced.
