My husband and I visited this dealership on Monday morning, June 11. We were ready to buy a car as we had done our homework. The salesman said they did not have the car on premise (2018 MDX Advance) but could locate one at another dealership. We reached an agreement based upon them locating the vehicle. I was asked to make a $500 deposit which would be returned if they were not able to locate a vehicle. They had until the end of the day, Thursday June 14. They were to keep me informed throughout the process. I did not hear from them so on Tuesday evening I called. The salesman said they think they located one - I reiterated the deadline. I heard nothing except for a text to my husband asking if we would take a AWD instead of FWD. I was buying the car but he texted him. I said no. I heard nothing again so on Thursday I called. The salesman said they would not be able to locate the car. I asked when my deposit would be returned to me and he said by 5:00 pm and would email my receipt. I also said that we would buy a 2019 when they came in since it was obvious there were no 2018 and keep me posted. Nothing was done and I called the Sales Manager Friday afternoon. After explaining it all over again he said he would return the deposit and text me when completed. It is Saturday night and still no deposit returned. This is the worst service ever. Don’t trust your money with Fountain Acura in Orlando.

...you would have thought I was an employee. I have so-so credit (unavoidable bankruptcy now discharged... ugg) and really needed someone to give me a break buying a car for my 16 year old daughter. I really didn't expect much because typically when they hear "bad credit" they won't give you the time of day. NOT SO at Coastal! #`1 great experience, my salesman, ROBERT, was more than eager to listen and found, with the help of the sales manager whose name escapes me, (sorry, even though you were awesome...) got me not only approved but, got me the car I wanted at the payment I need to have with the down payment I could comfotably put down. Easy Stuff no problems! #2 great experience, the finance manager BRAD. He had My back. Period. Came in the next day to finalize my down payment and he says "good news, I got you a lower % rate and your payment dropped by $25 a month". That's not good news, thats GREAT news! I have bought many cars prior to this (I'm 56 years old) from various dealerships and have NEVER found an overall buying experience to beat the one I had at COASTAL (even when I had great credit). I needed a break, I GOT ONE! I NEVER write in about stuff like this but I feel that strongly about how this went! This felt more like a family group than a factory assembly line dealership. Cheers to you guys and I would not for a second hesitate to recommend Coastal to anybody. I'll be a repeat customer when I can buy something new. Book it!
