This past Saturday morning, August 25th, 2018, I visited Union Park Honda to consider the lease of a new vehicle. Mike Mc Daniels assisted me in finding a beautiful new Honda CRV. The process from start to finish went smoothly and quickly. In fact, the delivery process was the fastest and most efficient that I have ever experienced in my many years of purchasing vehicles for myself and my four children.. Anthony Bowman in the Finance Office was also a pleasure to deal with, doing his part of the process in the same exceptional manner that was started by Mike. Before leaving with my new CRV, Mike rejoined the process to thoroughly explain and demonstrate the use of every button and dial in the driver's compartment and coordinated my IPhone with the blue tooth system. This is the second time I’ve taken my car to Thompson for inspection and twice it came back with leaks the first time I found a pick in my car now it’s leaking again.
All of a sudden, I left it on Sunday afternoon and Monday leaks really if your car doesn’t have any repairs they will make some

Bought a BMW 5 series from I G Burton on 9/8 /18. As we were signing papers , they took our car to cleaning only to bring it back with damaged bumper. Their response was that it is not a big deal and they can paint it . I just paid $52000.00 for this and Manager Kurt don't understand why I wouldn't want it be paintef. They also lied to me that I couldn't get out of my loan because BMW wouldn't allow it , which is not true according to BMW.

I bought my car there, but would not buy another one. The service department has, shall we say, a credibility problem. On 3 different occasions I called to obtain quotes for service work and parts. Each time they quoted me one price, but then tried to charge me a higher price once the work was completed -- even when I had the original quotation from them in writing. Then, they gave me attitude when I actually expected them to honor the prices that they had quoted to me in the first place. BMWs are great cars, but I would never again buy one that was not within BMW's full-maintenance included, bumper-to-bumper warranty period unless I knew a very good non-BMW german car mechanic.
