My initial intent was to take a quick peak at a Nissan Frontier that had just recently been traded in. My plan was foiled when Brianna introduced herself and made me feel welcome at Star. She went the extra mile to locate the truck (it was being inspected and detailed) and explain the powertrain warranty, which came as a huge surprise since most dealers add warranties for extra $$$. The whole process was painless! I think I have found my truck dealership. Couldn't be happier! Thank you Brianna and Star!

Dealer registered OnStar and Sirius XM to my husband who was not the owner of the car. Took 4 phone calls to straighten out the mess. Without ever asking who was going to own the car, all paperwork was prepared in my husband's name, some of which was able to be fixed in the hour before the car was delivered. Makes me wonder what era these people are living in.
Service not good at all for repairs on a new vehicle - Joseph 7774
I will say I saved money on a 70.000 dollar truck but repairs not so great and finance cost me 430.00 they took a pay off out of my net trade to pay off loan when I gave them a 12000 check so this cost me money over five years I guess no we're is safe to buy anymore very disappointed in this service. Just wanted my breaks to stop squeaking in the morning every morning so its going to cost me 1200. To get new rotors and pads on a new truck.

Faulkner has a good service department,Brought car in with heat no work great and losing antifreeze,it was fixed for a day and broke again,a service manager is bringing car back in Wendsday to address the issues I have with the car.Car was amazing for a year and a half.but has now been giving me issues but they are trying.

very poor satisfaction , sent paperwork for a car that they said would hold until I cam back . Lied never did what they said. and had to spend hours on phone to cancel due to a situation beyond my control, and was hung up on fromthe fiance man and never had cals teturned back to me , even with the sales manager, never tried to kelp get the situation resolved very unhappy

I will never go back to them again. It’s my 3rd time purchasing a vehicle from them, I thought they would see me as a valuable customer. They sold me a piece of crap jeep, I’ve had nothing but problems with it since I bought it. They got my info compromised and I had money taken out of account fraudulently and had to cancel my card. When I call and leave a message they never call back. When I told them I was unhappy with my purchase they gave me the run around. They don’t listen to the customer and try to make them happy, they just trick and deceive customers. I would never recommend them!

I brought my car in to have a wheel installed.I had a 1pm appointment and car was done until,3:15 pm.It takes about 15 minutes to install a wheel..I wasn't even mad about that because shops get busy.I was quoted $40 dollars plus tax,which I agreed to.Even though other places are 15-25 dollars,but I wanted to keep it dealer serviced.My family has bought multiple cars there.Never again though.Dave my Sevice adviser comes and tells me they had to charge an extra $12.95 for a valve stem.He said they can't switch them over.I had wheels replaced on three cars and Goodyear,Reedman,and Ntb all just transferred the stem over.I said nicely that I was quoted $40 and hats what I'm paying.He said ok,then I go to pay and I see a$4.95 shop fee.I said what's this.He said it's a fee for use of the wheel machine.Geez how crooked can u get?I refused and said that's what the labor is for.The work itself was excellent,but the Service people are crooked.They try and up their commission anyway they can.I would never use them again and it's sad bough many parts and stuff over the years.My family is done with this dealership!

Armen Cadillac did nothing to help me with a drane problem that flooded our srx on our vacation to we had pumper to pumper coverage and they said it was a act of God! Sorry rain isn't a act of God I want everyone to know they don't care and I'm going to let all my family and friends that they suck!

My sales person was phenomenal very professional accommodating no pressure Paul took his time. After the sale he kept in touch with us making sure everything was properly explain . I had questions pertaining to some of the features he took his time was very thorough comforting my concerns . I have recommended's outfit to all my peers at work. Next month I have family members that will be following up with Paul so we can purchase two more vehicles let's proceed to continue the positive survey I'll continue to keep in touch hope all is well we love terms of color the best outfit ever

I've been on the market for about 2 months looking to purchase a Cadillac and can honestly say I hit about every dealer in the NY/NJ/PA area. I can GUARANTEE you at Coleman your going to find the best deals! In addition to their great prices, their service is exceptional, they are very knowledgable, and truly love what they do. I recently leased a 2016 ATS from them and had a phenomenal experience. When I went, they had my paperwork ready, I signed, we went over the vehicles features and I was out of there in an hour! No question I'll definitely be going back to lease another car from them.

Roberts Auto Mall misrepresented the vehicle they advertised, stating it had equipment it did not and not performing required scheduled maintenance prior to offering the vehicle for sale.
They also undervalued my trade by 20%+ (per 3 independent sites — KBB, NADA, and Edmunds). In fact, they offered below wholesale value for my trade.
When both of these less-than-honest polices were brought to their attention, they refused to acknowledge them or adjust their vehicle price, even when I offered to meet them halfway.
In short, Roberts Auto Mall was imposible to deal with, treated me like a "mark", and did nothing to earn my business. If this is how they behave prior to putting pen to paper, I shudder to think what the process must be like inside the sales/finance office.
Roberts Auto Mall acts as if they don't want your business, and thus I would advise against giving it to them.
