Excellent Experience - JCirri
My experience at Delware Cadillac was as simple as car buying should be. I was met with friendly associates upon walking in, and was approached by Mike Cassidy shortly after arriving. I was interested in purchasing used, but was treated no differently than a new car buyer. Mike was more than helpful every step of the way, especially in delivering my vehicle to my residence because I wasn’t able to make it to the dealership. The accommodations I received from Mike was everything I had hoped for, and never received prior to visiting. Everything at Delaware Cadillac is First Class, and they provide a very easy buying process. I am elated with my purchase, and look forward to sending more business their way in the future!

Excellent - Jessiej259
Our salesman, Dan Mindicino, was exceptional. He was very helpful and made buying a vehicle easy, quick and painless. I have owned 4 new vehicles in the last 4 years and this has been the easiest and most rewarding experience from a dealership.
Very pleased with Scott Chevrolet! - Sailor
Our salesman Rob Cohen was very helpful. He took the time necessary to help my husband buy the truck of his dreams. His patience and the knowledge of the vehicle we ultimately purchased was a very important part of this process.
Returned to buy again - SpyderRyder
Well..... I said it in my last review.......when we upgrade my wife's vehicle, we WILL return. We DID return, and Star GMC, Frank Barry, and Colleen Williams did not disappoint. Easy, seamless process, and the wife got exactly what she wanted. Drove away in her new 2019 GMC Terrain , and loves it! Thanks again Frank, Colleen, and Star GMC! Kudos also to Matthew Morrison for making the paperwork a quick, easy step in the process.
EXCELLENT SHOULD BE SPELLED R-A-Y! - enshann2218
Impressed is an understatement! Our sales representative, Ray Melendez was outstanding! Knowledgeable, pleasant, fun, and honest. Truly a winning personality! He was so patient, took the time to answer all our questions, explained all details of the financing aspects. Listened intently to my many questions, and provided detailed answers. He showed me all the options they had available for the type of SUV I was looking for. He then further categorized them based on mileage, effecienty, safety ratings, and year manufactured. With Ray's help we were able to choose an SUV that fit our suited needs, and had a series of extra perks with a higher trim. We are so appreciative of all of Ray's help! And hope to be able to buy more cares from him in the future!
Dealer registered services to non-owner - LH
Dealer registered OnStar and Sirius XM to my husband who was not the owner of the car. Took 4 phone calls to straighten out the mess. Without ever asking who was going to own the car, all paperwork was prepared in my husband's name, some of which was able to be fixed in the hour before the car was delivered. Makes me wonder what era these people are living in.
They did a great job ,Thanks John Iluiano - dennisinpalass
My car had some crazy noise from the steering and and wheels had paint coming off, my car was taken in and wheels replaced, found bad steering gear and did its yearly service. To my amazement, the car was aligned perfect, wheels installed with no damage,, They did an awesome job.
I think other dealers need to take advice fromJon on how to keep a customer.
Thanks Jon you ripoff sorry survey was so late.
Get a written buyer's order before you go! - Al_L
Do yourself a favor - get a written buyer's order or do not step foot in this place. I negotiated via email and phone for two days with Margrethe. I was comparing her offer to another dealer’s vehicle that didn't have an option I wanted, and after raising my offer with Margrethe received a callback from her stating the out-the-door price is agreed to and to come on down to pick up my new Jeep. She seemed genuine and up front, so I drove an hour without that buyers order I usually require. I was greeted by Lenny, asked for (and briefly saw) Margrethe, but ended up sitting down with Lenny. Lenny was great, started the paperwork, took my cashier's check, trade in registration, and when asked to verify pricing before he walked away with my check he sent in the sales manager - I have a feeling Lenny had an idea of what was about to happen, because he didn't make eye contact with me at all after he pulled in the sales manager. The sales manager came in with a single number on a piece of paper and said after trade and down payment, this is your balance. The balance was 3k higher than it should have been based on the agreed upon price, and he fumbled through a story about how Margethe left for the night and some other manager must have worked with her on the pricing who wasn’t in today (we negotiated and agreed to a price today). I asked for him to walk me through his math so I could locate his mistake and was presented with an 8x11 sheet of paper with the smallest numbers you could imagine in a 3x5 area. He was increasingly unpleasant as I asked him to step through his process to arrive at the balance owed, and he became combative when I asked for my cashiers check, trade-in registration, and keys so I could leave. Don't waste your time here unless you have a written buyer's order *prior* to visiting the dealership. I invite Debbie Novick to reach out to me and will update my review should I hear from her.
Rude, and was told from write up nothing would be done - dennisinpalass
I brought my brothers Cadillac Ct-6 in with a long list of serious issues.I was told by the Service writer from Chevy, that with all these issues to get a Lemon lawyer and the chances a tech will put the time in to check these issues is slim to none.Well low and behold the next day they said come get the car and since it wasn't dropped off until 3 pm the day before there is no way they could of checked these issues. The standard no issue found and GM legal S operating as designed was written on every issue even though I could verify the issues, codes in system.I should of realized that it was a waste. All this Service advisor did for the 40 mi Utes it took him to write it up was complain about being there and about Management and sales people coming to him wish questions.I can't say the work is bad because they did none. But they did lie 100% about every issue.
Unprofesional, rude and doesn't want warranty issues - dennisinpalass
I brought our Cadillac Ct-6 in.An Appoit was made by a salesperson we were going to buy new cars from.Since the way Steven acted and treated us we will not spend over $120 grand on two Cadillacs. From the second I walked in my apoiuwas at 2pm and he had the wrong time. The lady who made the appointment confirmed to him he had the wrong time Down.It to 40 minutes to write up because all he did was complain about Customers, Managemet wanting favors and salespeople bothering him with questions about installations of extras. You can tell he did not want to be there. He was rude, nasty and arrogant but I did take his advice. He said take this list to a Lemon lawyer because his service guys are not going to check all these issues, so don't bother leaving it.I said I am leaving the car.The next day we were called at 2pm when the car was dropped off at 3 pm the day before. They wrote Gms legal departments operating as designed and no issue found even though we can confirm the issues, codes in system so bottom, line he's ruse, he lies and doesn't want to be there so, leave and let someone who will care have the job.See they don't make commissions on warranty repairs that's why service advisors give attitudes for warranty issues.Very sad.
COLEMAN LIED TO CADILLAC On Roadside service. - dennisinpalass
Coleman Cadillac was called to come to my house for a roadside service ,car was dead .Engine light , battery light.Etc.My brother is doing this survey because I don't have an account but want this done because I had enough .Coleman Cadillac is being childish taking their issues out on me because they ha E my brother Dennis because he told them about their service is bad they don't put correct amounts of oil and tire pressure from in.WeLl Coleman Cadillac lied and said their truck doesn't work so they arnt coming to start the car. They have hundreds of vehicles and two roadside trucks..how could they have no way of getting there?Typical of the way that Drew Coleman runs his place. All they want is your money and don't want warranty repairs. You know what don't lie and say your truck is broke be honest and say my brother Dennnis hurt our feelings and we don't like you so we are gonna act like two year olds and not come.

Roadside NO show - CADILLACMAN1
Holman was called to come because ct6 nightmare was dead again.Troy from Holman roadside was out the week before ,rude nasty didn't check anything, had to demand he jump start it.Had he replaced the bad batter Armenian Cadillac came out and found along with other major issues no call would be needed.Troy refused to come out.I have this on tape that Holman refused to honor Cadillacsales Roads program.Great business practices after buying multiple cars there and other Holman places.Sad don't go to this place.
They don't care - Kurt Weismuller
Armen Cadillac did nothing to help me with a drane problem that flooded our srx on our vacation to we had pumper to pumper coverage and they said it was a act of God! Sorry rain isn't a act of God I want everyone to know they don't care and I'm going to let all my family and friends that they suck!

Roberts Auto Mall misrepresented the vehicle they... - dissatisfied_customer
Roberts Auto Mall misrepresented the vehicle they advertised, stating it had equipment it did not and not performing required scheduled maintenance prior to offering the vehicle for sale.
They also undervalued my trade by 20%+ (per 3 independent sites — KBB, NADA, and Edmunds). In fact, they offered below wholesale value for my trade.
When both of these less-than-honest polices were brought to their attention, they refused to acknowledge them or adjust their vehicle price, even when I offered to meet them halfway.
In short, Roberts Auto Mall was imposible to deal with, treated me like a "mark", and did nothing to earn my business. If this is how they behave prior to putting pen to paper, I shudder to think what the process must be like inside the sales/finance office.
Roberts Auto Mall acts as if they don't want your business, and thus I would advise against giving it to them.
