Tony Isabella has been corresponding with me for over a year now, notifying me each time my desired vehicle arrived. Finally, last week we hit the jackpot. This will be the third vehicle our family has purchased from Bergey's and the service was great with the first car, continually improved, and the recent purchase was the best car buying experience for me ever. I can't say anything super or poor about our experience. I think what often gets me is the pressure to add unnecessary stuff after the agreed upon price(extended warranty, extra protection for nonsensical stuff). I didn't feel pressured or felt like I was being pitched a gimmick. Like most car buying, their seems to be an extreme amount of time that passes between agreed numbers and paperwork. Some of my experiences are better than others in this area and here it seems about par for the course for time passed. I did seem though that a few deals were coming together at the same time, so this could explain time passed. They had the car out and ready for us to view, so that was a plus. They topped of the tank, but forgot to top of the windshield wiper fluid (light was on). The first two oil changes are on them, so thats a plus. All in all I would buy here again. Thanks for not making it painful as I have also experienced in the past.

Getting ready to go away for the weekend, my daughter hit a curb and tore a hole in the side wall of my rear right tier. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation today. Chevy 21 noticed my tread wear was such that I needed new tires. The tires for life program kicked in and I got the oil change and new tires while waiting. I only waited a little over an hour for the whole job to be completed.

I received a recall notice from on-star for the trailer hitch on my 2016 gmc canyon. I had 2 sleepless nights in fear on gmc service after my first experience with Burns gmc in Marlton ,new jersey.
Finally i went to Burke motors in Cape May Court house, nj. They where friendly and appeared to want a customer unlike my selling dealer,(burns in Marlton ,nj). i was pleased at there investigating of the issue. They informed me the trailer hitch was back ordered, but they would keep me updated. Friendly and updating customers, new experience. I left and 10 minutes later got a phone call asking me to return to the dealer. They inspected the trailer hitch and reviewed the recall papers . My vehicle was clear and safe and I am thankful.
I received a survey from the dealer but they never provided an ID or Password so u spend 30 min. of ur time filling it out and then can not submit it. contact them and they send another survey again no user ID or Password. Contacted gm customer service and the 4th and 5th person i spoke to transferred me to call my own phone. gm has an issue.

I've bought 2 new vehicles from this dealership so far. The salesmen I've worked with have been great each time. Listening to what i want and never trying to up-sell me and never trying to show me vehicles i don't want to see like I've experience at other dealerships on many occasions. The sales managers and finance managers have likewise been great. I've gotten a good deal on both my trade ins and they never tried to pressure me into buying all the extra add-ons that I didn't want or need and even catering to my unusual request on my last purchase (swapping after market exhaust from trade in to new vehicle). I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a sales experience that goes against all the stereotypes of buying a car with a dealer. To top it off their service department has always been great. Friendly service and good work.

NEVER....WILL I EVER BUY A FORD VEHICLE & BUY A VEHICLE FROM WILLIS FORD IN SMYRNA EVER AGAIN! First of all I bought this xxx in 2016. I was told that there was a warranty on the vehicle at the time of purchase... after signing the paperwork, I asked about the warranty paperwork and was told that I could find it online... and guess what there was no warranty... so I was offered to purchase a policy with an extra $200 per month payment on top of the car payment...needless to say I didn't get it...so upon leaving the dealership the day of purchase., the darn airbag light came on out of the blue.... I took it back and forth for 5 months to get this fixed and they never fixed it to stay on indefinitely.... is still on till this day... then last year the head gasket blew...without any warning or issues and engine blew... $2000 to replace the entire engine... NOW THE TRANSMISSION... I'm rebuilding this whole stupid vehicle all while still making payments...NEVER AGAIN!!!

Dealership honored their published price, internet coordinator Ally Lutte promptly called me back and confirmed pricing, and that the vehicle was still available - no bait and switch. Upon arrival with no notice, met with Rafael who was assigned to me by Ally. He didn't mind me taking a solo test drive, I said I wanted to buy the car, and in about 60 minutes I was driving it home. No games, no pressure to buy any add ons, reasonable financing was available and utilized, it was just an unbelievable and no pressure no games purchase. I used to take my assigned police car here because of their ability to fix stuff the first time and was always treated like a celebrity. I ultimately bought a Chevy Spark new vs. a used preowned import elsewhere because of the phnomenal price but also because of all the games the import dealers play with their certified preowned program and pricing - I got a price, saw the car, and purchased it within a few hours complete vs. a week of trying to do the same with a certified preowned from an import dealer. Kudos to Chevy, and kudos to the team at Thomas Chevrolet who made this decision so easy because of the easy process, honest published price, and no bait and switch or hidden pricing games often played in the car business.
