When I contacted the Kindle Auto Plaza Detailing Department, I wasn't sure if they worked on outside makes of cars. Luckily for me, they do! I was able to get an appointment the next day. Matt Howell worked on my 2012 Volvo C30 and did a fantastic job. While the car is regularly washed and waxed, it had never been detailed and the leather interior was looking dingy and worn. Matt was meticulous in his attention to detail. He buffed out scratches and cleaned and conditioned the leather. I would highly recommend this service to anyone wanting that new car feeling for $189!

They understood what vehicle I was looking for and made the effort to find one they could give me a good deal on. My sales rep Vince followed up quickly with the questions and info I needed BEFORE I even had to come into the dealership so I wasn't wasting my time.
It did take took two hours from when price was agreed upon until I was out of the dealer with car. Thats too long for paper work.

I bought a 2017 Explorer and had certain extras that I wanted. AJ Eastlack went over and above to work with me and get me exactly what I wanted. Ed Ryan and his team did a great job replacing the motor in my 2012 f150 3.5 ecoboost. Work was done in a timely matter along with frequent updates on the status of work being completed. The service team also took detailed pictures of the old damaged motor during tear down. Ed was even able to negotiate with ford corporate to help assist me financially with the repairs being done. The truck was fully detailed and ready for pickup. One year before this, I purchased a 2016 Ford Edge from bayshore in Pennsville and both times it was a good experience and they are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

I went in there and Mike approached me with a smile right away asking if he can help me with anything. He offered me tea and a snack and even pulled my chair out for me! Chivalry still exist! Anyway before he even opened his mouth I knew I was buying from him. My family also liked him. You can tell Mike was very knowledgeable about cars and knew everything about engines. He could of took the car apart and put it back together if need be. I just am overwhelmed with him professionalism. I got to the dealership and was not swarmed or hassled. I walked right to the 2017 Ford Raptor. I walked inside and was met by Kevin Deets who I can not say enough about. He just asked me what I wanted the keys for to look at. I didn't feel like I was being pressured or pushed around. I was extremely pleased by how knowledgeable Kevin was about the 2017 Raptor. When visiting this dealer 2 years ago I was not impressed, however my opinion has changed considerably. I was a mechanic for 15 years 4 with Ford and this dealer has those values of past where they go out of their way to satisfy.
David Spinieo was not only warm and friendly but well versed on the product he was selling. It takes a lot for a salesperson to impress me and he did such a good job we just purchased our 2nd car from him in 8 months.

This was the best car purchase experience I have ever been through. Everyone knows that when your buying a new car whether its with leasing one or financing the process takes time. Well the Ford dealership of Conshohocken was magnificent with customer service and made the place feel very welcoming. It went from Marty Reid, welcoming me at the front desk and asking several times if I would like coffee or a bottle of water to make sure I was taken care of for the next available salesperson. Than I was lucky to have Dan McDonald who went all in for me to find the best possible deal and made sure I was really taken care of as a ford family member and not just another client. Which than leads me to the best part of my experience which was with my salesman Kevin Bonner. Kevin was amazing to work with. He talked to me as a person and not just a client. He went over every detail so I was completely comfortable with what the plan was and how we were going to get this deal done. He also went out of his way to make sure I understood how the last deal I made was not a consumer friendly deal and I realized that the previous dealership got a sale from me, but didn't earn my trust as a client. Kevin and Ford did listen to my needs on what I was looking for and made sure that I wasn't just another client, but more of a family member. See, I was trading in a car that need a lot of TLC, tender, love and care for those who don't know the expression. I was in a bad spot and these great people helped me take a bad situation and made it work out to be an unbelievable and unforgettable experience. I will not go elsewhere to buy a car again and will recommend anyone buying a car whether its new or used, please give these wonderful people a chance to work for you because a family can never be too big.

I have a leased 2016 Price Toyota RAV 4.
Had a flat. Called Price Service they said "come on down".
I "came on down" and they didn't have the tire in stock. WHAT? Your #1 selling vehicle and you don't have replacement tires for them? "It'll be in later today" they said. "Great", I sad "because I won't be". and out I went.
I head back towards my home in Wilm, needing to stop at Lowe's and while rolling on a temp donut tire I know iv'e got to get real here.
I see that "Quick Lane" service store and think....hmmmm, pul in here and see if they can help.
WELL, I was in Retail for years and this experience IS HOW YOU RETAIL.
This BIG DOG at the counter (#767 maybe) says in a very calm and caressing voice.."may I asssist you sir?" Long story short, they had to go get the tire from some tire store (more than Toyota offered right here). The entire event took 1 hour exactly as was promised by the Big Guy.
THIS IS RETAIL. A great friendly positive problem solving front desk 1st rate representative. That was #767. It was $40 less than Toyota quoted even.
The fundamental lesson in Retail is to "make a new customer every day and keep the ones you've got". The BIG way soft spoken, profeesional, king guy IS the definition of Retail.
