A Pleasant Experience From Beginning to End - WMD
We visited Holman Infiniti to look at some of the late model, low mileage, precertified Q50s they had advertised online. Upon arriving, we were impressed by the beautiful building and the friendly staff. We were fortunate enough to have Anderson Douglas show us the car we were primarily interested in and answer all of our questions, we found him to be extremely knowledgeable about not only the Q50 but the other, non-Infinity models we were considering as well. When it came time to discuss price they were very fair, the internet price was honored (plus tax, tags, and registration fees, as expected), there were no additional, made up fees thrown in to artificially inflate the price of the car above the asking price. I have found myself sitting in many different car dealerships over the years and I can honestly say this was one of the most pleasant experiences I can remember.
We picked up the car on the Friday evening of a holiday weekend. Upon arriving home we noticed that there was no owners manual in the glove compartment. I called Anderson and brought this to his attention and he told me it would be in the mail first thing Monday morning. I was hoping to get it by the end of the week. Tuesday morning the owners manual was delivered to my house followed by a call from Anderson on Wednesday just to make sure I received it. Anderson is a man of his word and a terrific guy to do business with.

Never paid off vehicle that I traded in and now currently arguing to get vehicle paid off. They didn't have a problem thou taking my down payment and cashing next day. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE THE WORSE

They are great until you have paid and taken the delivery, but after that you are history. Apparently, they don't believe in repeat customers.
I bought a certified QX60 a couple of months ago.. At the time of delivery I did not realize that the wheel lock key way was missing. When I contacted them recently, they refused to do anything about it. When asked if they can at least arrange to remove the wheel locks and replace them with regular nuts, I was told that they will get back to me but nobody did, neither did they bother returning my calls.
Any dealer worth their salt would have taken care of the issue, but no such luck with this dealer

I just purchased a QX50 from the Porter Infiniti . My representative for the company was BobPorter. He was very informative and help in teaching me about the functions of the QX50. It appears to be a very nice car. It is loaded with so many functions that I will need to read the brochure to learn how to use them properly. I have had this vehicle for at least a week and I am loving every ride. My friends are excited and anxious to get a ride in a new car.

Had a great customer service experience with Infiniti at West Chester. Discovered last night that I had a flat tire-thankfully my 1 year old QX60 was in the garage at the time. I called to check if my warranty covered the tire and spoke with Andrew in the service dept. He said yes, it is covered under my warranty and gave me the # to call and have roadside assistance come and tow the vehicle to their location. I explained that I had just had surgery and I'm unable to drive so I wouldn't be able to even come get it once it was repaired and I needed it the next afternoon. He assured me that they would be able to have my vehicle back to my house the very next day. My husband needs the car for the weekend and I was somewhat reluctant whether it would actually be back in time. I was pleasantly pleased that I already have it back in my possession with a brand new tire and never had to leave my house. That is great customer service! Thank you Andrew & whoever else helped you take care of my vehicle and whoever gave you a ride back to the dealership after bringing it to me!

I wondered why the customer experience had declined so much since Brian left. After multiple errors and phone calls, I finally spoke to someone who was honest and shared with me that they are no longer an Infinite dealership. They are not legally allowed to do warranty repair work on your Infiniti dealership. So very sad things have deteriorated so much. Steer clear.
