It's not good to be in a cold car in the winter. My heater blower motor gave out on me and needed to be replaced. The part(s) needed to be ordered so it took a day or two, but now it works better than ever. I'm warm and happy!

I had a headlight LED failure as my 2017 Accord Touring approached 36,000 miles. I had been turned away by Martin Honda, curing they were too busy to even glance at it. Without an appointment, expecting the worst, I pulled into Union Park Honda’s Service Line at 2:15pm. I expressed that, while I didn’t expect them to work on the car that day, I was concerned about going over the mileage limit of my bumper to bumper warranty. I asked if they could confirm the defect so it was noted.
Not only did they take a look at it, an hour later, the car was diagnosed and the part ordered. They created a 7am appointment for me 2 days later to ensure the repair was completed under warranty. Throughout the process, the entire team treated me like I was a member of their family. Noteworthy is that I bought my car in Pennsylvania, near my home. From this day forth, Union Park will have both my service and sales business. Thank you for bringing customer service and integrity to an industry where that can be hard to find.

I had purchased a certified DS with them, the sales person Shane Smith was helpful but the guy (Justin Goldman) who did my paper work was terrible. I had driven hours to get to the dealership to close the deal and least they could do is get my name right on the paperwork. I noticed the mistake and called them to correct it the following week but they never did and now the bank has my title with incorrect name on it. And also they sneak in extra charges such as GAP insurance as such without your notice. I had to call them multiple times to remove it. So be deal carefully!

My wife and I were interested in a used vehicle advertised online by CHJ but when we went in to drive the vehicle found that the car had 3000 more miles on it than advertised and 3000 more miles on it than the CarFax said. The car had a service sticker on it from Jaguar of Monmouth even though CHJ had serviced the car several times since October 2017. The CarFax also said there was an airbag recall on the car in January 2018 and they hadn't done anything about that ... and were letting potential customers drive the vehicle without the repair! Having expressed my issues I asked if I could keep the offer sheet and CarFax, the sales manager's response was no to the offer sheet (which he'd gone to great lengths to explain why he wouldn't negotiate on price and that all of the pricing was readily available on the web) but said okay to the car listing and the CarFax. I spoke to the salesman and then turned to leave and the manager had taken all of the paperwork. We'll never deal with this dealer.

I had my XJS Jaguar at this place for repair. The car never got repaired and was a wrack when I got it back. The roof of the convertible was totally damaged and all the wood inside, the seats and all fabric was completely damaged by water. A $20k damage.

First of all, to avoid confusion, this is the same dealership as the Land Rover store (my husband owns a Land Rover that he bought in Maryland). It's a joint Jaguar Land Rover dealership, and both brands are now owned by an Indian company called Tata, which makes its own cars and trucks in India. I enjoyed a pleasant shopping experience here when I recently bought my new XF. It's a new car, and the sales staff were obviously excited by the car, showing me all the interior features. The test drive was very enjoyable, and the reason I decided to purchase there and then. Here are the good things about this Jag dealer: easy to find and park, nice people working there, and a large clean facility. The only bad thing would be that the financing took a while as there was a bit of confusion with my husband.

I had an oil change on my 911 C4 within the last month! It was a very good experience. During the visit I was able to relax in the lounge and even go out and talk with the tech, look under the car and ask questions. I called to schedule this appoint first thing in the morning and was able to get in and out in about 1 ½ hours which was great.
