I live in DC and found my Range Rover Sport online. I called and talked with Matt and he could not have been more helpful! I spoke with a lot of dealers while I was researching and none of them came close to providing the level of service Matt did. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, super responsive with all of my questions, and incredibly professional with the negotiation. I also had the pleasure of working with Frank when I came onsite to actually buy the car. Again, he could not have been more pleasant to work with. He really went out of his way to make sure I was completely taken care of. Alyssa was also super helpful and fast getting all of the financing together. Best car buying experience ever - New Range Rover Sport Fan
At 68 I have made many new car purchases, and only new car purchases! I actually dreaded buying a new car, but Chris Cuthbert, sales representative at this dealership made purchasing my 2017 Land Rover Range Rover Sport the best experience ever!!! It was easy and fun at the same time. We looked at Lexus, BMW, Mercedes, and Land Rover. Chris has excellent salesmanship skills and product knowledge of the Land Rover models. He is low key with thorough follow up and follow from our initial meeting through our purchase last week. Just a very positive experience including a final price for the car. My next car will be a Land Rover model from Land Rover of Wilmington. Wilmer, the owner even stopped by during our sales search to say hello and introduce himself. Best experience ever!!!
Out To Lunch While I Sit Waiting and Nothing Gets Done! - This is my dealer review
Sitting here 2.5 hours now ... just asked you for an update on my car and you tell me that basically nothing has been done yet.... while also mentioning that the service team was out to lunch for an hour. Really? I take a day off work for this? You couldn't give me an update an hour into service that you would be out to lunch for a good part of the time and that my "laundry list" of items I came in for was going to take more time?! You didn't think to send me home with a loaner/rental ?? Even more curious why your online booking system even let me book an 11am appointment with the selection, "Wait for Vehicle", if your entire service department is out to lunch at that time!?

Ps ... one of the items on my list was to fix the keyless entry ... you said it was fixed (reflashed). Came out to test it. Still not working. Asken Len to test ... still not working. Then you tell me I only have keyless locking...come on guys .... keyless ENTRY has worked for me in the past .... intermittently. Now your shop foreman is telling me that my model doesn't have this feature??? It used to work AND my owners manual has instructions on how it operates. Sorry shop foreman, you lose on this one.
Other matters during this visit that were just as worse... rather than slamming this dealership any more, I asked the Service Manager to call me. Still waiting for that call....

Please think twice about purchasing a car from the only dealer within 30 miles of the next best option - it's a Range Rover things will go wrong they always do- the service people are rude, ignorant and abrasive. They know they got u and they treat u that way. Do urself a favor. Buy a Mercedes or a Lexus
