IN..THE OTHER DEALER ISN'T CERTIFIED TO SELL C-MAXES..I WANTED TO SEE AND DRIVE AN ENERGI BEFORE MY WIFE AND I MADE A DECISION ON LEASING ONE .I CALLED MY SON IN PA. BECAUSE HE GETS HIS CARS AT SPRINGFIELD FORD AND HE SAID HE WOULD CALL ME BACK WHEN HE SOME INFO. HE CALLED AND SAID THEY HAD SOME ENERGIS FOR MOM AND I TO LOOK AT..ICALLED AND TALKED TO BOB FLICK HE ANSWERED THE QUESTIONS I HAD AND SAID IF WE COULD COME UP HE WOULD BE AVAILABLE AND WE COULD TEST DRIVE A ENERGI. Miller Ford is a great place to buy a vehicle, friendly staff, calm and no pressure enviroment. My sales person was Ceasar Mack and he made my buying experience absolutely outstanding. We test drove a few cars on my first visit to Miller and he was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. After my first visit I had left feeling good about The vehicle I had my eyes set on. Before my second visit Ceasar sent me a personalized follow-up to remind me of my first visit and to tell me the car that i was looking at is still availible and waiting for me to come back in to lock in the deal. My second visit started shakey when I found that the payments might not be as low as I would have liked them to be. After another test drive and a little back and forth with the finance department we got me approved at a rate I was comfortable with and started the paperwork while the detail department touched up the car. Caesar Mack was quick and professional when the paper hit the table. We got everything transferred over and into finance in a matter of minutes. The finance manager made quick work of the paperwork as well and had me out and driving as soon as possible. Overall I had an amazing experience with Miller with the sale of my new vehicle and it's all thanks to my friend Caesar Mack. I highly recommend him for all of you New and Preowned vehicle needs.

My experience of leasing a Ford with Holman Ford was unlike any other. I was treated like an intelligent individual and not a mark as usual car dealerships make me feel as a single mom looking for a car. Steve right from the moment I looked lost kindly asked if I was in need of assistance and not in a pressured car salesman manner but in an I'm over at my desk and would love to help should you need me manner. The salesmanager Keith Faragasso was visible and in front at a desk where he could answer questions instead of locked behind in sone remote mirrored room like the All Powerful Oz who only job is to dole out good deals if you bring him what he wants. Not here this was no pressure, no nonsense playing around. I was able to articulate to Steve Shaw my amazing salesman that I only had this much in my wallet to spend this is what I need can we get it done. Shortly, he showed me exactly what the REAL numbers were he didn't give me the if you leave today the price will go up speal. He was honest and straightforward rare. Not only was he and the manger great., but the finance manager, Pauline Hughes put my deal together despite having had 8 other people buying and leasing and did so with a smile and explained everything. Even when I went to the cashier when my bank caused problems and it was close to closing time the cashier was still patient , smiling and happy. She reassured me to take my time and offered me as did so many others that day a comfy seat, a quiet place to make a call and beverages and snacks. I can't say enough about this place. It appears everyone was equally as impressed as they did many deals that day and I never heard an irate customer or see anyone walk out mumbling under their breath. I was congratulated by everyone and treated as if I purchased the top of the line vehicle. I was thanked for my patronage and left feeling in love with my new Ford. Don't waste time as I had done all morning at another car dealer who talked down to me and after waiting for over 45 mins came back as usual to tell me the car I came to lease that was advertised that morning online was not on the lot and it would be difficult to locate that but they had one that was $15,000 more but closed with maybe I am not financially able to lease their product. I' am actually pal I leased a much better product because the experience I had put me In the frame of mind to go for a better car. Upon leaving the manager or wizard emerged from some room only to lower the price three times in 10 mins. Thanks but No . TAke yourself to HOLMAN FORD TURNERSVILLE And ask for Steve but I know any of their salespeople would be equally as qualified and wonderful to deal with. THank you and I LOVE LOVE LOVE my car.

So, in contact with this dealership Friday the 13th re a car. Saturday the 14th comes and no longer on their site. Went to check to read the options again before going to see it. Dealt with Brianna and Miranda. So, before I leave , I ask these 2 if still available and was told flat out with was. So, I leave 1030am I got there was 1110am. I sit with a sales rep and he tells me he believes it was sold earlier in the morning. Why didn't these 2 Internet ladies just tell me the truth the first time? I may have been more open to seeing something else. No, they tell me it's there when in fact it was gone to get me in the door. This is one reason I have auto dealers so much. Bad customer service. I will never use a Fred Bean location ever, and if someone asked me about them, I would tell them the same...stay away. If the Internet ladies lie to get you in, don't you think those above them would lie and be deceptive even more??

I truly regret purchasing my car from them. They sold me a car with bad brakes. Salesman said that new brakes were installed but they didn't even last 8000 miles. Their service department tried to tell me that this was normal. Car had 16000 miles on it when I purchased it. Rear brakes should last longer than 8000 miles.
Also I made the mistake of purchasing the service plan. The salesman that suckered my into buying it sold me on the fact that damaged rims are included. About a year later I hit a pothole and damaged the rim. I brought it in to make use of the service plan and low and behold, rims aren't covered under it.
These guys are crooks and liars and I will never purchase another ford as long as I live. I've been driving nothing but ford for the past 23 years. Never again!
Expedition Purchase - Mike Semp
Out-of-town buyer - replacing a 2014 Expedition totaled out 2 weeks ago. Knew what I wanted, wasn't limited to any particular area to purchase from.
Narrowed it down to 3 vehicles. The dealership responded in about 10min by text message (through cars.com), confirmed that I wanted to actually speak with someone and I was given the name of the associate that would be contacting me to assist me further. Pete Moreotto called about 10min after that and, got my demographics so they could get the proper paperwork lined up for my state.
Made a modest deposit on Friday, they held the vehicle until Wednesday when I was able to get there to complete the sale.
No pressure, and no attempt at up-sales. He got the vehicle battery replaced without fuss after discovering it was low. First time I ever completed a sale at the associate's desk - something I preferred to sitting in the traditional isolated room where you seem to sit and wait.
Vehicle was consistent with description, there were no surprises regarding price, fees or paperwork. Pete provided what he promised in a timely manner and without drama.
Will look here again if/when the need arises.

I got to the dealership and was not swarmed or hassled. I walked right to the 2017 Ford Raptor. I walked inside and was met by Kevin Deets who I can not say enough about. He just asked me what I wanted the keys for to look at. I didn't feel like I was being pressured or pushed around. I was extremely pleased by how knowledgeable Kevin was about the 2017 Raptor. The whole process was painless and smooth from the whole team at Fred Beans Ford, sales/fianance/warranty. I would definitely recommend this dealership. And when they haves sales people like Kevin Deets it's a no brainner. Love My 2017 Ford Raptor! And will be back to this dealership when I purchase a new Ford!!!!

1) All they care about is sales.
2) Their certified vehicles are not really certifiable.
3) Their service department is trash!
4) My salesperson lied to me and management did nothing to rectify the situation.
5) Numerous people have purchsed vehicles from them that had been in accidents but they provide clean car faxes and mask the damages!!

Took our car there eight times for same problem which they never fixed. Sent from one person to another, each one washing their hands of the problem. Dont have a problem with Holman Ford because they do not care. Was told they could not keep the car more than one night or would get in trouble with Ford for giving out a rental car. Really??
Who Hired Chuck? - Frank White
Unbelievably unprofessional individual running the service department. His lack of experience is overwhelming and is clear he has no automotive knowledge. Chuck could not even tell me what oil they used... service department. Chuck is a far cry from from helpfull and feeds misinformation which is unacceptable for a prestigious name like Lincoln.
On a positive note they have an individual named Brian in the same service department who is the complete opposite. Unfortunately the bad outweighs the good and Chuck makes the experience intolerable.
