I got to the dealership and was not swarmed or hassled. I walked right to the 2017 Ford Raptor. I walked inside and was met by Kevin Deets who I can not say enough about. He just asked me what I wanted the keys for to look at. I didn't feel like I was being pressured or pushed around. I was extremely pleased by how knowledgeable Kevin was about the 2017 Raptor. After visiting a dealership in Berks County and leaving there dissatisfied with the sales consultant and information provided, I contacted John Kennedy Pottstown online. I purchased my 2009 Fusion at the Conshohocken location but I wanted a location closer to home. Since I was very happy with the John Kennedy in Conshohocken I decided to contact the Pottstown location this time.
The online sales consultant was very helpful and emailed and called me with information and then arranged a day and time for me to go there and drive the vehicle I inquired about.
My sales consultant, Nate, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to what I wanted and was determined to make this happen. I got a great deal on my 2018 Fusion and traded my 2009 Fusion. The finance man was very knowledgeable and helpful to get my payment where I needed it to be. The paperwork was immediately done in less than an hour.
All employees there are very friendly and make you feel welcome.
I would recommend John Kennedy Pottstown to anyone looking for a great experience at a Ford dealer.

I made an appointment a few days before for a recall, oil change, a problem with the brakes and a check engine light. My free loaner car was waiting and went on my way.
Later my service adviser called with what they found wrong and the costs. Needed new brakes and a sensor besides the oil change and the recall. All was done by that afternoon. Picked up the vehicle later that afternoon all washed and was on my way.

Out-of-town buyer - replacing a 2014 Expedition totaled out 2 weeks ago. Knew what I wanted, wasn't limited to any particular area to purchase from.
Narrowed it down to 3 vehicles. The dealership responded in about 10min by text message (through cars.com), confirmed that I wanted to actually speak with someone and I was given the name of the associate that would be contacting me to assist me further. Pete Moreotto called about 10min after that and, got my demographics so they could get the proper paperwork lined up for my state.
Made a modest deposit on Friday, they held the vehicle until Wednesday when I was able to get there to complete the sale.
No pressure, and no attempt at up-sales. He got the vehicle battery replaced without fuss after discovering it was low. First time I ever completed a sale at the associate's desk - something I preferred to sitting in the traditional isolated room where you seem to sit and wait.
Vehicle was consistent with description, there were no surprises regarding price, fees or paperwork. Pete provided what he promised in a timely manner and without drama.
Will look here again if/when the need arises.

Wanted Me To Pay In Advance For Insurance Claim - RogerM
I called them to have the top on my convertible replaced as the window had been damaged. Nationwide told me to make the appointment and let them know where it was going. Hertrich’s called me back and said they won’t order the part for my car unless I pay out of pocket in advance. The part is $2000. I explained that this was an approved claim through Nationwide and they said either way the part had to be paid for in advance. I spoke with Skip, the Service Mismanager and was told the same thing. This is “company policy” because he “got burned” for $300 in parts recently.
If a company can’t front the cost of a part, how good is the service going to be - assuming they can’t afford decent techs to DO the work either.
Best part is had they been at all polite about it I would have let it go. But I was given this by Ann in parts : “I’m not about to order a $1900 part without some kind of payment up front.”
I compared this to the body shop wanting sheet metal paid for and she said that the difference is that then they have the car, and if I wanted to leave my car there as “collateral” she would order the part after I dropped it off.
I thought Hertrich’s was an upstanding name in DE - seems it’s more of a Pawn Shop.
State Inspection plus multi point inspection - Allen
I arrived a little late for my appointment but this was not an issue. Chuck took care of me quickly and without an issue. My MKX was in for state inspection, emissions, and we decided it was ready for another oil change. During the inspection, the technician found that an outer tie rod end had failed and it would need to be replaced plus the car would need to have an alignment performed. Since I put a lot of miles on the car i appreciated that this was found and service completed. During the alignment, it was found that the rear needed to be brought back into alignment. Chuck gave the reasons and the price for the service and it made total sense to have the service completed. I have been in the automotive aftermarket for over 40 years, in fact worked at a Ford dealer early in my career and I can tell you Chuck Bernatowicz is one of finest service managers I have ever been in contact with for any service. He is always very knowledgeable abut any repairs my vehicles need and the associated costs. Chuck is a primary reason I bought my vehicle at Bergey's Lincoln.

Took our car there eight times for same problem which they never fixed. Sent from one person to another, each one washing their hands of the problem. Dont have a problem with Holman Ford because they do not care. Was told they could not keep the car more than one night or would get in trouble with Ford for giving out a rental car. Really??
