My first mini was purchased overseas and shipped to Otto’s for delivery. The Otto’s team made my relocation process a smooth an happy one. When it came to upgrading to the 2018 I knew Otto’s was the only choice for my new build. Jeff was attentive and was able to answer ever question that I came up with. Jeff and Ryan are a great team and made the ordering and delivery process a true joy.

Princeton Mini came to our attention because it had multiple cars in inventory that matched what we were looking for and they were offering great incentives.
Alex was very helpful in communicating with us via email and over the phone regarding our potential purchase. We appreciated his open, honest communication and no game playing that let us know our out the door price in advance.
Joel helped us when we came to take delivery and was so friendly and welcoming. I loved the tour of our new car and all its MANY bells and whistles.
Mike also helped us in person and didn't hesitate to find a solution when an unexpected wrinkle arose in our purchase.
Only negative was that the sales process ended up being longer than expected because the dealership was shortstaffed at the time, but everyone consistently checked on us and offered drinks and snacks to make sure we were as comfortable as possible while we waited.

My wife and I purchased a 2017 clubman, we negotiated everything over phone due to living 1.5 hrs away, it was a perfect way to buy our dream car and everything was perfect. Now 1 yr later , trying to purchase another car from this dealer was like pulling teeth, they even sold the car I was interested in out from under me, unfortunately no loyalty to current owners that purchased from Holman in past. Not a good way to keep customers, so the bottom line is that I did buy my second mini , but not at Holman mini. Seems that they want to do business with locals and not customers who live miles away. 👎

Car was in for oil change and 10,000 check. Took three days. When I got my car back, the check engine light activated, there was a burning odor occasionally filling the cabin, and I discovered fluid leaking on my driveway. Called to bring the car back in, and had to wait three weeks for an appointment. Dropped the car off (waited for nearly an hour for a rental car to be brought to me.) Was called two days later and informed that no one had looked at the car yet, and it would be at least another three days. This should not be ok. VERY unhappy customer.
