As my 3 year old lease was coming up, I had received some notifications from my dealer, which prompted me to shop around. My sister had purchased a Mercedes from Dale Cook at Mercedes-Benz of Princeton. I emailed him what I was looking for. I am what most consider to be an "informed consumer" in that I read all the car magazines all year around, and conduct exhaustive research. When I interacted with Dale from the get-go, he took notes, remembered what I requested, pro-actively contacted other dealers to inquire about vehicles they had in stock. Basically, he did all the work for me, and made the entire experience completely painless. He found me the exact car with the exact options I wanted. Got me the best price around. No back and forth or haggling, just right to the best price. We worked mostly by email and phone, as they are an hour away from me. On the day of pick-up, I arrived, was greeted warmly, they took care of my past vehicle, the paperwork was prepared, and the new car ready to go. It was seamless. And he followed up the next day to make sure everything was perfect. Kudos to Adam for showing me all the tech inside the car, too. Thanks guys! If you want a Mercedes, call Dale Cook!

Check Engine Light on GLK250 - Formosa
I ordered my very first Mercedes, a 2014 GLK 250, through the Ft Washington Mercedes. During the warranty period, the check engine light had been on for a couple of times. The service had not been able to identify any problems. Now the warranty is expired. The light is on again. The air intake and engine filter were replaced yesterday. Today, the very next day, the check engine light is on again.
Apparently, the fix did not solve the real issue. It is unethical that the recurrent issue was not solved during the warranty period. Now after the warranty is expired, they try and error at my expense, not knowing the underlying real issue.
I currently also own a BMW and a Volvo. Any problems on those two were fixed at the first attempt by our local BMW and Volvo dealerships. This check engine light on business has been entertained several times at the Ft Washington Mercedes. It is still a mystery.

I wish I would have looked at BBB rating and online reviews before going to this place. I can't believe Mercedes Benz tolerates all the complaints and bad reviews of this place. Apparently the owner of this establishment doesn't care either. My experience with the sales staff is no different that the rest of the people that went there and left horrible reviews with the BBB and online review sites. I had a confirmed appointment with Lori to look at a new Mercedes. I got there and was told that Lori would be with me in a few minutes, she was finishing up with another customer. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes before being addressed by another salesman (Neil) who said he could help me, and that Lori had to leave for the day. She left the dealership without even saying hello, when I confirmed an appointment on the phone with her. Neil informed me that the vehicle that I made an appointment to drive an hour earlier, was in fact already sold. I gave a 1 star rating only because 0 or negative numbers are not an option.
