First time in for service as promised on a We Owe You at time of sale. Was given a free 2018 C300 loaner which was very nice, and when I dropped off my car I brought up a couple small issues ( used MB) they handled, to my surprise, free of charge. My salesman David G. personally handled the arrangements. When I was surprised to get a zero bill, the response was “This is Mercedes-Benz.” This is exactly the difference from other dealers- they go the extra mile. a shout out as well to the manager. They want you have a great experience with the car and the dealership.

Not Again - Not Ever Again (You Be The Judge) - CarsRComputers
I had an E-Class with electrical issues, one of which left me stranded in an intersection, so they recommended bumping up to the M-Class. March 2018, I had the vehicle in for service and new tires (mind you - it was only 50,000 miles), when the service department called, "You need new spark plugs", I decline, what a mistake. May 30, 2018, I get an email from the I.G. Burton IT Department - you really need to schedule the replacement of the spark plugs (mind you ALL other car manufacturers recommend that at 100,000 miles). I do not respond. Two days later, my vehicle dies at a light (thank God I wasn't crossing the railroad tracks or crossing an intersection). It would take Mercedes Roadside Garbage Assistance 2 hours to respond with a tow truck. It's 90+ degrees, with my small dog and no water. I.G. Burton doesn't touch my car for 5 days, because according to Ryan in the service department, they were bombarded with a slew of towed in vehicles that same day - not driven in for normal routine service, but rather towed there. So on day 5, I get a call - what do you think caused my car to fail? YEP, I needed new spark plugs!!!! Spark plugs will NOT cause engine failure, ask any mechanic - it causes the car to misfire and ride rough, but it won't cause total failure - as if ALL went bad at the exact same time, BULL! Let's see, a car can be unlocked, started and even manipulated to beat emission testing - so can it actually be programmed to fail? I ponder that very question; and most mechanics have stated "Absolutely Yes." I did some research and a disgruntled former dealership employee "hacked" the client base for his former employer; and he had horns blaring, lights flashing and so much more - you name it. He would later be arrested, but it proves that human manipulation and programming can happen. I demanded to be taken out of this car, whereas PETER (Charles Burton's #1 Go To Guy) insulted me, yet again, with a low ball offer to buy mine, after I had spent thousands in unnecessary repairs and spent thousands on my down payments between three purchased vehicles from this dealership. I would NEVER recommend I.G. Burton. If you value your business - you should start by placing value on your customers.

I can easily say that closing a deal & taking delivery of our new Sprinter was on of the most professional & effortless experiences I've had the pleasure of experiencing. German Arroyo is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles he represents. I was initially a bit skeptical about making a purchase from a dealer across state lines, but the process couldn't have been quicker or easier. German is avery responsive communicator, we dealt primarily via email & txt and any questions were answered quickly with the right amount of detail. Overall one of the best purchasing experiences I've had in the last 20 years. Will certainly be recommending Tom Masano Mercedes and specifically German Arroyo!
