Do you know what's great.....when I attempt to schedule service at a dealership through their website, and then I get an automatic response email that says "someone will be in contact with you shortly", and then you realize that "shortly" means "never".
I then attempt to send an email to the email address provided as a point of contact in the automatic response email, and then nobody responds. I then attempt to call the toll-free number provided in the email, and the prompt system is broken and pushing any button gets your call disconnected.
Finally, I attempt to contact the dealership directly and get the voicemail of the person who runs the service desk. I leave a message and nobody returns my call.
Do you know what's great? Basic customer service.

Rude front office. - BillyBoy
1st sales person wasnt happy i didnt know which spider i wanted and was ready to sign papers 1 minute after being on the lot. So th GM informed me ineeded to be nicer and was very upset i had comments to his lecture. The 2nd salesperson did a test drive but asked me to leave the lot when i wasnt ready to buy, wouldnt let him run my credit nor would i give him my credit score. That is none of there bussiness till im ready to buy. Buying a miata instead. Fiat of scottsdale. Dp as they demand or leave there lot. Waste of time to go there. Go to tempe fiat if you really want one.
Incompetent service department - Sad service
I have extended warranty up to 50,000 miles on battery. Battery died st 34,000 miles, spoke to 2 people from service. Both said your not covered l asked them to compensate for battery, blew me off. Told me to call Chrysler they deal with extended waranties. I own a Fiat 500L. There service department is the worst incompetent group I ever dealt with.I would never,ever purchase a vehicle from there dealership. Not even a skateboard. Worst service department 0 stars.
