Overall I was dreading going to the dealership, but surprisingly when I got there I was greeted by a Sales Manager named Adrian. He introduced me to his Sales Associate Julian who took great care of me. I can tell you that over all they made it a pleasant experience for me and got me into the vehicle I wanted for a price that was exceptional. Justin was clearly knowledgeable about the product and took the time to make sure I had my questions answered. I believe Honda has a first rate product. My one disappointment was with arriving at a price. It seems that there is still a mystery about what the car is going to cost and haggling over the price. This system leaves you with the feeling that the dealership is trying to get the most they can from you. When I inquired about a Subaru at Findley it seemed much more straight forward. I look forward to a good experience with the service dept.

Early in December of this year I drove into the service department in a panic as every warning light on my dashboard had come on suddenly. I know absolutely NOTHING about cars. This service department could have taken me to the cleaners and told me that I needed a new computer board in the car or some other expensive repair. Instead, the service technician that I spoke to explained the issue to me and sent me on my way with no charge what-so-ever. I always have taken my Honda's to them and will continue to do so. They can be trusted.

Let me first start by saying I would not believe all the reviews you read are good experiences, first of all they insist you write the review while your there so of course it all sounds good. the first review I wrote was written while I was there , I bought a used truck for $17,000. I bought the extended warranty on it since it had quite a few miles on it. After getting it gone I realize the sync does t work on it and the air isn’t working right, I take it in they insist nothing is wrong with it and I am not a mechanic do according to them I do not know what I am talking about. Still my air isn’t working right and when you turn it off it still runs😡 but of course I know nothing. Them my air pressure light keeps coming on for my tires I take my truck to the tire store and tire guy said these tires are really old, I told him I just got this truck and he was like wow they sold it to you with tires this old and worn, they should have really should have replaced these tires before selling you this truck. I called the dealership and talked to Ivan as he explained the service sept does a thread check ( same service dept that tells me nothing is wrong with my air) he stated it’s not his fault if I didn’t check the tires before before I drove the truck away. My frustration level is beyond words. I am a single mom and depend on my vehicle for everything, I was so excited to buy a used vehicle there thinking it was hassle free and more reliable than anywhere else. I feel so let down and disappointed with the whole thing. As a single parent this was one extra expense I did not intend on or count on, and so so disappointed in how this dealership has handled things. Buyer beware of used vehicles here at surprise Honda!

Easy buying experience. Eric H in sales was pleasant and informative. Charles in finance was also excellent. I liked the no haggle price on used cars. When I first walked in to the dealership I was not immediately picked off by a sales agent and had to call for a sales agent. I personally prefer this as sometimes people just really want to look as they are in the initial stages of shopping. I was also surprised I did not get the usual "I need to run your credit because of the Patriot Act" (which is not a requirement of the Patriot Act, but an excuse to run your credit to see if you qualify for financing; there was however, a separate form I had to fill out to see if was someone who should not be buying the car). I did not feel pressured to buy extended warranty (which I did purchase). Overall excellent experience. Would buy from this dealer again.

Disappointing. Purchased 2 new 2014 Hondas (CRV and Odyssey) and always had Tempe do our service. Prior service on Odyssey was 11/2017. Most recent service I was told cabin filter needed to be changed even though it was changed 11/2017 as well as the fuel system service and power steering exchange. I've never had that recommended before for any vehicle I have owned. I called Jeff Bogardus who said cabin filters last 3 months to a year. After researching this, I discovered this was all BS as the Odyssey was not experiencing any symptoms for such work. I feel Tempe Honda was just trying to pad the bill which is inexcusable, reprehensible and Tempe Honda has lost my business for sales and service forever. I feel they also need to change the name of express service and remove the express part of the name.
