My brother had previously purchased a car from them after Toyota upset him and he had nothing but praise for Mr. Trent. So I contacted him and expressed my needs and concerns with a new car. We talked over the phone numerous times and texted. I then took the day off work and drove up. He had numerous cars ready for me to drive and we narrowed it down. The finance manager was able to get me a great interest rate. Thank you to the tint guy also that did a great job on the car. Thank you to Donna that does paperwork and made this an easy process since I went without my husband.

Ended up being a very satisfied customer, at first the car wasn't there that I had prearranged and I was told it would be there in a few hours from another dealer. After many hours I became impatient and left but they called within an hour to say the car was there, actually 2 of these cars arrived so they really were trying everything to deliver. I feel I got a good price and am very happy.

They both worked really hard to make it all work out for me (I bought the Touring model that was on the showroom floor). I wanted to thank you and Steven Berg for all of your help on Wednesday. We do appreciate you putting the Accord on a courtesy hold until my son and his fiancé could talk to their bank. I didn't realize BOA wouldn't loan on a vehicle that had over 125K and they refused to make an exception even though the Honda was only over by 925 miles. I called Steven around 6:30 PM on Wednesday to let him know we still wanted to purchase the car using Prescott Honda's lenders. I did ask him to find out if we could get the price down a little more since it went from $8900 to $10,300 with tax and doc fees. He said he had left work for the day but he would get back to us the following morning. He never called. My son called Steven when he got home from work on Thursday and was told the car may have been sold. A little while later Steven called back and stated the car had been sold. I'm not sure why Steven didn't call us back Thursday morning as promised. This was my son's first Dealer experience and it certainly wasn't a pleasant first time experience.
My son and his fiancé really wanted a Toyota Camry so he asked me to go to Findlay to look at their used car selection. We didn't find anything decent on their used car lot so I told him we should stop by Prescott Honda while we were in the area. I'm not a huge fan of new/used car dealerships in the Prescott area but I have always considered Prescott Honda the best dealer in the area. I always check out your inventory and prices first but usually end up going to Phoenix dealers or private party sellers to buy my personal vehicles. I am loyal to my money and will only shop local when it makes good financial sense.
My daughter purchased her first used car from Prescott Honda several years ago and other than the credit check fiasco it was a pleasant car buying experience. My daughter paid in full with a cashier’s check from AZ State Credit Union and Prescott Honda still insisted on running a credit check claiming it was federal law which we later found out it's not. If we had walked in with a bag of cash I could understand the need to run some checks but she borrowed the money from the credit union so obviously she wasn't laundering money. The article below backs up my reasons for disputing the need for a credit check when obtaining a loan elsewhere. The Anti-Terrorism Law Doesn't Require a Credit Check. I guess most car buyers don't educate themselves on the law and believe whatever dealers tell them. I had this discussion with Mr. Berg the other day and he finally admitted that it wasn't required for transactions less than 10K but Prescott Honda's policy required a credit check for every purchase. "This is a ruse and designed to get access to the customer's credit report in order to qualify a customer to various finance sources the dealer uses." Per the article/link below.

I will not bother visiting Prescott Honda in the future...I have learned my lesson. I will certainly share my experience with anyone I know that's looking for a new/used car or a service center. I wouldn't even recommend your service department since the mechanic that performed our airbag recall left black grease on the door panels and kick panels of our Honda Civic. I did complain to the service department and they failed followed up with me. I left a negative review after that incident and I will be leaving another one for the sales department.

I was in search for a new car and the Honda Pilot was 1st on my list. It had great reviews and safety features. Mario greeted us with a great smile and great energy. He brought over the new Honda Pilot immediately. The drive was very smooth and I clicked with the car right-a-way. However, this was my first road test and I wanted to test other brands. Right!
Well, it was a No Go on the Nissan, GMC, Buick and two different Ford SUV's. None of them could live up to the Honda Pilot. So we called Mario to let him no that we were purchasing a Honda Pilot EX, my favorite of the Honda's. Mario, Darrel, and Kris worked so that everything was seamless. I'd say that we got all the paperwork done in about 45 min. This is a beautiful car and Mario made sure that all my needs were addressed and met. He did a great job with that. I am so Happy that this was a wonderful experience. My husband really likes the car as well. I will definitely be a repeat customer for years to come. Thank you to everyone at Right Honda!

Do not deal with ALEX! I was greeted with total and utter disrespect. He had a “know it all mentality” and was very condescending. He displayed very little professionalism by over talking and cutting me off! As soon as I alerted him of his disrespectful attitude, he then said a smart comment about my service in the military. I will be filing a formal complaint. The worst part is that another one of his co workers brought to my attention that he had only been working there for a few weeks. This incident happened on may 27th 2018. Worst experience ever!!!! I ended up making a deal with Arrowhead Honda later that night!

Had a good car buying experience at Tempe Honda. In past, I have experienced that other dealership adds some other costs on top of what they quoted. But, I didn't have this experience at Tempe Honda.
