Santan Dealership in the Phoenix area is where I purchased my new Santa Fe sport. Scott., the salesperson, was knowledgeable, patient and very nice to work with. IHe spent a lot of time showing me how to work all the computerized features in the car. I would recommend him as a sales person and will definitely go back when I get a new car.
The finance officer was also very knowledgeable.

I have been to their Ford side for service and was also pleased with the service as well. I did not end up buying a car because I decided to go with a different brand that I personally liked better. Even follow up calls after the deal was over just to make sure everything was still great (Robert). Not knowing exactly what i wanted And being a little indecisive Edgar went above and beyond and entertained me by showing me half the cars in the inventory. Finally picked one i could Keep for the next 10 years and the numbers presentation was with Addison who was also super helpful and friendly, he made it very smooth and straight to the point with several options to choose from. Then Finance was with Josh, he was very quick and efficient, even found me a better rate then my preapproval was for!
Not a frequent car buyer I really Stress the whole process. But with Larry miller they took all the stress away and went well above and beyond to take care of me!!

I went in to see my options on my leased sonata coming due. They spent hours with me going through different options and different vehicles that I had requested. The employee was the only one there doing anything and was running back and forth between customers. That was a little annoying, but I could tell he was a hard worker and very personal. He kept apologizing. I imagine he was going 1000 miles a minute between customers, trying to accommodate and serve both of us. Not sure why the other sales people were not doing anything, unless he was the only one working. He worked really hard with us and was patient as I kept asking for different scenarios and pricing. I have been with Hyundai for many years and I always come back. I have never been led astray yet!

1st of all bought my car, got warranty. Asked, does this work @ any hyundai dealership? Was told by several yes. That was the first lie. Apparently from 1 dealership to the next they do not communicate nor is ANY info in systems. 2nd don't send a friend there. I've been waiting since 1st week in Feb for a $100 check. Good luck getting that, the sales rep. Is no longer returning calls, sales manager is on vacation for almost 3 weeks now. GM? Yeah right, his voicemail not set up, nor will he answer, and ALWAYS IN MEETINGS if you call. Try customer service or complaints, NOPE, they tell you to call the Gm. HORRIBLE SERVICE, GOOD LUCK!
