I found the Mercedes-Benz dealership in Flagstaff to be wonderful to deal with. My Mercedes Sprinter van wouldn't start and I had it towed to Flagstaff. The battery was weak and they replaced it. Batteries for those vehicles are not cheap, but they completed the work quickly. However, the problem persisted and I had to bring it back it. Every step of the way, I was treated as if I was their only and most cherished customer, going out of their way to help in whatever way they could. The second time, the van was in for a few days, as they were not sure what the problem was, and were testing it and trying out various possible fixes. I was given a new Mercedes as a loaner car for the duration. Every time I called I got a patient, detailed update. There had been rodent damage and there was a possible computer issue. When they returned the van to me, in case the problem still wasn't fixed, I received a huge pre-Christmas surprise. The bill was for $0, even though they had spent many hours trying to diagnose it. Stephen even helped me spray the engine with peppermint oil and install a flashing light to discourage further rodent damage. The guys in sales were as helpful as possible too - driving me to pick a rental car the first time I was towed and arrived on a Saturday when the service department wasn't open. I highly recommend this dealership for service!

Awesome place. I came here to get oils and filters for my 2005 E320 CDI Diesel. $160.00 for engine and Trans services but I gotta do the work myself. Yeah it might seam too hard to do basic services on my MB but cmon, I am a Man and I can work on my own Toys. Common sense... GREAT place to get parts for my super reliable W211 45+mpg Diesel tractor with supreme Luxury. Thanks guys!

Six months ago came here with what I assumed was an oil leak and smell of something burning coming from the car (c250 2013 with 40k miles). I told the service assistant that it's on the right side of the engine. First time they said they fixed water pump... came home, same problem. Second time they said they fixed some gaskets at the Turbo, thank you, came home, same problem. After that I decided that it needs to burn out, partially because I didn't want to go again with the same problem. Sure enough a week ago I discover the leak in the exact same place. So I went back to the dealership to ask them if they fixed it or not. They said vehicle is not under warranty anymore so you'll have to pay 140$ just to look at it. Again something that was supposed to be fixed when it was under warranty!
EIS Benz C300 Sport 2009 82,000 miles - Dusan
Well, I will like to start with the fact that Darian (the representative) was extremely professional, however, they overcharged me on hours BIG Time. I did an online research and it takes about 2-2.5 hrs max to replace the EIS system on the Benz and This people charged me $382.44 for the part plus 6.5 hrs of labor (For What :)) in the amount of $962.00 plus Misc Charge of 48.99 (I do not have any idea for what, no one specifically explained that to me), in total $1427.09 for the EIS change. I am really laughing loud how Big of a joke I am when I allowed this professionals to do that to me. I am owning my benz for exactly 5 years and it is clean like a whistle, always done the maintenance on time with the best guy for the Benz in entire Phoenix/Scottsdale. 2 days after the service I have received a customer service phone call follow-up and I expressed my concerns (I could not discuss while I was picking the car, because I was in rush, I literally 2 days prior become a dad for the 1st time :) and it was very inconvenient because we do have only one car at the moment). However, on my request to talk to their manager no one followed up and I am really upset because of that. I wish I could post my entire bill here, so everyone can see how overcharged I was for this service. I am very disappointed and this never happened to me in Benz of Scottsdale dealership. I truly hope they will call me back and if they have any integrity return my money for extra 4.5hrs of charge. Also, I am going to send the details to BBB and hopefully they can help me. My suggestion is to stay away from this place, I wish them all the best!!! Thank you for reading.
