So this will be my second car from Coulter nissan in surprise that I have bought. Everytime they're so pleasant and relaxed. Jan Lieberman was my sales pro and I will forever go back to him. Straightforward, honest and great communicator. I took a couple days to consider options and had him ride around in several vehicles with me. He treated every car ride like the first and was very patient with me haha this facility and staff are so customer oriented and worked with me to close a fair deal that I was more then happy with. Grateful for Jan, Justin and Leon for all they did and the promises they kept. My family will definitely be returning to them!

I wish I could give this dealership 10 stars. Anyone that has ever purchased a vehicle from a dealership knows the nightmare it can be. The long grueling hours, the back and forth negotiations not to mention hit after hit on your credit. I've been there many times in my life and hated every minute.
But that was NOT the case here. This was absolutely the BEST car buying experience ever!!!!
I never even had to go to the dealership. We managed the whole deal over the website and phone, during my lunch break. I told them the terms I was hoping to get (not really expecting to get them), and within less then an hour it was done! Then as if that wasn't already awesome, they brought the car and the paperwork to me and within 20 minutes, BAM, DONE! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these guys!

We had To purchase a new car after our vehicle was totaled in an accident.
From the time we entered the Lot until the Paperwork was signed we had a very enjoyable experience. When we pulled into the lot, The Sales men did not send upon us like vultures and actually waited till we approached the door to come and talk to us. Initially we were looking at a used car and Our salesman Alex was very pleasant and showed us the morano. We test drove it and wanted to look at other vehicles, So he showed us the Nissan Rogue. We were torn between the SL and the SV. The sales manager John was very helpful and Introduced us to Rachel the new car Salesperson. She took the time to go over the features for both cars And told us that in her opinion the S V-2 1019 Was a better car with more features than the SL 1018. The SV Ended up being about $6000 less than the SL. I was pleasantly surprised that they did not try and Push us into the more expensive car. We then started negotiations with the general manager Chuck. He was very pleasant to deal with and ended up giving us really great price. Cameron in finance was awesome and it and try and push us into any additional packages. Rachel then spent about 2 hours going over all the features in the car so that I had a good understanding especially the safety features I would recommend buying from this dealership because like I said are complete experience was awesome I am sorry if I got some of the names wrong of the people we worked with but then I've never been good with Names.

Went here to look at their pre-owned 2017 Nissan Altimas. I was helped by Katie...What a Pleasant, Kind and Polite individual. Buying a car is not always a pleasant experience..Katie was the Exception..No pressure., helpful and informative...Unfortunately we could not agree on a Price.I would recommend that you take the car to an Independent Mechanic and Have a Buyers Inspection Done..A lot of these Vehicles are Rental Cars..It doesn't matter if they are Certified you want to make sure these vehicles were not Abused....Go see Katie if you are in the market for a Nissan...Thanks

Service and sales reps treat women with disdain! - One Spear
I am posting this review after an extremely poor service experience. This is not directed at the mechanics but toward the service schedulers and sales personel. There is one service older guy that is nice, but others all treat women like second hand citizens. We took the Juke in for a transmission service, with an appointment at 9 am. She arrived early and they said the could still get it in and done at 9 am. No calls, she checked back at 11 and they had not taken it in yet. 2 hours later the sevice was done. Appointments at lamb nissan are worthless, they lied, lied, lied, BS for 4 hours. Treated her like she was stupid, even the sales people would not help the sweetest woman in the world! Do not go here they are inatentive a ... holes... We will not buy our new car here or return for service, ever!
But then, Lamb Nissan employees and managers do not value customers!

They don't even deserve a star. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They do not care about their customers, the biggest mistake I have ever made is choosing this dealership to by my car!
The sales people are great! but that's because it is part of their job to have pleasing personality. The Finance team however, is a different story, they DO NOT GIVE A SH*T!
In the beginning everything was great! Until we got to finance and start dealing with MIA RODRIGUEZ. From the get go, I should have ran away from this dealership. She was so pushy with the other add on's to be added in my car, I kept telling her "no, its okay, im not going to take it.."(my mom was my co-signer) my mom has no idea when it comes to buying cars, and Mia seeing that we are disagreeing with the things she's trying to add on our bill, she kept pushing until my mom and I got into an argument and she walked out... (OBVIOUSLY!! Do not f*$^%ng push when someone already said no..) I ended up getting the add on my mom wanted to get just so my mom and I would stop arguing.
MIA, knowing she f*&^ed that one up, said "I'm sorry, I didn't mean for that to happen, Im going to add warranty and extend oil change for 3 years for the car.." OKAY. So that's the first part.
2 weeks after I traded in my car for the brand new Nissan Rogue, MIA calls me.. tells me "they haven't found a lender for my car, and that I need to continue paying for my old Altima.." (Hmmm... okay??) So, this sh*t went on for another 2 weeks. And then, she called again after that, and said they still haven't found a lender, and that I still need to pay for my old altima.. (see how frustrating this was getting?..)I asked her if they still have my ALTIMA because if im paying for the altima I might as well take that car back and use it, they can have the ROGUE back. She said, she doesnt know where my altima's at. THEY SOLD MY CAR WITHOUT IT BEING PAID OFF FROM MY PREVIOUS LENDER, AND THEM NOT FINDING ME A NEW LENDER FOR THE ROGUE.
A week after, they found one. They made me a new deal, this time I dealt with their "Director of Finance" DAVID WORKMAN, now this guy is a LIAR! (and if he has a camera in his office, I DARE HIM PULL UP that deal we had agreed on in his office!) So this guy, after all the crap this dealer put me through, was like "Im going to ADD interior and exterior warranty on your car, because we feel bad for what you had to go through, you know it is not us, we only work for a corporate.. etc" So, okay, cool.. he's going to add appearance warranty.. " so we signed the papers etc.
Last Saturday, i brought my rogue to the dealership for an oil change, service dept told me, my pre-paid services has been CANCELLED. CANCELLED?!! ITS A BRAND NEW ROGUE btw, that was just recently bought. CANCELLED? So I went to talk to DAVID "DAVE" Workman, we wasted half a day waiting for him.. then he tells us, it has been cancelled and was replaced with the appearance warranty.??!!! BUT TOLD US DURING SIGNING HE'S ADDING THE APPEARANCE WARRANTY??!!!!! and he has the audacity to look me in the eye and tell me he didn't say anything of such??!!!
I had to pay out of pocket for something that should have been covered by this stupid dealership!!! THEY MESSED UP THE DEAL INITIALLY, and then NOW, THEY CANCELLED EVERYTHING except the appearance warranty.
AUTONATION, I know you are a big company, but you are hiring incompetent people to run your finance!! I WILL LET MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY KNOW NOT TO BUY CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER BIG TIME!!!!!

We traveled to AZ, On May 7th, 2018 my family went to test drive a specific car I saw on web. Liked the car and everything went smoothly until the finance part. We had to wait long even though there was no one in front of us. Got attitude from the useless finance guy Nick when my wife wanted to make sure I was approved for financing. He kept scoffing that it was a small loan and no problem. After signing paperwork we were told we would have car by Friday after we got home. Next day we were told to come in and sign final contract that nissan picked up the deal and nothing changed. Mike the sales manager told me to call anytime with questions so I did and was told I was disrespectful for texting on his day off! Was called several more times that we had to put more money down and interest rate would go up then that no one would pick up the deal so now they had the car and my money. There is NO communication whatsoever and good luck in trying to get call backs!
After my wife's review Russ the GM stepped in and not knowing anything about the deal had been given wrong info. As I stated before NO COMMUNICATION!! Russ was told I couldn't get financed when I specifically told Nick the finance manager that my credit union was ready to pick it up. So Russ stepped up to try and finish the deal. After communicating that he had the wrong info Russ did everything in his power to set things right. He then handed the deal over to Thomas the finance manager. Tom was very good and communicated with me the whole way. Answered my texts and phone calls and any questions I had. He is a man of his word and honors what he says he will do. I would recommend working with Tom if you happen to buy a car from this dealership.
BUT the deal still took way too long to finish. Russ had promised that he would personally make sure the car was ready and a concern about the steering wobbly when going highway speed would be looked at and fixed before shipping car. He also promised a full tank of gas.
None of them could find a shipping company and we needed the car! I had to find a shipping company on my own and come out of pocket for it. On the day the shipping company came to pick up the car. I got a call from the shipping company that the dealer LOST MY CAR KEY!! More FAILURE to communicate led my car keys being handed to the auction truck driver!!!!! The truck driver had moved my car outside the lot to be picked up later to go to auction!! Now what kind of dealership let's this happen to customers cars!!?? I don't even want to get into what could've happened if my car had indeed gone to auction! They had to track down what happened to my keys and get the auction driver back because they were in possesion of my keys!! Thanks Tom for getting the keys back. Finally get that setteled and get car on June 4th!! Almost a MONTH to get car???
First thing I noticed was tank was not filled and even below half a tank! Then when taken on highway car still clearly wobbled at higher speeds. It also pulled to the right and almost caused an accident! Took car to get inspected and this is the findings
-Needs tires balanced and alignment
-Needs rear shocks
-4 sway bar links
-timing belt squeaks
-front passenger tire had a locktite on thread from dealer, so service center had to break stud and replace stud and nut so tire could be balanced properly
Have pictures and paperwork to prove all this. WORST experience ever!!!!!!!

So I called Anderson Nissan in lake havasu to ask about a used car they had on their lot.and told them I would be driving from out of town but will be stopping to check out another car at another dealer before I stopped there.so they did everything to convince me to make them my first stop even saying they had a brand new altima sv with 5k off sticker price so that convinced me.well of course after I test drove it I was told it was 27k not 22k and that they have "new ppl" that don't know what they are talking about.yet it was a sales manager named Zach that told me the discounted price that they of course didn't want to honor. I walked out and I will not be doing business here.
