My husband and I were in the market for a new car. We went to Coulter on a Saturday afternoon to check out some of their Altimas. A sales guy approached us immediately, and immediately I just got the vibe that he was not the sales guy for us. We stuck with him, found a car we liked, and went to try to make a deal. Bring on the sales manager...still not a good fit. There was just something about these two that I wasn't getting a good vibe from. In the meantime, I had inquired online with Coulter's internet sales about the same car we were trying to make a deal on. I got an email from Charles "Luke" Lucas and decided to try and make a deal there. No luck on Saturday. On Sunday, we went to a different dealership, and had an ok experience, but still no deal. I followed up with Luke, and Monday night, him and the finance manager (I can't remember his name, but he was super cool too) worked and worked until we got a deal that fit our needs on the car we wanted! They stayed past closing time to get the deal done. I really appreciate the way Luke and his colleague worked with us, and made us feel more like a friend than just another commission. If you go to Coulter Nissan to buy a car, I HIGHLY recommend you ask for Luke!

Matt Cerreta is a stand up guy who personally handled my deal, he made sure it was taken care of, thanks Matt. Art in finance was a nice guy, funny and refreshing in what's normally a stressful situation. Tyler Hoffman sales, was great to work with. He really cared about what we asked for and took care of us, I would recommend him, look him up. Can't speak for the rest of them, but those three are good guys.

So I called Anderson Nissan in lake havasu to ask about a used car they had on their lot.and told them I would be driving from out of town but will be stopping to check out another car at another dealer before I stopped there.so they did everything to convince me to make them my first stop even saying they had a brand new altima sv with 5k off sticker price so that convinced me.well of course after I test drove it I was told it was 27k not 22k and that they have "new ppl" that don't know what they are talking about.yet it was a sales manager named Zach that told me the discounted price that they of course didn't want to honor. I walked out and I will not be doing business here.

To start, I used to work in sales and was prepared for a battle. I was helping my fiance purchase a new vehicle, and we worked with Max. From the introduction to the delivery, Max never made us feel pressured or uncomfortable, and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and the process. The sales manager and finance manager (Ryan) were also excellent, and we got a deal we can brag about on a vehicle we're in love with. So grateful to these processionals! Uninformed, poor service, incorrect diagnostics - DavidJonesAZ
My review is of their service department. I bought a new Nissan Rogue memorial weekend from ABC Nissan in Phoenix. I noticed the next day the heated seats weren’t working. I know, heated seats in Phoenix, it’s a long story. Regardless, I talked to the service manager at ABC Nissan and he said I could use my warranty at any Nissan Dealership in the US. AutoNation Nissan in Tempe is closer to my house and I figured would be less busy. I booked a service appointment online. I showed up 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment to find out it would be at least 2 hours. Why have appointments? 2.5 hours later, my new car is returned to me with the diagnostics “of course the heated seats aren’t working it’s too hot outside” then the service person proceeded to explain it has to be below 68 degrees outside for the heated seats to function. WHAT? I read the owner’s manual, the heated steering wheel has that requirement. The heated seats do not. I called up the service manager at ABC Nissan and explained the situation and he confirmed that the outside temperature has zero impact on the heated seats. Do not trust what the service folks at this location tell you.
