Today was my first (and unanticipated) experience with the Bowser Hyundai service department. I must say that I was thoroughly impressed! I never thought I'd find myself raving about a car service experience, yet here I am! Everyone was friendly, kind, helpful, and professional. Service was prompt. It was an extra bonus to be sent home with a clean car! Hands down one of the best service experiences. Highly recommend. Special thank you to Bill and Lisa and the entire service team who were able to help me in a pinch! The billing department should also be mentioned; they were equally as wonderful!
Service Dept is not good - Love my car but not the service
Since I bought my car I have had it there to check the noise I heard coming from my dashboard/engine. When I told them I thought it was the actuator they looked at me like I had 4 heads. Said they found nothing wrong. I told them it happens when the car is first started and will make the noise until it warms up. So they told me back in Nov that I can leave it over night but they don't have a loaner car and will call me when they have one,. It is now June. I have already been in there 2 other times for a jerking in my steering, they told me I needed new tires and charged me (under warranty) to diagnose it. Still nothing about the noise in my engine. Now it needs a tire rod (hmmmmm maybe that was what what jerking before but now I'm back again) They do not have the part so they will call me when it comes in. After 1 1/2 weeks of no return call I called them, manager said he will look into it and call me back. It's now another week later, I called and was told the wrong part came in and they ordered the other one it should be here Friday. They will call me Friday. I bet I will need to call them. Oh and my engine still makes that noise.....

I truly enjoy my car. The turbo provides the power I was looking for as well as the fuel economy I did not get with my previous car. Rides comfortable and it has everything I'd expect with a new car.

Purchased on 3 15 18 today is 6 11 18 and still no owner's card this place sucks go some where else to buy.

Very poor closing! - tema
After working with the salesperson, whoever came next to talk actual numbers on the car did a very poor job. He did not listen to our wants and needs and was trying to just get big bucks. Also at one point we were asked to give them our credit card as a sign that we were serious about the purchase. That was before they even talked about an offer for us to buy. Made we think of the long ago stories of dealerships pulling tricks to get you to make the purchase. We ended up trading our leased car from them the next day and got a much better deal and car at another dealership! Would never deal with them again!

I have done business with Wright Hyundai in Wexford in the past and have been 100% satisfied. I do not know what has changed from 3 years ago, possibly management because I definitely notice a huge difference in service and I am very disappointed!
Although I have impeccable credit and a clean lease history, I was sort of dismissed, rushed, unappreciated, and unimportant. As if the staff would rather be anywhere else than trying to work with me to get into a car I like and could afford.
I was very clear about my budget and the price/terms I was willing to obligate to. Wright staff came off as if I bothered them for needing help in obtaining the lowest priced car deal! Wright's came back with extremely high estimates! I was shocked! The staff had the attitude that because I already pay a certain amount for my SUV then I should be willing to pay the same amount for something else.
I even went so far as to explain why I know they are giving me too high of an estimate and my dissatisfaction towards it! They were not phased and could care less. They definitely had a "take it or leave it" demeanor.
I ended up just going to another Pittsburgh Hyundai dealer and GOT the brand new car I was originally inquired about and I got it for a much better price! Apparently, it's not an issue with Hyundai but an issue with Wright Hyundai in Wexford! I guess if you don't look the part, save yourself the trouble and negative experience and go somewhere else!
