Five Stars for customer service and quality of work - JohnD
This is my second scheduled service at BMW of Escondido. Both were handled by Michael Duplessis who was very friendly and professional. This time I was given a courtesy BMW vehicle which very convenient as it allowed me to do my daily work instead of killing time at the service center.

Terrific Service - Cassie Barger
I've had the pleasure of working with Daniel Luker the last 2 times I've brought my car in for maintenance, and most recently to have the iDrive screen repaired. Terrific service. Thank you!

Internet Sales Manager
Disrespect and poor care of customer - Lisa Milligan
I have just moved from Monterey, CA, to Oceanside, CA.
I purchased my BMW Z3 Roadster in Monterey. I assumed that all BMW Dealerships gave the same exquisite attention to it's customers as I received in Monterey.
I was SHOCKED when I was treated so disrespectfully, and poorly by the BMW Dealership in Vista.
I am used to being treated like a high-end car buyer. Not so in Vista.
I was under the impression that all dealerships that sell and service high-end cars treated their customers in a respectful way.
I was told by Maya, the new General Manager in Vista, that he was "fixing" his staff and dealing with the disrespectful comments, did-organization, and poor service his dealership was showing customers.
A new General Manager needs to realize that this respect needs to come from the TOP!
I called to cancel my appointment with him, because I was ill, and asked that he call me back to reschedule. I called and left that same message with 4 different people, and 6 hours later, he had still not returned my call. He told me that he had received my message, when I called and he was the person that picked up the phone.
In talking to him, I was spoken over, and everything that I said was negated or an excuse was made.
I felt like I was not heard at all. I certainly was not treated like a BMW owner!
Bottom line: when you own a high-end BMW, you should be treated like the car that you have purchased.
Don't go to BMW of Vista! I felt like, and was treated like, I had just driven a beat up old used cheap car to a used car lot.
I will be driving to another city for the care of my BMW!
Must not need to sell cars - GUSTAVO S VIDAL
I'm being generous here. I first inquired online for a 5 series. After literally 1 quick email and call, I stated to the internet sales rep that I would be in that day and ask for him. When I arrived maybe 2 hours later, this rep was gone for the day. No biggie. I worked with a sales person I was assigned to and all seemed well. I told him I was pretty ready to make a deal but I had to run to pick up my son from school. The rep said he would relay the info from me back to the internet rep and both he and the internet rep would get back to me that day with the info I asked for. I was pleased up to that point. The incredible thing is that this dealer must be raking in sales because it has now been a few days since I went in and I haven't heard from either the internet or floor sales rep at all. I take that back. I haven't heard from anyone at all. Wow. Pretty poor if you ask me for a dealership that sells BMW's. I have both reps names but I won't be that customer yet.
Crashed my car and installed wheels incorrectly. - BD
Unprofessional, and would not take any responsibility for incorrectly installed wheels. The wrecked my car as they were bringing it out. After they fixed my wrecked car, I had them install some new wheels and tires. They did not tighten the lug nuts correctly on brand new wheels, sending me down the road with wobbly and unsafe conditions. When pressed, the Service Manager Matt said they have no liability in the matter and attempted to weasel out of the problem. After giving them every opportunity to fix the issue, they declined to take responsibility. They suck!
