Best service ever - Snappy
Always have a pleasant experience when coming here. My car is always serviced as predicted. Hector is amazing. there are many times that I am crunched for time and they never make me feel pressured to get my car. And although I’ve had very few issues other than maintenance they always get it in right away when there is any problem

Disrespect and poor care of customer - Lisa Milligan
I have just moved from Monterey, CA, to Oceanside, CA.
I purchased my BMW Z3 Roadster in Monterey. I assumed that all BMW Dealerships gave the same exquisite attention to it's customers as I received in Monterey.
I was SHOCKED when I was treated so disrespectfully, and poorly by the BMW Dealership in Vista.
I am used to being treated like a high-end car buyer. Not so in Vista.
I was under the impression that all dealerships that sell and service high-end cars treated their customers in a respectful way.
I was told by Maya, the new General Manager in Vista, that he was "fixing" his staff and dealing with the disrespectful comments, did-organization, and poor service his dealership was showing customers.
A new General Manager needs to realize that this respect needs to come from the TOP!
I called to cancel my appointment with him, because I was ill, and asked that he call me back to reschedule. I called and left that same message with 4 different people, and 6 hours later, he had still not returned my call. He told me that he had received my message, when I called and he was the person that picked up the phone.
In talking to him, I was spoken over, and everything that I said was negated or an excuse was made.
I felt like I was not heard at all. I certainly was not treated like a BMW owner!
Bottom line: when you own a high-end BMW, you should be treated like the car that you have purchased.
Don't go to BMW of Vista! I felt like, and was treated like, I had just driven a beat up old used cheap car to a used car lot.
I will be driving to another city for the care of my BMW!

I'm keen to support local businesses, but when they seek to take advantage or just downright gouge potential customers, I look elsewhere. Case in point: I was referred to a salesperson, Dan, and I asked for a 36/12K lease quote on $81K X5. I was flabbergasted to receive an astronomical quote of ~$1300/mo with $7K down. Remember, a newly redesigned 2019 model will be out shortly, so you would think that BMW SD has an incentive to move metal.
With a few simple clicks, I got quotes from other dealers on more expensive vehicles ($85K+) of ~$980/mo (including tax) with nothing down and only 1st mo and DMV due at signing. That's a staggering $18,500 savings. And, be aware that SD inflates their MF to make more profit on interest. Obviously, BMW SD isn't interested in cultivating a new and LOCAL customer for life.
If you're in the market for a BMW, check out Murrieta (Dave T.); Long Beach (Dustin); or Crevier.
BUYER BEWARE! - Westcoast2020
BUYER BEWARE! Their sale people deceive and mislead to sell cars. Please proceed with caution. They informed me the i3 I was inquiring about and then purchased got around 100 miles per charge. Come to find out after purchasing it, it infact got 60 miles per charge with the a/c off and mid 50's when the a/c is on. They refuse to fix the issue and continue to be evasive.
