HORRIBLE experience - UnhappyCustomer
I've been coming to this location since I moved to San Diego but today I had a HORRIBLE experience and don't want others to go through anything similar. I came in for a simple oil change and after the man helping me checked the mileage on my car he proceeded to tell me about a 30,000 mile inspection. He made it seem like an included service. He then wrote up some paperwork and when I asked about the estimated charge he said I would not be charged that. I signed the paper and waited about two hours for my car to be ready. Then, I got screwed with essentially $300 in labor cost for the service I specifically confirmed I wasn't being charged for and I got zero benefit from the unnecessary service inspection they preformed. Biggest rip off EVER! I won't be back....

Manipulative tactics - carbuyer6122
The customer service here was horrible. They made false promises and used manipulative tactics. They quoted a price that we couldn’t meet and we were on our way out when they came back and told us they would lower the price and include the taxes and registration fees to help with the cost. We asked multiple times to confirm the price was right, then we proceeded to sit around for over an hour to wait and sign paperwork. Finally we are about to close and noticed they did not lower the price but instead calculated in our down payment to cover the taxes and registration fees that they told us would be included in the original price. When we inquired about the discrepancy their “financial analyst” used a very condescending tone and told us we must be confused and that he had nothing to do with what we were quoted earlier. I am truly disgusted by their manipulative tactics and lack of customer service. Needless to say but I will definitely be purchasing from a different dealership.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Omar gave us time to check out the vehicle ourselves and was not pushy at all. He answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable. Throught out the entire process, we never felt pressured once.
Dishonest management - Irwin4353
I went to this dealer because my past experience was good. The salesman was very helpful in selecting a new car. We negotiated on the down payment for the new car. We decided on two checks: one to be cashed immediately and another to be cashed in two weeks. The finance department cashed both checks immediately the next day causing an several overcharges on my bank account. I went to back to the dealership where they recognized their mistake. The dealership manager promised to refund my bank charges or offer free services for the new car. I was fine with either choice. I asked him if I could call the next day. He insisted on calling me. It has been weeks. He still hasn’t called. There hasn’t been a refund or check delivered. Nothing. He LIED to me. He has been very dishonest. I’m buying a car next year for my daughter and I am not buying it from this dealership. I don’t recommend this place to anybody, including my family and friends. I don’t know the manager’s name but he has a beard. He was very dishonest. BEWARE.
