I bought my Santa Fe from Frank Hyundai in 2008; I loved it and I drove it for 10 years, but it was time to upgrade. I had not had a car payment though for many years, and being a single-parent income household required I buy something dependable but affordable. I decided it was time to visit Frank Hyundai to see if they had a newer 'used' car that fit my needs. I had a wish list of items and thought I'd have to buy used to get something that was in my price range, but I am absolutely AMAZED and EXCITED to say I drove home with a car I am 100% 😍😍 in love with. I never thought I would be able to afford a car I wanted and truly loved in every way, but I got my wish of items and more, so much more. I didn't have to compromise to get something that I could afford!! Thank you to Willy, Chris, Andy and Manny for doing everything possible, and more, to get me my dream car 💖

HORRIBLE experience - UnhappyCustomer
I've been coming to this location since I moved to San Diego but today I had a HORRIBLE experience and don't want others to go through anything similar. I came in for a simple oil change and after the man helping me checked the mileage on my car he proceeded to tell me about a 30,000 mile inspection. He made it seem like an included service. He then wrote up some paperwork and when I asked about the estimated charge he said I would not be charged that. I signed the paper and waited about two hours for my car to be ready. Then, I got screwed with essentially $300 in labor cost for the service I specifically confirmed I wasn't being charged for and I got zero benefit from the unnecessary service inspection they preformed. Biggest rip off EVER! I won't be back....

I was interested in a 2018 Hyundai Elantra GT Sport. The website showed one on the lot so I called to verify it was still there and schedule a test drive. I arrived about an hour and a half later and test drove that vehicle and a new Tucson. I purchased the Elantra. John the salesman was awesome. Gabriel the guy that handled the financing was also awesome. I left very happy. A week later I got a call about a specialty part that had came in. I scheduled an appointment with the service department unsure of what it was exactly. I was pleasantly surprised to learn they were replacing a rim that was partially damaged. Very impressed with their integrity and would recommend buying a car there without question.
