I just leased two new cars from Lexus El Cajon and had a superb experience. They worked hard showing me my different options and finding the exterior and interior colors that I wanted. David Bacon, the manager, was johnny on the spot about all our needs. Most of all I love the cars, an ES350 and LX350. They both drive like a dream. I highly recommend this dealership. Jose helped me with the programming and setting up of the systems in the car and he was the best and most patient person I have ever had in this regard.

Sales folks did everything we asked to make our purchase experience great. Paper work was completed quickly and professionally. Financing was provided through the dealership and was better than any credit union deal. Service department functions as a well oiled machine.

My experience with purchasing a new car from LEXUS ESCONDIDO was EXEMPLARY with everyone I dealt with from my first contact which was with Marvin Graham who is such a nice friendly, knowledgeable,courteous, helpful, sincere man that exudes his pleasure of helping his customers in buying and getting the best experience possible while at Lexus Escondido. I couldn't have been happier and more satisfied with how Marvin helped me find just the right vehicle for me.
While Marvin was checking on details for me his associate Crystal, who displays the same attitude and friendliness as does Marvin, worked with me filling out paperwork and explaining the philosophy of Lexus Escondido. She summed it up as her job is to make her customers feel like they were as welcome at Lexus Escondido as they would be in her home.
I talked with Lori Smith who is the reason I came to Lexus Escondido to purchase another Lexus, because she is the most "special person" I have ever met that serves in a Customer Service role in a company, I have ever met in my life. I come to Lexus Escondido just to have my Lexus washed, but, to be honest with you, it's to see and talk with Lori, Robin and the rest of the service employees, because they make me feel so welcome when I come in. They are always interested in what I have been doing and they remember things about my life and are genuinely interested in me as a person.

I bought my 250 ISC convertable at this dealership a few years ago. Last year I received a recall notice about the Takata airbags that were suddenly opening and killing/injuring passengers, so I brought my car in with the recall notice for service. I was told that the fix was not yet available but they would call me. Today, after reading Takata was filing for bankruptcy, & never having heard from the dealership, I called them. They told me they had "a list" that was very long, to get the new airbags. They said my name was not on the list, despite the fact that I'd been there a year ago. They suggested that perhaps I should try to get "someone else" to do the repair for me. I couldn't believe that! I bought my car there, not from "someone else'! I told them to put my name on the list. Then I asked when I could expect to hear from them and the answer was: "Not until after October, if you're lucky".
Do yourself a favor and go to the dealership in Carlsbad. I personally will NEVER buy another car at this one.
