Purchased 2003 Honda Civic with 136000 mileage in Frontier Ford and had an issue with the safety system after a few days since purchase. I gave them a call and came to their office on the next day and after detailed conversation with sales director Joey they agreed to help me with my situation.
Although the car I purchased was the cheapest article in their inventory at that time and I haven't purchased any warranty, they were able to put themselves in my position and take care of my vehicle. It tells a lot in their favor in terms of after sales customer experience. Regardless of what you buy, they will treat you well if you're in trouble.

Came in to drop off the car for service the next day. Surprisingly our service adviser said that they would get right to the work and I could pick up the car in 90 minutes which we did. Services were completed in a quality manner.

I can always depend on The Ford Store's Service Department to find the problem and fix it. Over the years I've taken my car there for a wide range of service repairs, big and small. If there's a replacement part needed that's not in stock, they can get it. The Service Advisors are friendly and professional.

Brought my vehicle in for some warranty work. Got a call later saying the work is done but there is a 100 bill. I wasn't notified about this before the work was done. Plus I purchased the extended warranty. Also made an appointment that they could not find and it took over an hour just for them to find my vehicle in there system. bought the car at that dealership and they finally figured out they put my car under the wrong name.. random person on my file.. really... PLEASE TAKE CAUTION. There are better dealerships. I will not bring my car back to this location. Makes me never want to own a Ford again.

One star is generous. Found a scratch and a small imperfection on trunk. We did paperwork and they were going to send it to “their” body shop to repair. Over a week passed. Came back with a new scratch! This went on for a month! I gave up, canceled the deal and got the necessary paperwork done.
I had already made the first payment. Took weeks to get down payment back. Returned plates and registration and now I have DMV suspending the plates due to no proof of insurance on car I done own. I sent them all the paperwork, but this is the second letter from them about this. I would not Recommend buying from them. They pass you around like a football from one manager to another and no one follows up with you.
Broken new truck no appointments for 2 weeks - Mr happy
Had problems with my new 2018 truck not running right. I bought the truck at Serramonte Ford, so I phoned serramonte ford 3 times, each time i was told that the first available appointment was in 2 weeks. James Ford came to the rescue. Took my truck in the next day. Got in back when promised and they even washed it .. Great service !
Service - Frisco
I brought my truck in for a scheduled service. I drove in to the service bay. No one was near by. I sat in my truck for a few minutes. No one came to talk to me. So I got out of my truck and kinda walked around stood by my truck. No one came to talk to me. I then walked to where it looked like service area. There was 3 or 4 people standing some with a person. I waited no one came or asked me anything. Finally someone helped me . Maybe things have changed but if that's the case it Should go back to when someone came out right away to talk to you.
Worst ever - Magma
Faulty engine message came on a few times while car shuddered. It would go off as soon as I turned off my car and when I restarted it would be running fine. When engine light came on I bought my car right in. Have extended warranty and diagnostics showed a warranted part needed to be replaced which would have been no cost to me. Instead they did a quick fix by greasing some wires and charged me $200. Roger promised me that if the faulty engine light came back on they would do the bigger repair. (Choose Kevin!)
Within 10 days the car was shuddering again and the faulty engine message was up. I took a picture of it and took the car back in. They ran Diagnostics but since the check engine light wasn't on they said there was nothing they could do. They said I have to bring the car in when it's actually shuddering and shaking with the faulty message on like I could just stop in the middle of everything I'm doing and point the car while it's shuddering and shaking and drive to Livermore.
I called Ford customer service and spoke with Marisol and Janet they said I had to go back and talk with Dominic the service manager Dominic said he could do nothing without Ford approval and he hung up on me. Ford denied that Dominic needed their approval and ping ponged back and forth.
I was finally told to pick up my car that nothing was wrong with it I was able to get a refund when I pointed out that their initial fix did nothing.
My best advice, do not buy an extended warranty as they do not want to honor it, if you can, do not purchse a Ford and never come here for service!

This is my 3rd interaction with quicklane and the previous two were not favorable at all.
This time however, Service was outstanding and Advisor Manny Serrano went above and beyond to help me out. I had a flat caused from a screw in my tire. I had the spare on my truck and called in on a Sunday to ask if they could repair my tire and make an appointment for sometime during that week..with a caveat..I work from 5:30PM to 5:30AM and sleep is a premium to me.
I spoke with Manny on Sunday afternoon and he said there were no appointments first thing in the morning until Thursday..ok..then give me that one please as I had explained my work situation. Manny then worked it out so I could have an appointment first thing the next morning to get me in and out as quick as possible. I checked in at 7:30 and was on my way home by 8:30..I was completely taken care of quickly and with courtesy. I want to personally thank Manny and I hope this review is read by his management. I totally appreciated the way he went out of his way to help me and keep me a satisfied customer. Thank you!!
Worst Service from Car Dealership EVER! - joe
Great Salesman but worst service ever for a car dealership I have ever experienced. I bought a Used Ford from them and it have 8 issues that needed to be fixed with it. One major issue was the electrical system indicating car door was open when its not and alarm going off for no reason to name a few. They told me to bring in the car and they would take a look at my issues. Its a 45 min drive for me to get there. I did and they did not check it out at all. Said I had to leave the car but I they had no car rentals for me. So I scheduled a 2nd appointment with service and I told them I needed a rental car and the confirmation email indicated an rental. I get there and they dont have a car for me. So I made a 3rd Appointment and drove the 45mins there. I got a rental car and said it would be 1 or 2 days and they would call me the next morning. At 2:30pm I call them after not hearing from them and they told me they dont have the parts even though I have been there 2 times before with a list of issues. I was angry but said fine when will the car be ready. They said parts will be in next week(it was thursday). Okay I said fine call me when its ready. Then they told me No and that I needed to pick up my car on Friday and then schedule a 4th appointment to get it fixed when the parts arrive. that would have been 4 trips each taking 90 mins of my work day totalling 6 hours of work time I would have lost. I told them I was not coming back and that I wanted a refund for the car and they refused. I asked if I could have the fix done at a local ford dealer closer to my home, they said no. I asked to be compensated for my time, they said yes but never got anything. So not my car is still having issues and will have to fix them from my own pocket a total loss. Worse is that I know no longer feel happy about owning this ford and may get the stuff fixed and try to sell it. WORST SERVICE EVER and they dont even care, they were not at all concerned with my issues, my time or frustration!!! Dont go to Marin County Ford its not worth it, they are better ford dealerships around. I have been a ford owner for close to 20 years and never never had an issue with other ford service depts!!!!

I purchased a 2014 Explorer back in February of 2016, at the time of purchase I asked the salesman if the vehicle had been in an accident, he came back with an autocheck printout that said no damage or accidents reported. Yesterday I tried to trade the car in and the Dgdg dealer came back with a carfax that showed an accident reported 3 months before I bought it and also because of this undisclosed accident when it rains it comes through my front passenger door and into the car. I have a pending lawsuit against them and of course, they refuse to respond to anything.

We wanted to schedule a test drive, so the manager emailed me to ask if we were only visiting to score a paltry $25 visa gift card. Awful first impression. Later, after my wife and I took time out of our busy schedule to actually test drive two cars, the dealership lied about submitting a form for us to receive the modest incentive. Do yourself a favor: find any other dealership when looking for a new Subaru.

Ukiah Ford had a bad reputation and was a terrible place but there has been a change in ownership and "WHAT A CHANGE". We purchased two vehicles here in the past year. We got the best price/deal in Ukiah after trying to buy in Healdsburg, Petaluma, Santa Rosa and Eureka. All I can say is.....give them a chance and you will be pleasantly surprised. Corey, Dwayne, John or Peter are first class guys. And might I say that Enrique (finance) was great too.
