Ukiah Ford had a bad reputation and was a terrible place but there has been a change in ownership and "WHAT A CHANGE". We purchased two vehicles here in the past year. We got the best price/deal in Ukiah after trying to buy in Healdsburg, Petaluma, Santa Rosa and Eureka. All I can say is.....give them a chance and you will be pleasantly surprised. I brought my 14 yr old F250 work truck into All Star Ford for service and to my surprise John in Service said they would get started on repairs first thing in the morning.I bought it used from a private party 2 yrs ago and had no history on it. It Badly needed Spark plugs and coils because it was running really rough.. They shuttled me to get a rental per my request. All promises were kept when I was told truck will be ready following day. This included repairing the fault read module which wasnt working. I was in total amazement. Truck runs perfect. Better than ever and has lots of power. The price was reasonable and using ford parts brought comfort to my experience. Fast turn around. Great service. Nice sales people. I cant say enought about All Star Ford and their crew. While I had a few minutes of waiting I strolled through the Sales dept. I ended up meeting Danny and he showed me around the lot. In a few short words I am now the proud owner of a Brand New F250 Super Duty. I am very happy I made the purchase and gives me piece of mind and reliability. They left oil cap off my truck....manager Emir Pasic refused to have them clean it up.. They made me feel like i did it...worst service ever...wont be going back...they tried to put it off until manager Mark Podesta came back from dallas in a week...i said to Emir your the service manager arent you supposed to make the decision...the decision that was so obvious that your mechanic messed up....there motto seems to be the customer is wrong and they didnt do anything...they havent heard the last of me....i still owe over 30,000 on my truck ..i trusted them with my truck and they decided to screw mi in the ---... ..just the beggining ..

Brought my vehicle in for some warranty work. Got a call later saying the work is done but there is a 100 bill. I wasn't notified about this before the work was done. Plus I purchased the extended warranty. Also made an appointment that they could not find and it took over an hour just for them to find my vehicle in there system. bought the car at that dealership and they finally figured out they put my car under the wrong name.. random person on my file.. really... PLEASE TAKE CAUTION. There are better dealerships. I will not bring my car back to this location. Makes me never want to own a Ford again.

Had a new stereo head unit installed by 'qualified' car stereo installer. Tow/haul became stuck on after installation and installer could not find any flaw. Paid Livermore Ford $200 and they identified the flaw, in spite of informing them that it showed up after new head unit, as a failed gear shift button and offered to 'fix' the problem for ONLY $600. After detailed investigation with an ohm meter, I discovered the failure to be the integration of the tow/haul wire incorrectly during the stereo head unit installation. If Livermore Ford were a reputable outfit they would return my $200 fee for troubleshooting at which they failed utterly. They apparently have become so dependent on computer investigation that all sense of hearing the customer has been eradicated from their culture. They receive a zero for this assignment. Moreover, they took my email and, after stating plainly that I do NOT want email, sent email advertising. I am angry over this failure of respect for the custormer, read review accordingly.
Worst Service from Car Dealership EVER! - joe
Great Salesman but worst service ever for a car dealership I have ever experienced. I bought a Used Ford from them and it have 8 issues that needed to be fixed with it. One major issue was the electrical system indicating car door was open when its not and alarm going off for no reason to name a few. They told me to bring in the car and they would take a look at my issues. Its a 45 min drive for me to get there. I did and they did not check it out at all. Said I had to leave the car but I they had no car rentals for me. So I scheduled a 2nd appointment with service and I told them I needed a rental car and the confirmation email indicated an rental. I get there and they dont have a car for me. So I made a 3rd Appointment and drove the 45mins there. I got a rental car and said it would be 1 or 2 days and they would call me the next morning. At 2:30pm I call them after not hearing from them and they told me they dont have the parts even though I have been there 2 times before with a list of issues. I was angry but said fine when will the car be ready. They said parts will be in next week(it was thursday). Okay I said fine call me when its ready. Then they told me No and that I needed to pick up my car on Friday and then schedule a 4th appointment to get it fixed when the parts arrive. that would have been 4 trips each taking 90 mins of my work day totalling 6 hours of work time I would have lost. I told them I was not coming back and that I wanted a refund for the car and they refused. I asked if I could have the fix done at a local ford dealer closer to my home, they said no. I asked to be compensated for my time, they said yes but never got anything. So not my car is still having issues and will have to fix them from my own pocket a total loss. Worse is that I know no longer feel happy about owning this ford and may get the stuff fixed and try to sell it. WORST SERVICE EVER and they dont even care, they were not at all concerned with my issues, my time or frustration!!! Dont go to Marin County Ford its not worth it, they are better ford dealerships around. I have been a ford owner for close to 20 years and never never had an issue with other ford service depts!!!!

We wanted to schedule a test drive, so the manager emailed me to ask if we were only visiting to score a paltry $25 visa gift card. Awful first impression. Later, after my wife and I took time out of our busy schedule to actually test drive two cars, the dealership lied about submitting a form for us to receive the modest incentive. Do yourself a favor: find any other dealership when looking for a new Subaru.

Worse Dealer ive ever worked with. I should of never brought my brand new truck (F350) here. Simple transmission leak turned into a nightmare when tech failed to reassemble my truck correctly. Denting Transmission pan and Left wiring harness clips broken and loose causing harness to get caught in driveshaft pulling every wiring out of the truck and engine bay. when confronted with issue Service manager Roy Replied "Dont bring that truck here, i will not touch it, Ford will have to make me fix it" Mean while Ford Denies fixing it at another dealer under warranty due to it being tech neglect. 40 Days later Im still out my new truck while making $1100 payments. and i "Dont qualify for a replacement or a buyback (lemon) because its not manufacture error/ Warranty work".
