Very happy with our experience! - Brad
We found our new 2018 F150 online at Serramonte Ford (after some rather intense searching). My first point of contact was with David Martin. Throughout the whole process, David Martin was very accommodating and helpful along the way. There was no pressure during the buying experience which was also unique from any other car dealership. Jason Cooper was also a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Serramonte Ford for your future Ford needs.

Great Sales Experience - happyfordowner
My first experience as far as purchasing a car. I will say that at first, I was hesitant to come in to look at cars, I wanted to buy from Craigslist to keep it cheap, but made the best decision by coming in to Ford abd was greeted by Gaby. Thank you for making this easy for me.
Amazing Customer Service ! - April Campa

Great support from the beginning to the end - fra
I have had a great buyer's experience at Sunnyvale Ford since the moment I walked in to try out a car I was interested in. Yousouf has worked hard to clarify all the doubts and explain all the features of the car.
Not only the sales agent but also managers have tried the best to get close to my budget as much as they could. I would recommend this dealership to my friends
Great 2nd experience at Towne Ford - Ariellep
3 years ago I traded in my Honda Civic for a C-Max and I had a great experience at that time. They gave me a very fair purchase price and trade in price and it made my experience seamless. When my lease came up on my C-Max, David and Ramsey were very very helpful in choosing my next car and giving me a great lease exchange deal. Jorge really explain paperwork to me which was wonderful and responsible.
Great Experience With Allstarford in Antioch - travelwell72
I recently bought a Ford Transit from Allstarford and it was an amazing experience.
My wife and I were looking around the dealership and was met by the floor manager who was very pleasant and helpful about questions we asked about the Ford Transit.
He introduced us to the Commercial Fleet Manager Marshall and within 10 mins or so finished our negotiations for the pricing for our new vehicle.
We got what we wanted to pay for the vehicle and the whole process was quick and painless.
I don't normally like going into dealerships but I would most definitely go back to Allstarford in the future
Thanks Marshall for a great experience
Great experience! - racjr
Bought a 2018 Lincoln MKZ Reserve Hybrid and love the car. Our sales associate, Todd, was great. He meat us upon arrival and was there for anything we needed the whole time we were there. The manager, Steve, was great to deal with on the pricing. They gave \us a great price and worked with us to get the payments in our budget. Rory in financing was also great and very helpful. We enjoyed the conversation with him and his insight and truthfulness, as we're first time leasers. I would recommend Future Ford to anybody that needs a new car.
They Treat You Well If You're In Trouble - Alexey
Purchased 2003 Honda Civic with 136000 mileage in Frontier Ford and had an issue with the safety system after a few days since purchase. I gave them a call and came to their office on the next day and after detailed conversation with sales director Joey they agreed to help me with my situation.
Although the car I purchased was the cheapest article in their inventory at that time and I haven't purchased any warranty, they were able to put themselves in my position and take care of my vehicle. It tells a lot in their favor in terms of after sales customer experience. Regardless of what you buy, they will treat you well if you're in trouble.
Great service - paulchuck
Took care of my sync problem in my 2017 CMax and provided a loaner as they kept the vehicle overnight to make sure the problem was rectified. Got the car back for the weekend!
Unorganized dishonest - PetalumaFordScammers
Brought my vehicle in for some warranty work. Got a call later saying the work is done but there is a 100 bill. I wasn't notified about this before the work was done. Plus I purchased the extended warranty. Also made an appointment that they could not find and it took over an hour just for them to find my vehicle in there system. bought the car at that dealership and they finally figured out they put my car under the wrong name.. random person on my file.. really... PLEASE TAKE CAUTION. There are better dealerships. I will not bring my car back to this location. Makes me never want to own a Ford again.
I am glad that my car was not stolen. Never went there again - 1122
Update: I went back for unfinished car wash, Bradly and George was hiding my car key and not letting me know my car was done for more than an hour.
My car is expedition. I had been waiting and waiting until I heard someone stolen an expedition from their parking lot, and start wondering if that's my car. I went to the back and found out my car was done more that an hour ago.
I wouldn't be surprised that someone can stole cars from them easily, considering this place is under this kind of management and with this kind of employees.
This place is a joke.
Dealership got to charge a much higher price because of the better service. I use to think that's fair until I met Bradly Maples at this dealership.
he Is very unprofessional and know nothing about customer service. First he was trying to sell me the service of changing cabin filter then found out my car doesn't even have one. Then I waited one hour and forty minutes for the shuttle. The service of this dealer sucks as well.
Bradly promised that my car will be done before 11:30. Which didn't and I have to came back the second time to wash the car. Just don't promise something you cannot deliver, how hard is that? If I know that ahead of time, I would make a different arrangements for my schedule.
While waiting for the stupid shuttle, I saw other advisors kept checking on their customers, kept them updated with the status and apologized for the delay. Bradly did nothing but sitting in his office. I had to go and ask him. The car wasn't finished until 12pm which is 30 minutes late and I have to came back for the included car wash. Bradly don't even pretend to care.
When I came back for the car wash, I parked my car at the drive way for more than half hour and not even one employee came and ask if I need help.
This place sucks. I use to go to capital ford until I recently moved to this area. Capital ford is great. I would rather went 30 minutes more there next time.
With this kind of service and unprofessional employee I highly doubt that they would sell their cars honestly. I would highly suggest you guys find somewhere else to buy your car.

Told me to look on line - Livermore Horses
Asked sales desk for a brochure on information on the new ranger. He told me to look on their website. Advised they have nothing on line. Told me to go to Ford.com I drove there to get information and am told to look online? I was going to order one! Have purchased from them my Sport Trac (and still have it - they just serviced it and their service dept is great), focus, SuperDuty F250. Their sales area has gone to not caring, if someone buys or they walk out. I walked out! Livermore, CA
Worst Service from Car Dealership EVER! - joe
Great Salesman but worst service ever for a car dealership I have ever experienced. I bought a Used Ford from them and it have 8 issues that needed to be fixed with it. One major issue was the electrical system indicating car door was open when its not and alarm going off for no reason to name a few. They told me to bring in the car and they would take a look at my issues. Its a 45 min drive for me to get there. I did and they did not check it out at all. Said I had to leave the car but I they had no car rentals for me. So I scheduled a 2nd appointment with service and I told them I needed a rental car and the confirmation email indicated an rental. I get there and they dont have a car for me. So I made a 3rd Appointment and drove the 45mins there. I got a rental car and said it would be 1 or 2 days and they would call me the next morning. At 2:30pm I call them after not hearing from them and they told me they dont have the parts even though I have been there 2 times before with a list of issues. I was angry but said fine when will the car be ready. They said parts will be in next week(it was thursday). Okay I said fine call me when its ready. Then they told me No and that I needed to pick up my car on Friday and then schedule a 4th appointment to get it fixed when the parts arrive. that would have been 4 trips each taking 90 mins of my work day totalling 6 hours of work time I would have lost. I told them I was not coming back and that I wanted a refund for the car and they refused. I asked if I could have the fix done at a local ford dealer closer to my home, they said no. I asked to be compensated for my time, they said yes but never got anything. So not my car is still having issues and will have to fix them from my own pocket a total loss. Worse is that I know no longer feel happy about owning this ford and may get the stuff fixed and try to sell it. WORST SERVICE EVER and they dont even care, they were not at all concerned with my issues, my time or frustration!!! Dont go to Marin County Ford its not worth it, they are better ford dealerships around. I have been a ford owner for close to 20 years and never never had an issue with other ford service depts!!!!
Shady and insulting folks work here... - Disappointed in Albany
We wanted to schedule a test drive, so the manager emailed me to ask if we were only visiting to score a paltry $25 visa gift card. Awful first impression. Later, after my wife and I took time out of our busy schedule to actually test drive two cars, the dealership lied about submitting a form for us to receive the modest incentive. Do yourself a favor: find any other dealership when looking for a new Subaru.
Please read below to know why to never purchase car here - BrianC
I encourage you to take the time to read this review. Realize that I am a very reasonable person who expects that not everything will be perfect in the process of finding a car. I do not make complaints about small things. I want to make it clear that every aspect of the Veracom Ford dealership, from the salesman to the sales manager to the accounting department, displays all the worst aspects of the classic shady, underhanded car dealership. I would like to recount this to you so you can understand why to not consider a purchase from this dealership
I purchased my car on 4/7/2018. I was driving in from 3 hours away and so asked many questions about the vehicle. Luis was my salesman for the purchase. On arrival, on driving the car, I noticed that the TPMS monitor malfunction was going off on the screen. I mentioned it to Luis and he stated that he would have to service people make sure to reset them. The wheels were ugly after–market wheels that I knew I wanted to replace, but I did want to make sure that the TPMS monitors were in place and functioning, though, as I did not want to replace those. He sent the car to the service people as we were doing the paperwork, and it was sent back out to me stating that the monitors had been reset and were looking good.
Immediately on the drive home, the TPMS monitor showed malfunction again. I took it into the tire shop in my hometown as I was looking to replace the wheels, and they checked it out and confirmed that there were no TPMS monitors in place at all on the car. In addition, I found the AC was not blowing out cold air. The repair shop noted there was no coolant, and they replaced it. When I brought this to the attention of Luis, his response was “there is no warranty for those repairs you did! Sorry.” I attempted to reason with him that I understand there is a warranty which covers them if something breaks down after 30 days, but there is a difference between that and giving the customer a car that you have assured at the time of purchase has working TPMS monitors (there were none even in place) and basic fluids/coolant checked. He asked me to send him receipts of the TPMS monitor installation and coolant fill, but then proceeded to not answer any phone calls or texts.
In addition, after about 6 weeks, we had not received the registration or license plates. I called the DMV and they had not received any paperwork from the dealership. After multiple calls over many days, I spoke with Reeza (spelling?). She took some information and Luis then ended up texting me and stating that they could not process the paperwork to send in to DMV because they had neglected to get the smog certificate. He then asked me to get the smog certificate and text him the receipt and they would send me reimbursement. I did that and texted him the receipt. After several days and multiple unanswered phone calls and texts, I sent him a more forceful text stating that the dealership was showing horrible customer service and I wished to speak with the service manager if he could not help me. He sent me a brief unhelpful text back stating “Call the manager”. Over the next few weeks, I left numerous messages for the service manager Philip, who never called me back. I also called numerous times for Reeza over that time period and never received a call back.
-To sum up, I was left to pay for non-existent TPMS monitors that I was assured at the time of purchase were in place and functioning. There was no coolant in the car. They made me take the time and money to get the smog certificate and promised reimbursement, but then never paid me back. And, make no mistake, there is no way for you to contact them by phone. Between salesman Luis, the service manager, and the accounting person, I made no fewer than 60 calls over a couple months, and on only one of those calls was there ever anyone who actually answered, and for all the messages I left, not one single message was ever returned.
-If you doubt what I am saying or wonder if this is an isolated episode, I encourage you to look at the following:
1. Examine the Better Business Bureau rating of this business: They are not accredited with the BBB, and have received an F rating based on unanswered complaints. By contrast, Fremont Ford (Fremont) and Frontier Ford (Santa Clara) have A+ ratings.
2. Take note of the many different sites that review automobile dealerships and look up Veracom Fords’ ratings/reviews, which are strongly negative, on these sites. Businesses that have integrity and care about customer service will often have people assigned to give feedback when they get a negative review to try to help resolve the problem or explain why the customer was overstating the problem. Notice that there is absolutely nothing from them on any of these sites. They do not care.
This dealership is corrupt and inept from top to bottom. I urge you to not purchase anything from this dealership.

Big Change - Mike Hart
Ukiah Ford had a bad reputation and was a terrible place but there has been a change in ownership and "WHAT A CHANGE". We purchased two vehicles here in the past year. We got the best price/deal in Ukiah after trying to buy in Healdsburg, Petaluma, Santa Rosa and Eureka. All I can say is.....give them a chance and you will be pleasantly surprised. Corey, Dwayne, John or Peter are first class guys. And might I say that Enrique (finance) was great too.
