Adam was not your stereotypical car salesman. When he didn't know the answer to our questions he immediately admitted it and researched the answer. He listened to what was important to us in a new car and trade-in and when he presented his recommendation, he provided three alternatives that helped us pick the options that fit our needs. He didn't try to sell us anything... so we felt comfortable working with him to find what was best for us.

Ukiah Ford had a bad reputation and was a terrible place but there has been a change in ownership and "WHAT A CHANGE". We purchased two vehicles here in the past year. We got the best price/deal in Ukiah after trying to buy in Healdsburg, Petaluma, Santa Rosa and Eureka. All I can say is.....give them a chance and you will be pleasantly surprised. Went online a few months ago to look at the new Escape as I was getting ready to trade in my 10 year old minivan. I had been very busy with work as tax season is my busy time. I went down to Petaluma to meet with a client and figured since I was around the corner I would go in and see the Escape I had been eyeing for a few months. Of course I pick the busiest time of year and go in at Memorial weekend, but lucky for me I was met by Seth Allen who helped me with my purchase. Seth is the fleet manager and doesn't normally work weekends but was there for the big sale and I'm glad he was. I told Seth I wasn't planning to buy a car yet but needed to get some more info. Seth was low pressure, very knowledgeable and let me take the Escape on a long test drive. He was able to show me how everything worked and I asked him to show me numbers so I could think about it. Being the fleet manager Seth gave me an amazing deal, better than I thought I would get and gave me a great deal on my trade. I decided to buy the car then and there and Seth got me in and out quicker than any other time I've bought a car. He even helped me move all my stuff from the old car to the new car because I wasn't thinking I would buy today so I had a lot of stuff. Seth was very helpful, nice and not your standard car guy. I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to call Seth. Hopefully when I need my next car in ten years I will be able to work with Seth again.

We wanted to schedule a test drive, so the manager emailed me to ask if we were only visiting to score a paltry $25 visa gift card. Awful first impression. Later, after my wife and I took time out of our busy schedule to actually test drive two cars, the dealership lied about submitting a form for us to receive the modest incentive. Do yourself a favor: find any other dealership when looking for a new Subaru.

Non responsive, lack of accountability and very poor customer service. I will not be returning to this Dealership again. After having my Mustang serviced there for 5 years and then in the 5th year of my Ford Flex this past experience has been a Night Mare at best. My car has been "being serviced" for now a month. No follow on my calls and I still do not know the status of my vehicle. My next stop is contacting the corporate office to file a complaint about how disappointing and poor the service has been.

Dealer had 3 hours on a Thursday morning to draw up purchase agreement. After leaving dealership with my new car, dealer called a week later and asked me to give them a couple more thousand or reduce term of loan or return the car. Dealers right to cancel had expired, so I did none of these. Dealer has still not paid off my trade in, as of today.
