We had a breakdown of our Buick on a Saturday near this dealership and limped into their service department. Immediately were greeted and taken care of with a rental car and a promise of a diagnosis on the following Monday.
On Monday, we returned, again fabulous service, but since our Buick was older, asked if we could see the new line of Buick cars.
We looked at the Encore, and it fit our needs perfectly. Lea provided us with all of the information, let me drive the car and we decided it was what we wanted.
We drove out of the dealership later that afternoon with our new Encore, wearing our happy faces.
I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a Buick. All of the three sizes are great cars, but the little Encore is perfect for the two of us.

John Yabara in the service department took great care of my last Buick LaCross such that it looked new after 10 years of lots of miles.

Had the best experience at Putnam thanks to John Pier. He was not only courteous but very knowledgeable. From the few details I gave him of what I was looking for he found me the best auto to fit my growing family. I bought a car a year ago at a different dealership (which I traded in during this purchase) and it was the worst auto buying experience I've ever had. I was hesitant to go through a dealership again but John made the transaction painless, got me a great deal and was also great with my kids, who I brought along with me.

Sales and manager were real no strings and we made a quick good deal. Just beinformed before you go and do your research. Chevrolet top store for a Silverado is Here and I'm still happy 7 months later with them. My truck I got with them is a 2017 Silverado Crew 2wd v6 flexfuel with convenient package. No extras. The only thing I got after was a heavy duty tow package 3 months later at a good price too. Took a long time to install but was worth the wait. That is what it was like for me.😎

I spoke to Angelo multiple times letting him know we were driving 2 1/2 hours to see a specific car and expressed my concern about driving that far to see the car. I asked multiple times about the condition of the car, scratches or any damage at all. He said no scratches or damage. We scheduled an appointment and drove the 2 1/2 hours. When we arrived Angelo was nowhere to be found and no one knew where he was. When he finally showed up he indicated he was putting gas in the vehicle. He obviously had more than enough time to do that before the time of our appointment. For some reason we were then passed off to another salesman because Angelo was with a customer. If he just returned from getting gas how could he be with another customer? Besides the fact we had an appointment with him. We proceeded to look at the car and it took about a minute to see the car had been backed into something, the fender was out of alignment as was the back lift gate, not to mention the scratches and other obvious damage. I truly cannot believe Angelo was so inconsiderate as to allow anyone to drive that far for a car with such obvious damage. If you want to be treated with any consideration do not go to this car lot. Very unprofessional!
Overcharging for repairs - Scott1988
Stay away from this place I took my Yukon for routine service for 30k . I was quoted $389.00 few months ago and this time Frank charge me $898.00 . In my mind i believe was too much money for that service. So I started to calling around to the Fremont store (this two stores are own by same owner)service agent give a estimate for 30k of $389 plus tax. Accordingly that estimate was pulled by vin that makes believe that someone got me .

I made the mistake to lease the car from this dealership. Because I signed the all paper work on 10 Feb 2018 and I got the car 15 Feb 2108. Now on 13 Mar 2018, I have not get any signed paper from the dealership and also I have not received any financial information so far. so my payment has been overdue. Finally, GMC account has two cars. I really would not recommend this dealership.

I used to work at this dealership in the service department, and it is simply horrible! Regarding the courtesy car wash, your car will only be rinsed with water, no soap or anything at all. Porters/lot attendants are the ones that wash cars, drive them up, and park them, etc. Beware, I have witnessed them stealing change from countless cars since people normally place all their change in the smoking cup, or the slot near the cigarette outlet. They will also burn out in your cars, SUVs, and trucks! The service writers will try their best to rip you off, even to the extent of lying that there are problems with your car when there isn't to earn their monthly bonuses. I once saw one of the mechanics fighting with the service manager, Bon Gotuaco, who is a huge ass by the way, that he refused to fix a car because there were no problems with it, but Bon insisted that the car be "fixed" so that the service department could get money from the customer. The mechanic was suspended for not fixing the car, even though there were no problems with it. This place is horrible, steer clear! The employees here are very shady!
