I just bought my second preowned car at Seaview, under the same circumstances: old car needed repairs that couldn't be justified by the value (we tend to drive them into the ground). Both times we found vehicles that worked in our budget, absolutely no pressure and lots of help, and an easy, quick deal and finish. Steve was a low-key, very helpful salesperson, and Mr. Carr handled the financing as smoothly and as friendly as he always does (and is). We've used Seaview for auto repairs, too, and never been disappointed. This is once again a thoroughly pleasant experience.

I bought a used Acadia from them about a month ago. Car has only been in my possession less than 2 weeks. It’s been in their shop the rest of the time. When I got it back last time, it even said on the receipt “did not fix oil leak”. That was one of the big reasons I took it in. It also said a huge list of things leaking or needing fixed and they didn’t even tell me in person. They refuse to fix it and now I have a car that I paid $20k for that needs thousands of dollars worth of work. I had to cancel my plans to drive to the beach for vacation because I don’t even know if it will make it. The 2nd car we bought the same week had the tires blow out while on the freeway.
I will never buy another car from these guys and am sick that I’m stuck with a car I don’t want to drive.
The only reason I give that one star is because they did give me a rental car and the parts department got all my ordered parts in quick and without any hassle
*Editing to add that I reached out to my sales person and the GM 3 days ago by sending an email. I haven’t gotten a response from either. This shows me they just don’t give one single xxxx about their customers or my situation. Bad form....

I went on to Clyde Revord of Everett Wa website put in my information my ZIP Code to get the best price on the Internet off of their Internet ad after going in test driving the vehicle I loved it but when it came down to buying the vehicle they said the Internet didn’t calculate the RTA tax properly.
Then when I tried to negotiate a deal and a few Accessories I wanted the salesman went and talked to sales manager they came back with the price close to $2000 more than what I had Anticipated paying and told me that If I didn’t buy it for that price they were going to trade it to a dealership in Portland Oregon well needless to say I Shook the man’s hand and left.
A week later I looked on the Internet they still have the same truck for sale same Vin number and they raise the price by almost $1200 for the Black Friday special that’s so special if Yasmine I would never do business with this GMC Dealership.
After this I called Seaview GMC and ended up buying a vehicle from them while I was there two other people came down from Clyde Revord GMC complaining of the same type of problems bad salesman bad sales manager.
I just look they still have the vehicle for sale .

I purchased a new 2018 GMC Acadia Denali from Gilbert Ruiz a couple weeks ago whom was very courteous , friendly with a no pressure attitude. He answered our questions and concerns we might have had. Purchasing a new vehicle can sometimes be stressful and a little complicated but he put us at ease with his calm demeanor and patience. He followed up with a phone call and letter to see how we liked our vehicle and wanted to know any questions or concerns we might have.. I would recommend Gilbert to anyone wanting to purchase a car there.

Josh was my sales rep, and he was amazing! I was coming up from Portland by train and he even picked me up at the station. He got me into the car I wanted for well under budget (Brand new 2017 Chevy Spark LS for $9,800! I'm from Oregon, so no sales tax). The whole experience was great, no hassles, everything was smooth sailing, and everyone at the dealership was really friendly. Josh answers his phone every time I have a question (which happens.... a lot...). I'm a super happy customer, I'd absolutely buy my next car from Josh + Gilchrist!!!
The best customer service experience when buying a used car! - Michael Manoff
I just had the best possible customer service experience when I bought a used Ford truck from Ruddell Automall. I called about a truck that was listed on line and asked if they could hold it for me as I live a few hours away. They were happy to hold the truck for me and answered all my questions...even volunteering a few minor cosmetic issues the truck had without my asking. I took a no pressure test drive and then was able to take my time looking over the truck with out a salesman looking over my shoulder. They gave me a great deal on the truck and allowed me to leave my other vehicle on their lot until I came back to pick it up a week later.
It's now one week after I purchased the truck and I feel like I got a great deal on a fantastic used truck and would definitely return for any future car or truck purchases.
