One of the things I don’t like about taking the into a shop is most of the time you have to come back a second time because the part might not be there. Although the service was good, wasn’t too happy that I drove pretty far to get his done. If the option of putting me in a loaner car was there, I would give five stars.

They offered us DigiShield to protect his car from rock chips. I also had a fairly new car and asked if it was possible to have it placed on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. We were in the market for a new Honda CR-V and were comparison shopping at all the dealerships within the area. We liked Q. Ali at Klein Honda with his eagerness to help, but we bought elsewhere due to proximity to home and a little better price. Q will do what he can to secure your business. Klein Honda is a commission free agency and they don't pressure you to buy from them.

A whistling sound was driving me crazy so I went to Capitol city Honda and asked if a technician could take a road drive with me. I only had to wait a few minutes and the technician and I headed out and within a few blocks he determined that I had a wheel bearing going out on my right passenger wheel. In as much as I was leaving on a long trip for two days I asked if there was any possibility of getting the work done the next day and they accommodated me, completed the job and the whistle is gone and I’m happy.

I agree with the other review. We actually dealt with Chris the salesman and Aaron the sales manager who both were pompous rude and disrespectful liars. We went in initially to purchase my wife a new 2018 Honda CRV. I liked her vehicle so much I decided to sell my vehicle and go back and buy a new Honda CRV for myself. My mother was visiting from Arizona and also owns a CRV but an older model. When she seen my CRV she decided she wanted one as well. The car deal and the prices were made prior to being picked up. We were jerked around with an initial finance rate that fit my payment but only to get a call later in the week that the rate increased. It was promise after promise and zero follow through. Chris, Aaron and Honda Auto Center of Bellevue are the reason people hate buying cars. They claim to be an honest dealership but the integrity and character of Chris and Aaron speak WAY different. The only reason we went through with any purchase with them is because the price we paid were better than other Honda dealers. If we paid full sticker we would have had the red carpet treatment but because we negotiated down on all three we received the most disrespectful car buying experience we have ever had. $75,000.00 showed the true integrity of this dealership. If you want a good price with the added bonus of be disrespected check this place out. But I will never return even for the free oil change. I will never have our vehicles serviced there either.

I brought my car in for an oil change and always have great service but I decided to look at new Honda’s and Troy Malchow was very helpful and showed me some HR-Vs. he spent time showing me the vehicles and went for a test drive. I ended up buying a new HR-V and drove it home. He was kind enough to drive my vehicle that I had in the Service Dept. To my house which I greatly appreciated. I love my new Honda!! Troy was great!

9-18-17 Car (99 Civic) would not start and was towed to Aberdeen Honda.
Scott the Service Manager called, said bad wiring to starter from battery and bad battery. Estimate
was $500. I said you are not fixing it. I had it towed via AAA auto to Capital Honda, Olympia.
The part was ordered and available the next day at 7:30 AM. The mechanic started the work and was
done after 8 pm. Total cost was $177 parts and labor plus battery tested good and is noted on
on the repair order. I'm never going back to Aberdeen Honda. It is a very DISHONEST dealership.

Went here first to look at the Honda Fit. I made it clear that I did not want to play the normal sales games. They assured me that they would not, and they didn't, if you want to go by the letter of the law. There was no lying, or hard core 'keep em in the sales area at all costs' tactics. But they did play that sickening sweet "see how I'm treating you well" why laying on all the underhanded guilt tripping, team tagging and doubt casting tricks in the book. AND they would not give me the bottom line unless I 'committed' to buy my car from them nor would they break out costs for me. Lots of shucking and jiving about how the manufacturers 'just don't work that way anymore'. I HATE being treated like an idiot. HATE it! Its extremely transparent, guys. Knock it off!
......hopefully they learn to be honest and straight forward, because this experience sucked!
