Oil change and alignment - katie_bucket83
Fast friendly service! Ricardo took care of my appointment and was great. Took my car In for an oil change. Ricardo called me and informed me that I needed an alignment. They were able to do it while I had it in there! Saving me time
Great Tru-Car buying experience - Meg-buys-a-car
Morocco is a bright, eager, helpful, no-pressure salesman. By using Tru-Car ahead of time, he knew exactly what we wanted and at what price, so he was ready with a test drive. How refreshing. Stephanie backed him up whenever he wasn't immediately available to us. Neither tried to up-sell us; but rather complimented us on our choice.

Fast and friendly, much appreciated. Found the problem quickly and provided a satisfactory resolution. The amount of tech in new cars is daunting. Thanks again.

If you are in the market for new vehicle, I highly recommend Hinshaw Honda of Auburn. Very knowledgeable, friendly crew! They made the process of buying a new car as quick and easy as possible and the customer service is fantastic! Zachary knows the vehicle's inside and out and addressed every single feature on my new vehicle before turning over the keys to me. Impressive!

Worst Experience Ever! - Amy S
I think it is important that you know that my family actually paid cash for 5 vehicles since 2012 and 3 of those vehicles were brand new. I am even more concerned because my cars transmission problem has cost me more than just money for a rental car ($1K) I had to leave my brand new job 3 hours early in my 8th day of work to deal with Enterprise and Zurich.
Unfortunately even your staff was told that I had been in the ER and they still took the opportunity to treat me like garbage on Saturday, September 15th and their actions have to date cost me $1000 in rental fees but that total is going up as my car is still not done and Zurich was only willing to cover the rental for 12 days. That's aside from the 5 days the rental was not covered starting Sunday, September 16th. I had to take my car to Cle Elum to a transmission shop and I am certain that because of the location of the shop and the small volume that this process has taken much longer than it would have there. I also have to believe based on all m many past experiences that I would have had little if not zero costs for the rental through you guys as it has been covered completely previously under my warranty. I was put into a CRV last time and at no cost and have been every time.
The worst part is how I have been treated. I made arrangements with Oliver on Friday, September 14th over the phone to return my car to you to again to address my slipping transmission and I was supposed to drop my car off and pick up a rental. That is what I discussed with Oliver. I was already upset about having to bring it back in especially when I went over all of the paperwork surrounding my last service experience which was also a HUGE MESS!!!
After having to come in two more times from Bellingham (approximately a 4 hour round trip drive) for my torque converter last Fall and having Dave C. treat me like a jerk when he is the one who let someone drive off in my car with my border collie in it, and Micah charging me for transmission fluid, trying to sell me rear brakes, and new filters and then discovering that my transmission was still slipping and getting worse of course I was angry! The problem I had brought my car in for on August 28th was not fixed and Micah wanted to sell me stuff that had nothing to do with my transmission. Of course now that I was at a brand new job full time I did not have the time to deal with the issue and nor did I want to break down and be late for my new job or stranded at anytime.
Unfortunately when I came in on Saturday, September 15th, Micah did not do what was discussed. I came in, parked my car in the service drive and I went to the rental counter. My boyfriend was waiting at Micah's desk for him to get off the phone and check in my car but Micah asked me to take your technician for a drive. So I did. Now here is a serious problem. I drove my car first and without any doubt, anyone could hear how much engine rev was happening and how my transmission was not driving my wheels. It was incredibly obvious going up the hill in front of Honda. I then let your technician drive and he put his foot down and floored my car and it barely moved up the hill in front of your dealership! But I was told that if my car did not throw any codes Zurich would not fix it! NOBODY EVEN CONTACTED ZURICH!I drove my car up Snoqualmie Pass so many times when I worked at the Summit and I know quite well my car was not running right anymore. I was sent away. My car not checked in and literally leaving me to be stranded on my way to or from my job. I bought both the car and the warranty from you guys and telling me to take a hike was beyond inappropriate. I honestly think you need to reprimand your staff because they truly seemed to have been working as a team to do the opposite of what I had scheduled to have happen. Dave C. needs to quit giving me the stink eye for his mistakes as well. Your team has had several opportunities to do what was right but have been xxxx-bent on going the opposite direction consistently. Robbie Choe has and still is the only person who has had any involvement in all of this that has not been a problem.
So as you can see this all has been beyond what I would consider poor customer service. It almost seems to me that your staff intentionally made things difficult for me. Oliver has never been apologetic or understanding, nor has he taken responsibility for his actions in all of this or the actions of his team. Micah and Dave C. both poor service!
Lastly I think it's important for you to know that last Fall when all this stuff was happening with my torque converter my Dad was dying. I literally had to bring my car back in the day of his memorial.
As you can see all of the things that have been happening with the service I have paid for has caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety and even anguish. Not to mention a lot of money now. That I did not sign up for when I paid for the car or warranty!
Bad service experience! - Tylerkim07
Took my 03 s2000 for oil change and when picking up I realized there was door ding with chipped paint. I brought it upto service adviser and they told me I can bring it back tomorrow morning and they will take care of it. Picked it up
And it looked terrible, ding was still visible and crappy touch up paint job! All this time I parked my car far away to prevent dings and south tacoma honda service gave me nice door ding with chipped paint and crappy job trying to fix it. Now it's a eyesore! Never taking my honda for service here....
Buyer Beware - TwistedKiwi86
I bought a car from these guys last Sunday and what should’ve been a fun experience, turned into a nightmare. The finance guy, Larry, wanted me to sign a credit application for Hapo Credit Union. I refused to sign as I already had full funding from BECU. Larry informed me that they get paid out quicker from this institution and seemed to be put out that I didn’t sign it. I signed all the rest of the paperwork and went out to get my car. I then found out that I only had one key, not two. Something they failed to mention up front, and in hindsight I should’ve asked. Now I have to spend another $300 to get a spare key. I chalked that up to my ignorance, and at that point it was too late to renegotiate as I had already signed the paperwork.
Fast forward to Monday when I got an alert that my credit had been pulled again. I login to my credit center and Larry had run my credit through Hapo Credit Union. Which is illegal. I did not sign the Hapo credit app. I called Larry and he told me BECU had denied part of my loan so he ran it through Hapo. I asked why he did not call me and he said “I’m very busy and have been with customers”. I talked to my bank and they had not denied my loan. Thank goodness I’m diligent about my credit otherwise I never would’ve known what was going on. I sent an email to both the GM of the branch and the CFO, and didn’t get a response from either of them. If you’re thinking about buying a car from these guys, don’t. Take your money elsewhere and save yourself some stress and dings on your credit.
Awesome car buying experience! - Andre

Overcharging 9-30-17 - Frank M.....
9-18-17 Car (99 Civic) would not start and was towed to Aberdeen Honda.
Scott the Service Manager called, said bad wiring to starter from battery and bad battery. Estimate
was $500. I said you are not fixing it. I had it towed via AAA auto to Capital Honda, Olympia.
The part was ordered and available the next day at 7:30 AM. The mechanic started the work and was
done after 8 pm. Total cost was $177 parts and labor plus battery tested good and is noted on
on the repair order. I'm never going back to Aberdeen Honda. It is a very DISHONEST dealership.
Went here first to look at the Honda Fit. I made it... - rbjalt
Went here first to look at the Honda Fit. I made it clear that I did not want to play the normal sales games. They assured me that they would not, and they didn't, if you want to go by the letter of the law. There was no lying, or hard core 'keep em in the sales area at all costs' tactics. But they did play that sickening sweet "see how I'm treating you well" why laying on all the underhanded guilt tripping, team tagging and doubt casting tricks in the book. AND they would not give me the bottom line unless I 'committed' to buy my car from them nor would they break out costs for me. Lots of shucking and jiving about how the manufacturers 'just don't work that way anymore'. I HATE being treated like an idiot. HATE it! Its extremely transparent, guys. Knock it off!
......hopefully they learn to be honest and straight forward, because this experience sucked!
