The service personnel seem to enjoy their jobs working with people - they were pleasant and helpful in explaining the overall details regarding my CRV brought in for an oil change. It was even explained to me that their prices had resently increased. They alerted me to the sign of wear on my tires and the need for replacement in the near future. I left with a written quote, which is very helpful.
I definitely will continue bringing my car into this shop for needed maintenance.

My relationship with Klein Honda began in 2004 when I first bought a car from them. From then, to now, 13 years later, they remain awesome as ever! Every time I have ever had my car serviced at Klein Honda, or have just stopped in with a random question, I have always been greeted with a smile and received the info and/or assistance that I needed.
Most recently, I had a couple of service contacts with Mike Hagenau who is just the nicest, most helpful person ever. After my car had been hit while parked, I stopped in for part and repair information. He patiently answered all my questions and offered some good suggestions for how to move forward. He is so easy to talk to and I feel that he is genuinely interested in helping me whenever I have worked with him.
I also recently worked with Steve Johnson to have my car detailed. He set up a time to get it done very quickly. The car looked great. By the time I realized that a plastic piece from an item I had planned to repair had been removed from the console - possibly thinking it to be garbage - I was dismayed. I went back to the service center but it had already closed. I was a little frantic, hoping that it could be located before garbage cans were emptied. When I explained this to the Sales Manager, Shane, he and Salesman, Viren, set about to help me, both going above and beyond their roles in the Sales Department. They called over to the servicing area across the street for me. When no one answered, Viren offered to go check to see if someone was there but just hadn't picked up the phone. When it turned out nobody was there, Shane and Viren routed the information to the Servicing Manager Steve Johnson. The next day, I had a call from Steve asking for a description of the plastic piece. I then got a follow-up call from Steve, that the item had been located, was on his desk, and that I could pick it up at anytime. This is how amazing they are always! Once you make an issue known, you never have to worry about bugging them about it because they are always right on it and follow through with what they say they will do. That is priceless!
In summary, whenever I need to visit Klein Honda, I feel welcome, experience no pressure ever, and have a sense of safety in that I do feel like it is a place that has been very good to me over the last 13 years. Thank you, Klein Honda, for always putting the customer first!

I bought a used Honda Civic here but I didn't buy the warranty. 8 days later the AC compressor broke and sent metal into the rest of the AC system. The cost for replacing the compressor, condenser, and drier was between $1200-2000 depending on OEM or aftermarket parts.
I'm a single father of 2 boys and in a tough spot because my landlord sold the condo I'd rented from him for 5 years out from under me. I've been bouncing between my dad's place and my sister's; scrambling to put money together to get a new place before my kids come back from visiting family on the east coast. I didn't have the money to pay for either option. Dave, a manager there, put in some calls for me and they agreed to fix the car for me.
It's so rare these days to find a company that stands behind their products and will go above and beyond to help someone who really needs it. Most will only do the bare minimum required by law. That is not the case here. I'm eternally grateful for Seattle Honda stepping up and taking care of me. I will not forget this and could not recommend them more highly.

I was in the market for a new car. I decided to try the Costco Car Buying Program as well as the Truecar perk from my office. The gentleman that did the internet sales for Costco (Bill Richmond) was amazing!!!! I told him what i wanted and within 5 minutes he had a car for me and a price!! Hassle free, haggle free and we didnt even have to do the price negotiation dance!!! I was treated with respect and not talked down to because I am a woman, and he took the time to explain things to me. The young lady in the finance department (I wish I could remember her name!!!) was fantastic!! Very personable and explained everything to me and didnt try to push the extended warranty or other things on me. FANTASTIC experience and one I highly recommend!! Even the other sales people were fun and personable. Truly enjoyed it!! Oh, LOVE the car too!!! They all represented South Tacoma Honda well!!!

Started with another Honda dealer but was not very satisfied, especially since we have owned four of them. So we made arrangements to meet Sam Alameddine at Bellevue Honda to see what they had to offer. Sam knew all the details of the cars we looked including offering to let us drive what ever was of interest to us. We were very impressed with the FIT and that is what we bought. Wanted leather interior and that was done. I have owned a lot of cars and mentiond to Sam we did not want to have a "closer" try to sell us a bunch of stuff we did not want. (I was also in the auto business for a number of years.) Sam was perhaps the best auto salesperson I have met. He knew his stuff. We received a honest deal on a new 2018 FIT and it was prepared to prefection. If you even have the slightest interest in a Honda, go to Bellevue Honda and see Sam Alameddine. You will not be disappointed.
Accessorizing my 2015 Accord - Accord
Just got a newer Accord and wanted to add some factory options.
I have been to the service dept. at Fife Honda a few times in the last 3 months to get factory accessories put on my car. Every time I go to the service dept. they are very friendly and very knowledgeable.
I call to get a quote to add the accessory and they are cheaper then other Honda dealers in the area.
Definitely will keep going back, with the knowledge the techs have, the quality of work and the pricing. Fife Honda is a great choice 😊

Very pleased with the service. I was helped by Ryan, who was informative and friendly. I was told the work would take two hours, but they were finished in only an hour and a half, including a wash and cleaned interior.
Only two negative issues with the dealership, neither of which should reflect poorly on Ryan, or the folks who serviced my vehicle. First, I called the day before and made an appointment for the service, but when I arrived, there was no record of the appointment. Ryan however got me in, and the work was completed sooner than expected.
The second issue was a greater concern. When we bought our vehicle, a 2015 CRV, on their certified used car program, our salesperson told us that all regularly scheduled maintaince was free for the first year. Unfortunately, I found out today that the only maintaince that was covered was the oil change. Apparently the salesperson was misinformed, or worse, misleading in his claims. This should not reflect on Ryan, or the rest of the service staff, whose service was excellent, but does, unfortunately, reflect poorly on the dealership as a whole.

I purchased a pre-owned car from them 2 months ago, and they STILL have NOT sent paperwork to the DMV for registration and plates. I am on my second and final temporary permit, which expires next week, so I am screwed. I've called the GM repeatedly, and he never answers nor returns phone calls. The Finance Manager will not return calls either, and has told me previously that everything was sent...which is clearly not true.

9-18-17 Car (99 Civic) would not start and was towed to Aberdeen Honda.
Scott the Service Manager called, said bad wiring to starter from battery and bad battery. Estimate
was $500. I said you are not fixing it. I had it towed via AAA auto to Capital Honda, Olympia.
The part was ordered and available the next day at 7:30 AM. The mechanic started the work and was
done after 8 pm. Total cost was $177 parts and labor plus battery tested good and is noted on
on the repair order. I'm never going back to Aberdeen Honda. It is a very DISHONEST dealership.

Please note super disappointed in that they sold a car with a known $500 repair need. And they sold me a warranty that covered that need but then claimed I had a car price reduction that made the $500 out of pocket for me a non-issue.

Went here first to look at the Honda Fit. I made it clear that I did not want to play the normal sales games. They assured me that they would not, and they didn't, if you want to go by the letter of the law. There was no lying, or hard core 'keep em in the sales area at all costs' tactics. But they did play that sickening sweet "see how I'm treating you well" why laying on all the underhanded guilt tripping, team tagging and doubt casting tricks in the book. AND they would not give me the bottom line unless I 'committed' to buy my car from them nor would they break out costs for me. Lots of shucking and jiving about how the manufacturers 'just don't work that way anymore'. I HATE being treated like an idiot. HATE it! Its extremely transparent, guys. Knock it off!
......hopefully they learn to be honest and straight forward, because this experience sucked!
