kudos to Courtney, Tod and Adam. I was shopping for Honda Pilot with certain conditions and each of them went above and beyond to help me get the car. I live 3 hours away in Bothell, but Courtney kept me up to date calling constantly, making sure the car was ready when I got there. We got there after closing time but Tod (GM) was very gracious to stay over closing time to greet us, great guy. Adam Prater was also there and he made sure the process is completed quickly so that we can get back on the road for 3 hour drive back to home. Finance guy (Chuck Adams) was super fast, he even gave employee discount on GAP insurance. The only thing I wish is if they were close to my place or maybe they can open up another branch up here in Bothell area. I showed the car and the price I got to my friends and they were very impressed and most of them took AppleValley information from me.

Go to Klein, ask for Qasim - Q for short - easily the best sales experience I've had with any major purchase. Qasim worked between the buyer and the rest of his team smoothly and efficiently, explaining every detail when asked and providing a concise summary for the things we were already comfortable signing. We caused a short delay by not bringing a cashier's check, and Q used his extensive knowledge of Klein's business rules to get us a complete solution and out the door with the car in a minimum amount of time. He made sure my family was comfortable and relaxed while making this major financial decision (well, completing it - the car was one of 5 and he helped us reserve it right off the rail car). Klein's staff were welcoming and knowledgeable, and Qasim represents the most competent they have to offer - a true salesman in the best sense of the word. Couple this experience with a great Japanese machine built in England with American help, and Klein has a winner.

We wanted a 2018 Odyssey EX-L, and other than a few test drives at other dealerships, we did all of our "shopping" via email with various dealers in the area. Sims Honda matched the best quote we received, and was the overall best deal thanks to the lower sales tax rate in Skagit County. Chad and Bobby were very responsive to our questions and informative as to things we should consider as we made our final decision on where to buy the vehicle. Chad the Service manager and his team went to bat for me on my car that was service elsewhere and they put my plate guide on backwards on the timing belt which resulted in a shredded timing belt. They worked with the dealer that put the belt in and the dealer came out and saw the work, which resulted in them helping to pay the bill. I learned a valuable lesson in trying to get the work done the cheapest way I can, from here on out South Tacoma Honda has earned a service customer for life...there is something to be said about knowing the work was done correctly the first time.

Accessorizing my 2015 Accord - Accord
Just got a newer Accord and wanted to add some factory options.
I have been to the service dept. at Fife Honda a few times in the last 3 months to get factory accessories put on my car. Every time I go to the service dept. they are very friendly and very knowledgeable.
I call to get a quote to add the accessory and they are cheaper then other Honda dealers in the area.
Definitely will keep going back, with the knowledge the techs have, the quality of work and the pricing. Fife Honda is a great choice 😊
OIL CHANGE DISASTER - davidjc06
My new vehicle was brought in for a free oil change after buying from them. Had to speak to several people and the service manager in order for them to honor the agreement made at purchase for the service. Not that big of a deal though, just annoying. However the issue, the tech didn't tighten the oil pan bolt, which alone is shocking. Anyways bolt came off while driving down the road. Car was towed back to them and they admitted to the mistake, and replaced oil and bolt. When asked if they cleaned off all the oil under the car, they said no and then told me they would have it detailed. Strange I had to ask, in my opinion. They provided a loaner, which was extremely dirty and gross. Received my car from them, and the next day and when I wake up I find oil all over my garage. Looked under the car and there was still dripping oil from the mess. The under body was covered in oil still. Brought the car back and spoke to GM Tony. They again admitted that the detail was not ever done… GM Tony confirmed it would be cleaned and detailed properly. The next day I again go to pick up the car and it has scratches on the side and about a foot long crack in the windshield. GM Tony again stated they would get the windshield replaced, but I declined. I will never step foot in that establishment again, and do not trust any one of the techs to work on the car. Not to mention there is a loud rattle from the driver side door now as well, which is odd because it did not exist prior to any of this situation with them. By far worst service I have been provided and would never refer anyone to them. Completely unacceptable. Regret ever bringing the car in to them for an oil change, what a disaster.

We have been going to Lynnwood Honda for service since 2001 when we bought a new car there. The service department is wonderful. It was now time to buy a new car and knowing what we wanted we went in to buy. The woman dealer told us she couldn't help us. Really??!?!! She didn't even bother to ask questions or direct us to someone else. We went to Klein and bought a new car that day!

Unprofessional staff. We were working with Sales Manager Danon Dugan and sales representative unfortunately I don’t remember the name. Also buyer talked to Andrea Fredell who refused to help either. I lease a Acura which was towards to end, there was a buyer who was interested in buying the car I currently lease. As I don't actually own the vehicle the buy and sell should be done through Acura or Honda dealership. The buyer calls dealership makes an appointment, as almost always dealerships do a person over the phone says that no problem come down here we will get this done. So we went there, they were able to pull out my Acura financing account, to find out the actual payoff and all the other details. On that day they told us that can not complete the paperwork as car buyers inspection is needed which costs around $170 and takes around 4 hours to complete. So the buyer makes an appointment I go there leave the car for inspection, and come back after its done around 6PM Friday night. We did wait there for 30mins to an hour to get our turn for manager or finance manager I am not sure to get us. So he takes the car inspection and asks, "Any reason you guys came to Honda and not Acura?" Also continues that technically there is no difference. And then goes talks to his boss over the phone comes back and says that his boss said that they can not do that. And at that point I was on my other car as I was under impression that after the paperwork the buyer will drive Acura and I will drive back. When I said that what? I am not physically able to drive two cars at the same time. You knew that this was Acura from day one and said that you will do that. The answer was simply yeah I know, I can not override my boss. And offered to give me a gas. I said I don't need your gas, you burnt my day and a half, you knew all the details upfront, did not do your homework to know whether you are committed to complete that then don't make people come do dealership. Oh almost forgot, I leave 30 miles away from this dealership so they made me to drive there on the first day, then on the "deal day" I drove there, then buyer dropped me off to my place, then I drove back to dealership to do the paperwork, then as the boss did not let him to finalize the paperwork, I had to drive back to pick up my wife, come back take the car and drive back. So these guys literally made us to drive 200+miles. Think many times if you want to deal with these guys.

We Purchased our first Honda in 2005 and 4th Honda two weeks ago, Renton Honda has lost it’s customer service excellence with their new owners AutoNation. We will without question purchase our next Honda any where but at AutoNation.
The service department is still outstanding, but we are looking for our new Honda home for continuing care and maintenance of our 2018 CR-V.
Overcharging 9-30-17 - Frank M.....
9-18-17 Car (99 Civic) would not start and was towed to Aberdeen Honda.
Scott the Service Manager called, said bad wiring to starter from battery and bad battery. Estimate
was $500. I said you are not fixing it. I had it towed via AAA auto to Capital Honda, Olympia.
The part was ordered and available the next day at 7:30 AM. The mechanic started the work and was
done after 8 pm. Total cost was $177 parts and labor plus battery tested good and is noted on
on the repair order. I'm never going back to Aberdeen Honda. It is a very DISHONEST dealership.

Went here first to look at the Honda Fit. I made it clear that I did not want to play the normal sales games. They assured me that they would not, and they didn't, if you want to go by the letter of the law. There was no lying, or hard core 'keep em in the sales area at all costs' tactics. But they did play that sickening sweet "see how I'm treating you well" why laying on all the underhanded guilt tripping, team tagging and doubt casting tricks in the book. AND they would not give me the bottom line unless I 'committed' to buy my car from them nor would they break out costs for me. Lots of shucking and jiving about how the manufacturers 'just don't work that way anymore'. I HATE being treated like an idiot. HATE it! Its extremely transparent, guys. Knock it off!
......hopefully they learn to be honest and straight forward, because this experience sucked!
