Terri was very warm, and helpful from the beginning. She provided fantastic customer service, exhibited great product knowledge, and was worked with us every step of the way. While we were thinking about the car, she would give regular updates on the vehicle we wanted, and went out of her way to make sure our needs were met. We got the car we wanted thanks to her diligence. It was a wonderful experience.

I know this wasn’t an easy sale. Zach was my salesman. My husband and I were trading in my Kia Forte 5 for an SUV. We hadn’t decided between the Sportage and Sorento, Zach listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle and we were able to decide that a Sorento would best suit our needs. My husband and I had different criteria, so I know it was really complicated. Zach was extremely patient and very nice through the entire sale. The manager, Chris, was also very patient and helpful. We worked with John Brown in finance, who was also wonderful and answered all of our questions and concerns. Would absolutely recommend the dealership and Zach to anyone looking for a vehicle!

I went into Kia Kirkland not thinking I was going to trade in my Mercedes Benz and drive out with a Sorento but the excellent communication and service and the extra mile that Jesse Cortez took I ended up leaving there driving home a new 2017 Sorento and I love it! I have to thank Jesse for his patience because I was pretty hard person to deal with perfect perfect customer service in every other department that worked with me that day as well.My friend that was with me just kept saying what great service what great service. so very happy!!

Spent 5 miserable hours in the dealer on Superbowl Sunday to buy a 2017 KIA Sedona. I had found the car online, made an offer on it, pre approved and went in to test drive. They sent me an email to confirm they were having a sale and making "deals they would not normally agree to" and to come in and test drive. I assumed that came from the dealer.
I went in early afternoon after a phone call from the dealer. I didn't realize they were open Sundays and had not made plans to go, but thought it wouldn't take long. The van was fine.We haggled on pricing for another hour. I didn't get what I wanted, so thought I was accepting their 1500 off the internet price offer. I was going for 1900 off which matched my online offer. I thought it was a compromise.over 3 hours later (yes, they could only handle one customer at a time in signing and we were now in line) as we sat down to sign they explained the warranties, I noticed the price of the car had no discount. It was the internet price. I thought it was a mistake. The sales manager Melissa came back and told me she had approved no discount for me and the internet price was as low as they could go. The salesman even thought they had. I showed them the paper with the price minus 1500 written on it by the salesman. She accused me of writing it. we just walked out. Upon leaving, my daughter said "who was that lady yelling at you?" We were two hours late to our planned Superbowl party and no car. I messaged the salesman and asked him what happened. He had the same thought I did about the 1500, and then apologized that he had it wrong. WHy did they send me an email saying they were "making deals" not thought of knowing I clearly put in a lower price on the internet? The car was not priced that low for "final pricing". I saw other vehicles that were that price or lower at other dealers. Wasted, frustrating day. The next day the GM refused to call me back when requested three or four times. My target is to buy a car for at least 15% less than KBB. I have mostly made that happen in every car pruchase in my near 30 years of car purchases.
The next day I went to another dealer and bought near the exact same vehicle for over 26% less than KBB with no haggling and less than hour on the total process. We are buying a late model used car for our teens in May, and will be trading in our 2012 KIA in early 2019. We are a KIA loving family and Performance KIA lost us as a long term customer over a mere 1500 of promised discount and a miserable expereince. As I write this today, 5 days later, that same van is still for sale and has been marked down an addition $400.....$400 they couldn't even consider 5 days ago with their "take or leave it" internet pricing. Short term vision.....

My Car stopped running abruptly just a few days before Xmas & i had to have it towed to Sunset KIA in Auburn, it was still under Warrenty for major issues & this was a major issue! They were wonderful & got me a loaner car to get me back on the road while my SUV got fixed, it was a BIG repair & totally covered. The entire staff @Auburn Sunset KIA was great & much appreciated. Kudos to them!

Terrible - Disappointed
Salesman made lots of promise's but has not followed through with any. Supposed to get the battery replaced but has not. Supposed to receive a free first oil change but they're never available. Only got one key for the vehicle I purchased and it doesn't work on all the locks and it's broken so it won't stay on a ring. They bent me over and on this purchase
