A Good Car Buying Experience - Adonisd1956
Met with john after a brief phone call about a Nissan Murano. Really good guy, not your typical car salesman, was honest and straight forward and found what I was looking for. Truly felt like he listened to what I wanted. I highly reccomend John as someone to by a new car from. Looking for a Nissan, go see John.

Great purchasing experience - Claire Nicholls
Todd and the team at Younker made purchasing a new Armada a great experience! We had a very specific SUV configuration in mind, and Todd went the extra mile to get us the one we wanted. He also delivered it to our door, which was a huge help for us. Thanks to Todd and the Younker team and the Costco Auto Program for a great experience!
Not an ordinary car salesman - JOB GROSPE PANGILINAN
Got the legendary Mike Sodergren helping me with my car options. I was provided an undivided attention throughout the time I was there. Not an ordinary sales experience - in fact he was never a salesman to me. He listened more than talk and there I felt that my best interest is all he was focused on. Did I get what I went there for? No - he thought of giving me other possible options - and went home with a better car anchored on well informed decision.
Great Service!! - Marie
Le was the dealer that sold me the car. He was very helpful and explained everything to me very carefully. Since I had not had a new car in over twenty years there were a lot of things that needed explaining.
A few days later I was having a problem with the firmness of the seat. (my problen not the cars)
Le was not at work that day and I talked to Shon"Pineappe" He went above and beyond finding me a cushion that I can use and be comfortable.
I would highley reccomned either of these men for any help you might need.

Express oil and filter change - Jallow
I took my Nissan SUV in for an express lube, oil and filter change. It took about an hour as I was told it would. The technicians also did the multi-point inspection which is extremely helpful. The woman that assisted me clearly and concisely explained to me the results of the inspection and what the technicians recommended going forward. I left the dealership satisfied.
Sold the car I was talking to them about out from under me - Richard
Pretty poor customer service and communication. Was talking to them about buying a used car on their lot, literally finished putting all of the financing and other arrangements, and they send me an email to tell me they'd sold the car out from under me, at wholesale no less. Not even the courtesy of a call back about it. Very poor handling all around, not somewhere I would voluntarily buy from.
DO NOT BUY HERE!!! - mjanderson
DO NOT!!!!! I repeat , DO NOT buy a vehicle here!!! If I could give no stars, I would. I got soooooo swindled. The sales guy went through the car fax too but I believe he knew, in hindsight, cause he was scrolling through so fast. So I think he scrolled right past and I missed the part that said... Wait for it!...
So I bought the car in the summer. 1st thing that breaks is the carport charger. I replaced the part cause it was cheaper than dealing with a deductible from the warranty. Still doesn't work. Then when it started getting cold my windows started fogging up. For like no reason. I was just like ok I have to clean my windows and that will fix the problem. NOPE! Then the smell. The smell came and I'm like WTFFFFF. It didn't stink in the summer when I bought it. Of course, right, cause its hot outside and windows are down. I drive for Uber so I vacuum and stuff regularly and the car is clean so WTH. The smell continued to get worse as it got colder. Windows continued to fog up even with the defrost on. I parked that car in my garage and worked my real job for a while and didn't drive for Uber. Today I go out and I want to clean the car and get it ready to drive for Uber again.... I know it smells. I know I have to like lay some Borax down or something. I have to fix this!
So I go and as I'm laying this Borax down on this stinky upholstery, guess what I see.... Fawking MOLD! Growing on the floor!!! This dag car was a flood car! Like with everything that's wrong with it... It's a dag flood car. Like that's why all this stuff is wrong with it!!! They sold me a bloody flood car. And they tell me like when I 1st started having issues that its $100 deductible and $120 for their diagnostics, and that's not even including the price of parts or labor or fixing the actual problems!!! That's just to find out if whatever is covered by warranty.
I got screwed so hard!!!! And now I'm just stuck with this dag flood car and breathing mold smh. I hate this place now. I hate this car. I had bought my 1st vehicle from there so I was trying to stay loyal and I never had any issues there besides a couple rude people when I went to get oil changes. I will never go here again and I encourage you, if you are reading this fully... STAY AWAY!!!
Excellent service! - Customer
Jesse and his manager Gary went above and beyond in their service level to us when we made our used car purchase. We recommend them highly in being both very competitive and great to work with! It's a competitive arena out there and it's so nice to give your business to a company and people who deserve it.
Super service in the parts department. - vh591
I went in to purchase a bolt/nut for my son's 96 maxima. Rusty was at the counter greeted me and provided top of the line service to help me to locate the parts and ordered them. I came and picked them up few days later. Everything were right on, the parts were what I wanted. Thank you for a greate service. Your help/ attitude will definitely bring me back for future needs on parts, services and maybe a new car in the near future.
Outstanding! - fighonusc18
I am a huge fan of the Bellingham Wilson Motors team. Julian, Sean, Marcy, John, Ryan...AWESOME! I always feel very heard, well supported, comfortable knowing they care about my safety, my pocket, and about the service I am receiving. I moved from Bellingham but still choose to drive over an hour to get my car serviced at this location because I know they care and have my best interest.
This is the worst experience you’ll ever have. - Honestdontgohere
Please don’t make the mistake I made of going here to purchase a vehicle. Take my word for it and save yourself the headache and wasted time of dealing with dishonorable people.
Terrible service - Barbs67
We spoke with a salesman who set us up to test drive a few trucks. We found childcare, drove two hours, and the guy did not have the truck waiting for us. In fact when he came back from "looking for the trucks" he let us know they were sold. Total jerk.
