Not an ordinary sales experience - in fact he was never a salesman to me. He listened more than talk and there I felt that my best interest is all he was focused on. Did I get what I went there for? No - he thought of giving me other possible options - and went home with a better car anchored on well informed decision.

DO NOT!!!!! I repeat , DO NOT buy a vehicle here!!! If I could give no stars, I would. I got soooooo swindled. The sales guy went through the car fax too but I believe he knew, in hindsight, cause he was scrolling through so fast. So I think he scrolled right past and I missed the part that said... Wait for it!...
So I bought the car in the summer. 1st thing that breaks is the carport charger. I replaced the part cause it was cheaper than dealing with a deductible from the warranty. Still doesn't work. Then when it started getting cold my windows started fogging up. For like no reason. I was just like ok I have to clean my windows and that will fix the problem. NOPE! Then the smell. The smell came and I'm like WTFFFFF. It didn't stink in the summer when I bought it. Of course, right, cause its hot outside and windows are down. I drive for Uber so I vacuum and stuff regularly and the car is clean so WTH. The smell continued to get worse as it got colder. Windows continued to fog up even with the defrost on. I parked that car in my garage and worked my real job for a while and didn't drive for Uber. Today I go out and I want to clean the car and get it ready to drive for Uber again.... I know it smells. I know I have to like lay some Borax down or something. I have to fix this!
So I go and as I'm laying this Borax down on this stinky upholstery, guess what I see.... Fawking MOLD! Growing on the floor!!! This dag car was a flood car! Like with everything that's wrong with it... It's a dag flood car. Like that's why all this stuff is wrong with it!!! They sold me a bloody flood car. And they tell me like when I 1st started having issues that its $100 deductible and $120 for their diagnostics, and that's not even including the price of parts or labor or fixing the actual problems!!! That's just to find out if whatever is covered by warranty.
I got screwed so hard!!!! And now I'm just stuck with this dag flood car and breathing mold smh. I hate this place now. I hate this car. I had bought my 1st vehicle from there so I was trying to stay loyal and I never had any issues there besides a couple rude people when I went to get oil changes. I will never go here again and I encourage you, if you are reading this fully... STAY AWAY!!!
Deceptive Advertising/Dishonest Business Practices AVOID - Books66
Beware of deceptive advertising. They will advertise prices on Kelley Bluebook that they cannot even come closer to honoring. I went into Bellevue Nissan after confirming with their Web Sales Person that the vehicle I wanted was still available at the price they advertised.
When I got to the dealership but after the test drive and wasting a good 30-45 minutes of my time waiting for the sales person they said they could no longer honor the price.
To top this offer they actually never could have honored the price because Bellevue Nissan adds their protection plan to every single car they sell which costs 1195 but does not include that on their advertised price. So every car is going to be $1,195 more than advertised.

This wouldn't have happened if we didn't get Stephen as our salesman. My girlfriend was very anxious and apprehensive about even looking at cars, Stephen was the only person who was capable of allowing her to explore options and feel in control of the situation without feeling overly pressured to make a decision she wasn't ready to. We had not expected to purchase a car when we went in on labor day, but over the course of a couple test drives and some quality selling, she was eventually convinced. We had been looking at Toyota Rav4s but found that, in spite of the higher price tag, the Rogue Sport was a better fit for my girlfriend's needs. It was a great car at an even more fantastic price, we felt valued and cared for through the entire process. Every employee we spoke too was warm and friendly and were able to pick up when they might be pushing to hard and backed off. It was an absolutely perfect car buying experience and I plan to return to them when I finally trade in my old clunker and buy a new car. This experience may have made me a Nissan customer for life, and once again, thanks to Stephen for being such an incredible and friendly salesman.

I am a huge fan of the Bellingham Wilson Motors team. Julian, Sean, Marcy, John, Ryan...AWESOME! I always feel very heard, well supported, comfortable knowing they care about my safety, my pocket, and about the service I am receiving. I moved from Bellingham but still choose to drive over an hour to get my car serviced at this location because I know they care and have my best interest.

We took our car to Burien Nissan on a recall for the cvt transmission. We never had an issue with this car before they got their hands on it. After we got the car back someone forgot to put the radiator cap back on and all the water boiled out. They fix that for free. Life is good. A week later the engine light comes on after they looked at it they told me that it would need a new transmission. After contacting a lawyer I agreed to pay %10 of the total $4743.38. So they take the car for a week and then call me to tell me that it’s the tail light. The part is $100 online. It appears that Burien Nissan would like to try to rip people off first and if that doesn’t work try to find the real problem. I would not recommend to buy or have your car service by them. We spoke with a salesman who set us up to test drive a few trucks. We found childcare, drove two hours, and the guy did not have the truck waiting for us. In fact when he came back from "looking for the trucks" he let us know they were sold. Total jerk.
