I worked with Tim Schuhardt to purchase my car and Tim Wagner to finance. Both were VERY professional. It was a whole different experience buying a car at Jack Schmitt. I'd could best describe it as fairly effortless and completely unlike other dealerships I purchased from in the past. The vehicle I wanted was price competitively and I was given a reasonable price for my trade in. I'll definitely be back to purchase another car from Jack Schmitt Chevrolet.

From the time I walked in the door till the time I left I was shown courtesy and respect. Our salesman Steve "Whistle" Winkler went above and beyond what was needed to make the sale. After I had purchased my car he took over an hour to sit in the car and show me so many of the special functions that my new car has. He told me if I had any questions afterwards just give him a call. I know a lot of salesman say that but he meant it. I called him two weeks later with a small problem I found and he had it fixed immediately. I would highly recommend the the team at Jansen Chevrolet for your next car purchase.

I bought a new Cruze and there was a wierd beeping after starting it up.I called in on Wednesday and explained the issue,they told me to stop in when I could and they would look at it.I told them I didn't know when I could make it,so didn't have an appointment.They said don't worry,they will get me in.I was able to get off Friday,and got there about 8:30.They called me about 9:15 and told me another dealership had put a GPS tracker in the car.They called me at about 10:00 and it was done.They even were able to do a few small other issues also.I thought that was very quick and really was happy about the way they treated me.They were very friendly and explained things clearly and the work was done fast.Very satisfied.Not to mention,free coffee and doughnuts.

We were driving across the country from West Virginia to Kansas after a celebration of life ceremony for our mother who recently passed away. We pulled into a gas station and the vehicle was making a terrible screeching noise. I used my phone to locate the nearest authorized buick service center. I called Poage Chevrolet and they were booked for 3 days. After explaining our situation, I was put on hold, and then informed that they would be able to fit us in. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and took great care of us and our care while we waited for it to be repaired. Trying to buy a reasonable priced USED SUV - Cowboysbud
So anyone that knows me knows that I always buy my vehicles from Gastorf - have for years and I have them serviced there too ..... and I always say good things about them..... Sad to say NOT anymore. My sister needed to buy a used SUV. Now she is the only income in her household and needed the payment to stay reasonable for her to make it. I went with her - do you know all I heard was - I can't come down 3000.00 ...... I heard about how much he needed to make on this vehicle to pay for things at his business. I understand "place of business" - but WOW..... no you give - I give..... so we left. Sad to say - I more then likely will not buy another vehicle from Gastorf .... I'm sure they do not care because I am only ONE person buying from them. BUT - I think I found my NEW place to buy my next vehicle..... Poage in Wentzville.?? The crew there were very helpful. She now drives a 2013 Terrain - with LESS miles on it and Cost LESS then what Gastorf wanted to charge. No the original price was a tad bit more then what Gastorf was selling their Terrain for - and had less miles. BUT they worked with her and got her in what she wanted for what she can afford. Guess I know where to go on my next vehicle. AND I also will be rating Gastorf on this on the Chevrolet site.

Went in for a regular oil change and tire rotation in January. 1500 miles later I start getting a check engine light for my VVT solenoids. Go in to check my solenoids and find an absolutely filthy and broken down filter and filthy oil. There’s absolutely no way my oil or filter was changed, and dirty oil can be a main cause of these solenoids breaking down. So not only did I have to change my own oil, I had to replace two solenoids as well. I let Jim Butler know and they said they would talk to the service manager and would call me back as early as possible and I haven’t heard from them in months. Absolutely terrible service, I would check your any of the service done when you get home.

NEGATIVE 20 STARS!!!!!! WOW….. yesterday will stay in my mind forever! Not to mention I will tell the story over and over to as many people as I know. Mr Thorton, you sir as a Used Car Sales Manager, you were AWESOME getting me all the way up the chain to Mr Londoff’s office himself to help deal with my complaint. I drove home and really let your offer sink in Mr Londoff. Now I will not publicly announce what your offer was….AFTER MY MOTHER was sold an 18 yr old car that was OVER twice the KBB and NADA value and was told to put so much money on credit cards….. Not ONCE but TWICE because you guys couldn’t get a bank to approve the loan for a Car that was 18 yrs old. You took advantage of a 69 yr old women and having her spend over $5000.00 for a 18 yr old Malibu! What is even more appalling was your first offer to fix it when I was at your office less than 24 hours of her getting the car. Its gonna take ONE POST on Facebook that over 400 plus friends will see. I’ve told roughly 10 people this morning and THOSE people will go home and tell their family and friends….Shame on you Mr Londoff, and the story you were telling me about how your miss your dad and think of him everyday…..its been 7 yrs etc….Well his heart would be hurting. JUST SHAMEFUL…..absolutely SHAMEFUL. You were concerned about my brother calling 4 times yesterday when I was the one actually that showed up! I told you I stand for what is right and SIR nothing you did yesterday was right but was a complete insult!

We have purchased 5 cars from the Union location. Went in yesterday to test drive a car. Greg Benton did the best he could. He is relatively new taking over for his Mom Sue. This dealership needs to be under new management. The other salesmen were so rude so Greg. They were rolling their eyes, talking to him as if he was a child and rude to us. People in Union are complaining about the dealership.. Something is wrong and this needs to be addressed. We will be going elsewhere.

Took my brand new 2017 Camaro in for defective tires today, (defective tires confirmed by another dealer) and was told to “prove it” by the SERVICE MANAGER by taking the mechanic on a drive. The guy taking my name was super nice but, F$&@ YOU! New car=new tires=round tires! Shoulda just warranted them. Now I’m on a rampage to see that no one ever uses your service department again. No one illudes to me being a liar. If I could leave NEGATIVE 5 stars, I would. You guys put the suck in service. Shame on you!
