Chris was the best! - Mariah
We had been out looking for cars for a few weeks and even spent a whole Saturday out test driving vehicles and going to multiple dealerships trying to find our perfect vehicle for our family of 5 with everything we were looking for within our price range. We were so blessed to meet Chris Phillips at Weber Chevrolet Ford who did everything he could to find us what we were looking for. Within maybe 30 minutes or less of being there we were already getting ready to test drive what became our perfect vehicle. We love it! And we thank Chris and everyone else at Weber Ford for being the best dealership we've worked with 😊

Buying and Trading Vehicle - reynoldskayla96
My fiancé and I have been looking for a new vehicle for the past year for me and we finally came to the conclusion that we wanted a used Ford Edge. My fiancé found Drew Tucker with Hutcheson Ford and right away he got back to us with a couple of cars that hit every bullet point that we wanted in a car and within a reasonable price. After many talks and a couple days of throwing numbers around Drew got us into our “new” 2015 Ford Edge! Drew made it easy for us to find a perfect vehicle and even gave us a fair price for both my car and the new car. Along with Drew, Amy made sure that we were well taken care of when it came from financing and went through all of the paperwork and made sure we understood it. We will continue to buy from Hutcheson Ford for years to come! I would highly recommend them to any of our friends and family who are looking for a new vehicle!

Oil change ripoff - Ripped Off
The mechanics who usually work on our cars were on vacation, and I needed an oil change. I had received a sale flier for an oil change from Jack Schmitt Ford, so I thought I would give them a try. I made and appointment and dropped off my car. They later called me and told me they could not change my oil because the oil plug had been replaced too tightly and if they messed it up removing it I would need to replace my oil pan at a cost of around $900. I picked up my vehicle and waited for my trusted mechanics to return from vacation. After they changed my oil, my husband told them what Jack Schmitt said about the plug being in too tight. They said it was not in too tight, that Jack Schmitt was just trying to make more money.
Great dealership to work with for an internet sale. - RacerX
I bought a 2017 Nissan 370Z from Weir Ford in November of 2017 as seen on Cars.com. I called and talked to the salesman who did a complete walk around and sent additional pictures. We discussed price and made arrangements for the sale. I travelled from Oklahoma to the dealership. Michael was nice enough to pick me up from the hotel and bring me to the dealership. The car was as advertised. Very clean and maintained. No surprises. The funds transfer and paperwork went quickly. Once again no surprises. No additional costs were added. All costs were exactly as discussed on the phone or email. The staff at Weir were very friendly and fast. Always a little nervous working from the internet and travelling a long distance to buy a vehicle but Michael and crew made it a good experience.
"TOP DRAWER" service. Wonderful - hermine1
After bad experience buying my car, Dave Sinclair is a breath of
fresh air. Wonderful service. Service coordinator was excellent, friendly, and smiling all the time. It was genuine, not a phony smile. Can't get any better.

Pre-owner vehicle purchase - Fordgirly
Great customer service from start to finish. I love my Ford Escape! They took as much time with me as I needed to be sure I was satisfied with my vehicle.
False Advertising/Buyer Beware - AP2018
After researching the purchase of a Pacifica online, I found the best deals at Holzhauer. I went there, test drove the vehicle and subject to the appraisal of my Durango was ready to purchase that day. I asked if the online price for the vehicle was the price I would be getting and Brendan assured me it was. Fast forward to the official offer and I was given a deal based on the MSRP of the Pacifica, which was $7000 more than what was listed online. I feel like they tried to take advantage of a female who went on her own to buy a car. Little did they know they weren't dealing with an amateur! They even went so far as to tell me they thought they already had someone to purchase my Durango! Needless to say, I left and will not be returning.
Good experience - Sunnyvale123
I found the car I was interested in on-line after hours and texted Paul Sturma via the web page early the next morning. He responded immediately and by noon I had the car purchased. He was great to work with.
Don't get your car fixed here. - Cgsdhjyffvhutdd
The mechanics here let their emotions get to them when you find that they did a poor job, or that you found that they botched a job on purpose.
Once they make the sale the nice act is over! - Quiet Storm
They never have enough technicians in the service department to service your car. No one listens, there is buck passing. Its your fault (the Customer) because you expect something you cant get??? And the management is arrogant in how they talk to you like your STUPID!!! But they DON"T listen to anything you say!!! To be told you are saying the same thing over and over again, but you haven't listened to one word the customer said and rushed off the phone is rude!!!!! Then you say that you don't work in the service department, & don't believe they would tell a customer they cant work on their car because (they have to if there is a warranty) & make an excuse because you didn't listen to what I told you CLEARLY!!!or have time to listen because you have 3 people in your office standing over you wondering why you are on the phone with a customer is ridiculous!!!!!!
Great experience buying a new car! - Margie_59
We called the dealership and asked about availability they were very friendly over the phone and held the car for us. We test drove the car they gave us a great price. We filled out the financing and paperwork it was the best car buying experience we have had. Definitely buying from Wiegman’s again.
unhappy customer - unhappy customer
My parents purchased a 2017 Pacifica ~30 days ago, and our car-buying experience with Mertz has been rather horrific. I will attempt to explain the most egregious issues. Issue #1) A very misleading extended warranty: I stood at the desk of Kreg (salesman) as he explained the extended warranty options to my parents. According to him, buying an extended warranty through Mertz is "significantly cheaper" because they already cover the major components of the used vehicles they sell, a courtesy this dealership extends to their used car buyers. Sounds great, Kreg! This statement was made after I witnessed my parents tell Kreg they were quoted less than $2000 for a bumper-to-bumper warranty through their credit union. I left the dealership as soon as the paperwork started because I had been there for hours and my newborn was with me. I trusted that my parents were in good hands. I found out about an hour later (because my mother called me, confused) that the dealership had added a $6000 warranty to their loan. I struggle to think of any scenario where that was done in the best interest of my senior parents, Kreg? Issue #2) Brake recall not rectified: We found out 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle that a brake recall had not been addressed before the vehicle was sold to my parents. Why? Issue #3) An ATV battery had been installed in the vehicle: Approximately 3 weeks after buying the van, the auto start/stop began to malfunction at stoplights, prompting yet another trip to the local Chrysler dealership for inspection (I will spare you the details on previous trips to correct alignment, etc.). During the inspection, the Chrysler service tech pulled an ATV battery out of the back-up battery slot that powers the start/stop function. According to the service tech, operating the vehicle with that battery (which is attached to the alternator) could have caused the entire system to burn up. Want your parents taking 3+ hours trips in this van? Neither do I. This ATV battery thing takes me back to a conversation with Kreg regarding paint on the lift gate that seemed to be a different shade of white than the rest of the vehicle. Had it been repaired and painted? No accidents reported. Upon showing the color discrepancy to Kreg, he emphatically assured us that he knew the previous owner of the vehicle personally, and there was absolutely no way that individual would fail to disclose body damage. So, Kreg, did the super honest previous (single) owner install the ATV battery, or was it your dealership? A phone call to Greg (Sales Manager) did nothing to alleviate our dissatisfaction. As my mother detailed the list of issues they have dealt with thus far, Greg offered her a lot of "Ok's" and not a single apology. He was completely unmoved at best, acting as if he has these conversations regularly...just kept repeating he would "let the service department know." Thanks, Greg. So, if Mertz Ford won't treat my father (a 72 y/o Veteran with an 800+ credit score) with integrity, respect or honesty, or even offer him a simple apology when things go very wrong, do you think you will get it?
Walk away - Brenda
After being assured that they will stand behind their vehicles, 25 days later I am already out $300 +, and their sales manager would not even respond to me.
It would be worth your time to drive a little farther and get customer service that will honor their word
