Tim Coffman.....Would recommend him to anyone!!!! - April
My younger sister needed a reliable car. She knew Tim from coming into her place of employment. He was able to help her and find her a car she could afford. He even came and picked her up (since she had no running auto). He took such very good care of her. I decided I would call him and see if he too could help me. I was recently in a car accident and ever since that day I never truly felt safe in my car. The auto body place did a wonderful job on making it look brand new but I have been scared ever since when I drive it. My sister informed Tim off this, as did I.
When I arrived at the dealership Tim was at the door waiting for me (it's like we had been friends for years). He had already picked out a car he thought would make me feel safe, AND BOY DID HE EVER!!!!
The auto has so many safety features, I never want to get out.
He made the entire process easy, he was upfront with me and honest. He is a very honest man!
I wanted to get the package they offer for the fabric inside and the paint outside ( I have an English Mastiff) so this was a must.
The day I got the car they didn't have time to do this. So,Tim set up the appointment came to my house picked up my car and left me a loaner for the time they will need the car.
NOW THAT IS PERSONAL SERVICE!!!!
FROM HERE ON OUT I WILL BE BUYING MY CRS FROM TIM AND WILL TELL ANYONE LOOKING FOR A NEW AUTO CALL TIM!!!!

We came in to Bommarito Ford to look at a 2017 Escape with only 17000 miles because their used cars were less expensive than any of the other Ford dealers. Unfortunately it was sold the evening before. So we test drove a couple other used Escapes but were not crazy about either of them. Tim then informed us that his manager offered us a $5000 rebate on a new Escape S which made it only about a thousand more than the one we originally came in for. We had looked at prices on line and never imagined we could get a new one that cheap. Our finance guy Robert Vinyard answered all our questions and made sure we had all the paperwork we needed. He even highlighted the info I would need when I called the insurance company! All in all best day ever!

I found a truck online that I liked with a good price when searching the internet. So I called to see if it was available and what the hidden fees would be. The truck was available and there wasn't a bunch of hidden fees so I scheduled a appointment to pick up the truck. When I arrived they had a huge inventory of trucks. I was impressed with there selections. I ended up picking a different truck and Robert my salesman showed me the pricing on there online store it was also priced very well. So I bought the truck. There pricing is set very competitive and you don't have to negotiate to get a fair deal.

Oil change ripoff - Ripped Off
The mechanics who usually work on our cars were on vacation, and I needed an oil change. I had received a sale flier for an oil change from Jack Schmitt Ford, so I thought I would give them a try. I made and appointment and dropped off my car. They later called me and told me they could not change my oil because the oil plug had been replaced too tightly and if they messed it up removing it I would need to replace my oil pan at a cost of around $900. I picked up my vehicle and waited for my trusted mechanics to return from vacation. After they changed my oil, my husband told them what Jack Schmitt said about the plug being in too tight. They said it was not in too tight, that Jack Schmitt was just trying to make more money.

Tried to drop my vehicle off twice now to get serviced and both times the experience was terrible. Poor customer service! Both times I was not greeted and only pointed to the service counter where I stood there while 3 customer service people were sitting behind the counter and only one had a customer but they continued to ignor me until one of them finally walked up and asked what I needed. I told him I was there to drop a vehicle off for an appointment tomorrow. He stated that I had to go back out and drive the vehicle into the bay, so I did. Then when I get in there I end up waiting again for someone to help or even acknowledge me. I ended up taking the vehicle to a different dealership for service and the experience was a lot different, they made me feel welcomed and were to help as soon as I walked in.

I bought a 2017 Nissan 370Z from Weir Ford in November of 2017 as seen on Cars.com. I called and talked to the salesman who did a complete walk around and sent additional pictures. We discussed price and made arrangements for the sale. I travelled from Oklahoma to the dealership. Michael was nice enough to pick me up from the hotel and bring me to the dealership. The car was as advertised. Very clean and maintained. No surprises. The funds transfer and paperwork went quickly. Once again no surprises. No additional costs were added. All costs were exactly as discussed on the phone or email. The staff at Weir were very friendly and fast. Always a little nervous working from the internet and travelling a long distance to buy a vehicle but Michael and crew made it a good experience.

False Advertising/Buyer Beware - AP2018
After researching the purchase of a Pacifica online, I found the best deals at Holzhauer. I went there, test drove the vehicle and subject to the appraisal of my Durango was ready to purchase that day. I asked if the online price for the vehicle was the price I would be getting and Brendan assured me it was. Fast forward to the official offer and I was given a deal based on the MSRP of the Pacifica, which was $7000 more than what was listed online. I feel like they tried to take advantage of a female who went on her own to buy a car. Little did they know they weren't dealing with an amateur! They even went so far as to tell me they thought they already had someone to purchase my Durango! Needless to say, I left and will not be returning.

Dealt with a salesman named Skyler via email. I offered a price for a used vehicle on their lot, and instead of simply saying no we can't go that low, was offered an 8 year old high mileage, overpriced car. When I showed him another of the same year vehicle on AutoTrader with way less miles and priced way lower, he had a sarcastic response about not being able to finance it or get a warranty because it was a private seller. Apparently he thinks you can only finance a car and get a warranty through a car dealership. If this is what I have to deal with via email, why would I ever set foot in their dealership? Oh by the way, it's Schicker Ford now. Changing the name doesn't hide the terrible service.
