A service code on my SRX suddenly popped up on the information panel while on travel from Virginia to New York. Lucky for me Jim Coleman Cadillac was convenient to get to. When I pulled into the service department, I was greeted right away and directed to a service advisor. Cesar Cuyun, one of the advisors couldn't have been more helpful. He was spot-on with taking care of the 4 wheel drive rear axle pump and got me back on the road as quick as anyone could have. Many thanks to Cesar and to Jim Coleman Cadillac.

I recently purchased a used 2013 Escalade from Moore Cadillac. I’m from NY andShopping a 500miles radius for a Escalade. I contacted a couple other dealers but you can tell a bad dealership about how unprofessional they’re. Speaking with Essie made me feel comfortable/confident about flying down to VA . He did everything I asked for with taking a walk thru video and extra pictures with the engine bay etc. before booking my flight he made sure I was approved for a loan . When we got there Essie treated us like royalty and answered every question we had . Essie is very sharp when it comes to communication and is must go to person if you ever go to Moore Cadillac. He’s does not make you buy or pressure you on making decisions because he is confident about the vehicle he is selling. He is not over your shoulders when you are checking out the vehicle like most dealerships. He given us space and time and was very pleasant to deal with. The manager Fred at Moore Cadillac is very knowledgeable about his vehicle. He was honest about what he changed on the Escalade without me confronting anyone. I took the Escalade to my personal mechanic and it came back clean no check engine light or problems with it. I would definitely recommend Moore Cadillac ! - Ravendra Brian Sukhram

Dealership is desperate for money and will cheat you! - Tia W
I wish I can give them 0 stars for the poor service I received. I've never dealt with a dealership this desperate to cheat me out of a few dollars. I went to Capital Cadillac in greenbelt because my 2016 Buick Encore AC system stopped working this morning. I called in beforehand to confirm my car was under warranty. The shop promised I was covered under warranty just bring it in and they'll take care of everything. I called the tow early in the morning and I did not hear back from the dealership until right before they were about to close. The service rep, Ryan Holcomb, told me that although I am under warranty, work was done on my Buick that is not covered under warranty. Who authorized that? They charged me $160.37...AND I HAVE A BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY, how did that happen? Well, okay... service rep, what did you do? He said they plugged in a plug that was unplugged. I was baffled and my friend agreed to just take me there in person. When I arrived at the shop and asked to get a copy of the invoice I was told that I could not have access to it and furthermore was told that they were not going to release my car unless they received payment and would not offer me a loaner car in the mean time. I'm a nurse working nights and missed my shift over this. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told no one was available and was then met with hostility and disrespect from the entire staff. So it's the weekend and I'm stuck with my car held hostage at the dealership and no other means of transportation until Monday. This has been an exhausting and stressful ordeal that could've been easily resolved. I would not recommended this business to anyone. I had to call Buick's corporate office to investigate this dealership. Proceed with caution.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT! - Wise Green Owl
I recently scheduled my wife's Subaru Outback for routine maintenance at this dealer's service department. The car was supposed to have the oil and oil filter changed, spark plugs replaced, and air cleaner installed. My wife dropped her car off for a day and brought it home the next evening, PRESENTING ME WITH A BILL FOR $1352.37!!!!
The dealership did not do the work I had requested; rather, they did something called "Premium 60K Service".
I contacted the Service Manager and expressed my outrage. He promised to check into it and call me back. One of his service technicians called about an hour later and claimed that "my wife had requested the additional work."
Now, my wife knows nothing about auto maintenance and would not have understood any jargon which may have been used. But there is a much larger issue at stake here, and that is THE ABUSE OF CUSTOMER TRUST!!!
When I schedule a vehicle for maintenance at an auto dealership, I expect them to do the work I have requested, AND NOTHING ELSE. If they think additional work is necessary, they should CONTACT ME FIRST!!!
We will never visit this dealership again, and have made a point of telling everyone we know to avoid them. If anyone ever suggests you do business with them, I suggest you RUN, NOT WALK, AS FAST AS YOU CAN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION!!!
