Easy lease - Julie and Phil
Today my husband and I leased an Equinox. For a process I usually dislike, our experience today was easy and enjoyable. Anthony Vattuone, sales consultant, made us comfortable and gave us a great deal. We have been driving Honda's for two decades but decided to switch to Chevrolet this year. We made sure we stayed with the Criswell family of cars because we really liked the Honda dealership. There is no pressure with either dealership because they work with you and listen to your specific needs. When it is time to purchase or lease our next vehicle, we will come back. Thank you Anthony.

Kevin Smith - 2 Thumbs Up! - SPN
Kevin Smith was exceptional in all aspects of his sales role in helping us purchase our new 2019 Colorado ZR2. We met Kevin at Country in September 2018 and purchased our vehicle in January of 2019. Kevin was attentive and supportive in helping us over a 3 month period making sure we were purchasing the right vehicle for our needs. He never pressured us and answered all our questions throughout. He was the consummate professional. We would highly recommend Kevin and would purchase through him again. Thank you.
Real Professional Buying Experience - Mike C
Joel Piller, Anuj Bharadwaj, Francis Mendiola and Guy Eberhart all worked very well to see that my needs were met with an honest trade allowance and competive deal on a sweet 2018 Chevrolet Impala Premier. No tricks or hidden fees were employed during the process and they saw that I was in and out in a timely fashion. I will continue to send all friends and family to this top notch dealership going forward.
Great and Wonderful Service - Mamazz

Used car purchase - Darr09
This will be the 2nd purchase with Jack Evans Chevrolet and Lauren Miller. Both times we received exceptional service from her and she made the car buying process very easy. I recommend Lauren at Jack Evans Chevrolet to whoever wants a stress free car buying experience. A+ service all around!!!!
New Vehicle Purchase - Laurence
I purchased a new 2018 Equinox from Winegardner Chevy in Fort Washington, MD. A quick discussion via phone call, they had a new vehicle that matched what I wanted. I met with the sales staff, quickly negotiated a fair price and within an hour was approved for financing at a competitive rate and payment.
I recommend Winegardner Chevrolet.
Awesome service! - valdurr7
Awesome service from sales to servicing the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to everyone! They are there for the people not the monetary incentives!
Best vehicle buying experience in thirty years! - Jack Burton
Extremely happy with my purchase. Becca took the time to ensure that I was familiar with all aspects of my vehicle, including introducing me to additional staff who were knowledgeable about this particular vehicle's history. I am confident that I've received a quality pickup, and Bayside treated me very well. Would come back, and would definitely request assistance from Becca again.
Excellent service, a relationship - KatieNash
John Dutton is a great person to know if you need a car! He was knowledgeable and helpful when I needed a car quickly- I really feel like he made a rough situation, better. He moved heaven and earth for me.
Service is amazing- they are honest brokers and help you make good decisions.
Thankful Customer - Michele Mitchell
Barry is an awesome Sales Associate. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. He worked hard and I got the vehicle that I desired. I love my 2012 Buick LaCrosse. I’m very thankful that I had the opportunity to meet Barry. Job well done!
The ruse of luring people in to pay top dollar for trade-in - Pissed123
I knew better..but after 3 calls from dealership promising me top dollar for my trade in I took the bait. They were not offering top dollar but rather just trade-in....i should have got up and left but I didn’t and thats my fault...but I’m glad to see the shady underbelly of this part of the automobile industry is still alive and bending Americans over and wearing them out..good job guys....keep up the good work.
Disrespectful, Dishonest and unprofessional - 2015 Buick LaCrosse
Pete(salesman) and Dustin (finance) were both rude and unprofessional. Pete was very nice over the phone. Once I arrived he became condescending when negotiating the price of the car. He tried to negotiate a price higher than my Edmunds.com discount. Despite me calling him out and showing him proof of my discount, he still somehow managed to charge me $60 over the price of the discount, not including tags taxes and title fees.(and $299 processing fee). Pete was also frustrated that I arrived with my own financing from my credit union. After I signed my check, Pete still attempted to have me complete a credit application. I called him out on that and he said he needed to make sure I wasn’t on the do not sell list??? xxx are you talking about sir? If that were true, Why would you wait till I’ve already signed half of my documents and filled out a check to make sure you were “doing your job”.
Dustin was no better. I asked him to call my credit union while I was there to receive the 4 digit access code to my check so I would know exactly what my monthly payment would be. Dustin said “I’m not doing that now, I’ll do it tomorrow, I have other customers waiting”. I told him they would have to wait because he is helping a customer now. He tried to assert himself again but to no avail. I asked him if he was unwilling to call my credit union? He then snatched my documents from the table and stormed out in an aggressive manner. He came back in and said do you have the number to the credit union? What’s all the attitude about Dustin? He rushed through my documents and didn’t explain thoroughly the additional benefits I know that dealerships offer. No problem, wasn’t that interested but I know what to expect.
Overall, I would not return here. Pete made statements that were offensive and condescending. I’d hate to say his actions were racially motivated but I honestly feel they were. If I were not a young black man with natural dread locs I may have had a better experience.
I took away the opportunity to be taken advantage of financially and they were upset about it. I hope they learn from this and movIng forward hopefully they learn to never judge a book by its cover.
Liars and crooks - Johnny OD
Service department will maliciously damage your car. Your sales person looks you in the eye and lies to you. Management laughs at you and cusses at yoy. Once they get your money your garbage.
Two vehicles in one month - GnT
My husband and I initially sought out to purchase a used car from Radley. Shortly after arriving at the dealership, we met Aaron and immediately established a rapport with him. We explained that the car was to be for teenaged drivers and that safety was our primary concern. Aaron showed us the Chevy Cruze and a Chevy Sonic. We ultimately went with a 2018 Chevy Cruze LT with the RS package. The best thing about Aaron is that he LISTENED to us and worked with us to find a car that had the safety features we wanted and the piece of mind we needed at a price we were comfortable with. Off we went in our new Cruze! Fast forward two and a half weeks later; my car died. My new friend Aaron answered the call yet again. After test driving an Equinox and a Malibu, I found myself in another new Cruze. The entire transaction was quick, efficient, and professional with none of the back and forth between us and the sales manager or finance. Aaron is patient, friendly, and never made us feel as if we were just another sale. Buying from Radley (with Aaron's assistance) has been the most pleasant car buying experience to date; and I've purchased my share of cars over the years! I would highly recommend Aaron and Radley Chevrolet to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.
Purchased a new Silverado - Pete
Mike was great at helping me out with everything that I wanted in a new Silverado. Everyone was super helpful and even provided me with an RPO build list of my new Silverado. I couldn't be more happy about my new truck and the quick and easy process it took to purchase. I highly recommend this dealership.
Excellent service! - Happy cutomer

Disappointing Service Appointment - CC
I purchased a certified pre-owned Yukon XL and brought it to Ourisman to to have all the fluids changed and some minor items serviced. I called ahead and scheduled an appointment but when I got there they said they would be with me in a minute and proceeded to stand around for 15 mins until "my" service advisor arrived. Mind you this was the first time I was there so why did i have to wait for "my" service advisor for a half hour when I never had one?
Once he arrived I had to tell them everything I wanted done again thus taking another 15+ minutes. So my quick drop off was now at 30 minutes and then I have to wait another 20 minutes for the shuttle. So now I'm into this quick drop off for 50 minutes total!
All that was annoying but when I get my car home I notice a slow leak and it turns out they didn't replace the drain plug in my transfer case properly so I needed a return trip.
No thanks. I took it to the local GMC dealership which is a little further away but I have no time for Ourisman Chevy.
Horrible service - MJohnson
Horrible, horrible service. Our salesman told us we could put a down payment down in order to save the car as we needed to wait for our insurance check for totaling out our previous vehicle. We signed the paperwork and went to another building to get our tags and title worked out and pay our down payment. Waited half an hour and only got a hold of someone after a random employee walked by and we inquired as to when we would be helped. Then we're told that they could not hold the car for the down-payment amount we were promised and would have to pay that day and that they could not promise the vehicle would be there. Needless to say we made them shred our paperwork and we walked away. The right hand definitewdoesnt know what the left hand is doing at this place. Plus, their "processing fees" are way higher than the standard for Virginia, even for those like us who are paying cash. RUN AND FIND A DEALERSHIP THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOING
Excellent domestic experience. - BOUGHTIT
I went to Koons Tysons Chevrolet Buick GMC looking for the advertised great prices on some great trucks. What I received was a great buying experience carried out by an excellent sales team. Sales representative Alexander Alecxih started it off with great customer service skills, both personable and professional. He was attentive, interested, and knowledgeable without his performance feeling contrived. That was followed up by a well-rounded veteran experience as given by his sales supervisor Ryan Thompson. Southern bred, and well adjusted to city folk, Ryan completed the experience and left me completely satisfied with my purchase. I could go on to talk about James in service, or my finance specialist who did all the paper/computer work; but, I'm trying to be brief. But just let me say...I do believe they're available for a repeat performance!
They just can't do anything right - c
So after my horrible experience with this second rate operation, the GM appeared to make amends by offering to refund my "loaner car" payment. This was in November after we had bought our new VW Atlas in Annapolis which we love. The service there was so much better and still is.
No check in November, but good news their salesman still calls twice a week.
No check in December, whoops, I guess we forgot.. you're not important enough for us to worry about...
Sat 1/5/2019, 10:13 AM
the check was mailed out yesterday
Bob Biagi General Manager Ourisman Chevrolet Buick GMC
Today is 1-9-19 and mail was delivered without a check! What a surprise. The old "check is in the mail" xxxxxxxx.... we live less than 20 miles away, they could have floated the check down the river and we'd have it by now.
By the way, our car spent 2 weeks at the equally terrible Ourisman Bowie location, the CS was so bad there that the guy quit. And they had to refund us 2 weeks of the rental car because they couldn't get the repairs right
Its a bad organization top to bottom, you have so many choices out there as a consumer, I would recommend you stay far away from these clowns
And do NOT buy a Traverse
Waste of time - None
I have tried to buy a new truck twice from there in past 6 months. I only went the second time due to a promotional email I received from them. Both times salesmen blew me off by saying they would get back to me in 5min ir the next day when they located the truck I wanted in their inventory and I never heard from them even after repeated calls. Mist recently the salesperson was Steve and before that Willie.
Great customer service! - Rayray2
My experience at this dealership was great overall. The sales rep Jerry and sales manager Cleo did an outstanding job meeting our families needs during this car buying experience. I would recommend going to Jerry to any of my family and friends to buy a vehicle.
No Customer Service in the Garage, or Service Writer area - Sadz71Chevy
The service writers with the exception of "Tony" are arrogant and rude, "Chester", the worst. Mechanics that hold up the service writers seem untrained or don't care. Service 4WD light, going from 2 wheel drive to 4 wheel drive on the column, stayed in correct gear, but system telling me to service the 4WD. Mechanic told service writer he couldn't duplicated the error message that was coming on for months. The passive alarm system in the 2004 Chevy Tahoe z71 trucks have a well documented problem of something going a rye with the security system and the vehicle "thinking" its being stolen and won't start. There is a ritual required to reset the security system that will allow one to start the truck. The lock and key symbol appear on the dash at the same time the security problem begins. The mechanic first replaced the ignition switch, didn't correct the problem, then said couldn't duplicate the problem. The vehicle was in the garage at Page Chevy for three full days and all for the mechanics to do nothing, and the service writers to double talk, make comments, it was a bad experience and I tried this dealership for repairs more than five times. These repairs I'm told needed to be corrected by a Chevy dealer, the security system and 4WD, otherwise I would have never dreamed of taking the truck to a dealership, but this place is not a true dealership once you get to the repair shop. Never again.
Took my money but didn't fix my truck, then lied to my bank. - HummerH3
I took my truck to McKay for service. I told them I didn't want to simply change out parts, but to fix the underlying problem. That's why I went to a dealership instead of a neighborhood mechanic. They replaced parts, charged me a ton of money and didn't fix my problem. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they actually LIED and said that they told me my truck required additional work, which the invoice clearly shows is false. They are incompetent and dishonest.
Ripoff Artest - Dr. V
I recently visited the store to purchase a new car. I was working with a young sales person and everything was going okay until Clint the GM tried to get involved. He tried to explain that the dealer pricing was handled by Mr. Leckner himself and he agreed it was a bait and switch style price scheme just to get people in the door. He said the $999 processing fee was also just a way to get the owner paid and if he owned the store he wouldn’t charge more than $99 or no processing fee. Clint was nice but how can I trust a company who’s own GM doesn’t believe in the owners or company mission. Sounds like Mr. Leckner might want to change the company mission or hire managers that agree with his agenda. Either way I’m not buying from a company who’s own store manager doesn’t believe in their services or products worth.
Website has no prices for most cars. Must call or email... - Daisy400
Website has no prices for most cars. Must call or email dealer. You email and inquire on their site and you do not get prompt responses if any response at all. While you are waiting for a response to numerous emails you have sent regarding a certain vehicle, you will receive form emails from Angie Long asking. "Am I emailing too much?, I'm here to answer any questions you have". Yet, you never get an answer to availability or price. After over a week of numerous emails to them , you will finally get an email that the vehicle is no longer there. They are constantly putting cars up for sale on their site that are not for sale, but that have been sent to auction due to Maryland's strict inspection policy. These cars remain on their site even long after they are gone. Very poor internet sales department, very poor customer service.
