Great experience everytime, this is our 4th purchase w/them - pmiller
We have purchased 4 new vehicles from Win Kelly over the years. Other family members have also had great experiences with them too. Win Kelly treats you right! Our salesman was excellent, and found the vehicle I wanted in the color I wanted too. The finance guy was very helpful, and the sales manager was too. Highly recommend this dealership.

Real Professional Buying Experience - Mike C
Joel Piller, Anuj Bharadwaj, Francis Mendiola and Guy Eberhart all worked very well to see that my needs were met with an honest trade allowance and competive deal on a sweet 2018 Chevrolet Impala Premier. No tricks or hidden fees were employed during the process and they saw that I was in and out in a timely fashion. I will continue to send all friends and family to this top notch dealership going forward.
Great and Wonderful Service - Mamazz
Not only did they wait for us but stayed way past closing as well. No Pressure, Easy Going and Honest. Showed us and more about their vehicles. Purchased my sons First Brand New Car and I will tell you. This was the Best experience yet that I have had. I will be back when I get my next car. 10 stars and more I give them

New Vehicle Purchase - Laurence
I purchased a new 2018 Equinox from Winegardner Chevy in Fort Washington, MD. A quick discussion via phone call, they had a new vehicle that matched what I wanted. I met with the sales staff, quickly negotiated a fair price and within an hour was approved for financing at a competitive rate and payment.
I recommend Winegardner Chevrolet.
Sales and Service - craftylady016
I have bought 2 pickups from this dealership.
The sales have always been an enjoyable experience.
That is also true about the service.
I have always been greeted by a smile and kind word when I have to go back there for something.
Pleasurable experience - Chris fellow sales professional
It was a refreshing experiene dealing with Eric and the rest of the Chevy Sport staff.
I was contacted immediately about the vehicle I was inquiring about and didn’t have to waste anytime once at the dealership.
Straight-forward and transparent - email@example.com
We just bought our 3rd VW, a 2019 Jetta SEL Premium. We bought the 1st one, which we liked, at another dealer, but as Fitzgerald was nearer to our home, we had our service done there. I like the service department, so when we needed another car, we bought it at Fitzgerald. That too was a good experience, so we bought our third VW (2nd there) last night. Our sales guy, Dave Harrison, was easy to deal with, not at all pushy, and very knowledgeable about the product. He has been there for 7 years. The finance guy we worked with, Mike Sienkiewicz, was just as qualified and straight-forward, and has been there even longer. He too was great.
The ruse of luring people in to pay top dollar for trade-in - Pissed123
I knew better..but after 3 calls from dealership promising me top dollar for my trade in I took the bait. They were not offering top dollar but rather just trade-in....i should have got up and left but I didn’t and thats my fault...but I’m glad to see the shady underbelly of this part of the automobile industry is still alive and bending Americans over and wearing them out..good job guys....keep up the good work.
Great Buying Experience with Sean Mason - ATLia
Sean Mason definitely helped my wife and myself with one of the best car buying experiences we have had. From the initially contact via email with him, we never felt any of the typical pressure you usually feel from a car salesman that tries to just get you in the door. He definitely understood my families needs and went above and beyond to help us. This car buying experience was great from beginning to end even with the finance manager. My wife and myself were treated like family and excellent customer service.
The only thing that was the wait to get to the finance manager (which was not all in their control) but they helped make up for it with their constant communication and hospitality.
We would definitely recommend you reaching out to Sean for your next car buying experience.
Worst experience I have ever had - Johnny OD
I bought my new 2018 Chevy Silverado redline truck from this dealership I also bought every extended warranty offered to me everything was great until I used their service department a month after buying the vehicle I took in one of my special edition rims to have a new tire installed this place absolutely destroyed my rim When I went to the general manager He started to curse at me And offered absolutely no help Never again will I ever go to these people for anything
2 vehicles in 2 years - LundbergJ
I can't say enough about Radley. I bought a 2017 Colorado last year, and the process was great. Even though I changed my mind a dozen times, salesman Nick Ierardi was extremely patient and found me exactly the truck I was looking for. The maintenance plan and service department has been great too. It's easy to get an appointment. My wife and I bought a 2018 Traverse a couple of days ago, and the process was again seamless. I sought out Nick Ierardi once again to help us. He did not let us down, no pressure, and very patient. He got us a great deal and explained all of our options very carefully. We'll be back in 10 years or so.
Excellent - Charlie
Ron was excellent from the start of the purchase to the end when he explained in detail the features of the new truck. Rick was very helpful with the financing process as was the management with the bonus of rebates.
Great car - Lquigg
Great sale on a new car. Worked hard to get us just what we were looking for. We were very happy with the whole experience.

Excellent domestic experience. - BOUGHTIT
I went to Koons Tysons Chevrolet Buick GMC looking for the advertised great prices on some great trucks. What I received was a great buying experience carried out by an excellent sales team. Sales representative Alexander Alecxih started it off with great customer service skills, both personable and professional. He was attentive, interested, and knowledgeable without his performance feeling contrived. That was followed up by a well-rounded veteran experience as given by his sales supervisor Ryan Thompson. Southern bred, and well adjusted to city folk, Ryan completed the experience and left me completely satisfied with my purchase. I could go on to talk about James in service, or my finance specialist who did all the paper/computer work; but, I'm trying to be brief. But just let me say...I do believe they're available for a repeat performance!
Mas Hill is the best! - Jfill
Mas Hill and Chris Thomas were extremely helpful during my trip to Ted Britt Chevy in Sterling. I needed to go in for service on my truck and was thinking about trading in. I had done a little bit of research before hand and Mas was willing and able to help me out. He was very accommodating, he didn't pressure me hard into an upsale. He showed me what I wanted to see, he answered any questions I had or got the answer for me. He was very personable and good at what he does.
Chris was great at answering questions that I had, getting me in touch with Mas in a very timely manner, and he was willing to research anything he didn't know. Both he and Mas were great to deal with.

Something has to give. - Joy
I own a Camaro which I bought from another dealership. I do not know what the car buying experience is over here, so this is not what I am reviewing. I am reviewing the service and parts department. Where do I start?
I first brought my car here because it is still under warranty and the AC gave out. On the very first day I was told to drop my vehicle for assessment and my complimentary rental would be available in two days. Well 3 days later and no phone call I called and was told they had no rental available. I politely voiced my discontent about them not bothering to call me to update me about the work being done on my car or even about the availability of a rental and suggested I had a mind to call Chevy HQ. Well 30 seconds after the call had ended, a rental became available. I told Chevy HQ about this anyway. I was given a complimentary certificate for accessories by Chevy HQ. My car was returned many days later, with a blue wire sticking out boldly from under the dash.
Stupidly or stubbornly (because I still couldn't believe they were trying to be hostile or not helpful), I went back to have an amplifier and subwoofer kit installed using the Chevy gift certificate. I called them and asked about cost of installation. The first time I was told $174.00. The day I went to order it, I called again before heading out and was told it was $176.00. When I went to the parts counter to finally place my order, and it got to the time to pay, I handed over the certificate...... the man who orders the parts looked at me for 5 condescending and stern seconds before chastising me in a very belittling way for my failure to have shown him the certificate before-hand. He told me he did not know what to do and behaved as if it was impossible for him to proceed. So I apologized to him and then after giving me a second hard look, he left in an audibly angry huff to consult with someone about how to proceed. He came back and his countenance had changed from thunderstorm to sweet spring day; telling me ok, I just needed to hand over my certificate and when the part came in, he would call me. Well two weeks later, I called and he began by stating he had spoken to me. I had to sternly tell him, he had not. The truth is I have no record, digital or otherwise of his call. After he confirmed my part was there, I asked him about cost of installation and he transferred me to the service department. There the man seemed puzzled that I had ordered a subwoofer, asked why I had done so and seemed perplexed that their business sold parts such as subwoofers. After leaving me in a near puzzlement myself, he then asked what I needed and I responded stating; the estimate for installation. He now told me $299.00 WOW!
I am so frustrated with this business and their service men. I feel as if they are trying to be confusing. I don't know if its my womanhood, or my minority status or both, that is making them feel they can toss me around. I feel like there is a concerted effort to irritate me away from their business. I feel as if they have no regard for me, either as a customer or a human being actually. I am not going to continue to give myself anxiety over how they will present to me when I approach them. I am a soft spoken mild mannered woman, but I know where to carry my complaints when I have them. For now, these guys cannot help, but I will complain to every available source that I can, about their business.
Don't buy from them - Tim
Got my truck from them and less than a day later both my 02sensors lights come on and they want fix it they told me i would half to fix it even though the lights came on a day after I got if I was you DON'T BUY FROM THEM
West customer service in service - Tokool
Horrible not professional at all hung up on me and never called back need to have better people skills and respect I would never go here again
Worse customer service and poor management in service - Cargirl
I came in for a oil change and was helped by Jenese. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She explained services that were recommended but when I checked my GM handbook for my recommendations none of the stuff was there. I asked the advisor why she recommend things for my car that GM does not require and she was honest and explained that are are purely preventive maintenance items offered by autonation. While I appreciate her honesty I still do not understand why at 88.000 miles I need a alignment my brake fluid flushed fuel system service transmission flush and some kind of oil additive. GM doesn’t even recommend changing spark plugs until 100,000. But that’s not the worse part while there I encountered and overheard a heated conversation between some of the employees. I learned later that the other lady advisor Nia who has a very foul mouth and bad attitude problem was yelling at a light skinned gentleman. She cursed him out so bad and loud that I heard it I. The waiting room. I went to check and see if everything was alright just to find the service manager Derek Kline standing right there saying nothing at all. Can you believe he did nothing and this isn’t the first time this has happened. This place is childish. When talking to the manager about this he seem to dismiss my concerns. Not only did that leave a bad taste in my mouth about these guys but the technician left the old oil in my car and put new oil in. My car began to act funny when I drove it so I had my husband look at it and he drained three big containers of oil out the car and the car was still full of oil. I took my car back the next day and Jenese came right out and helped me. She later confirmed my suspicions and had my car cleaned also. Although Jenese was great I will never take my car back there. I’ve never been to a place where the manager looks you in your face smiles and tells you that the technician couldn’t have done that.
No Customer Service in the Garage, or Service Writer area - Sadz71Chevy
The service writers with the exception of "Tony" are arrogant and rude, "Chester", the worst. Mechanics that hold up the service writers seem untrained or don't care. Service 4WD light, going from 2 wheel drive to 4 wheel drive on the column, stayed in correct gear, but system telling me to service the 4WD. Mechanic told service writer he couldn't duplicated the error message that was coming on for months. The passive alarm system in the 2004 Chevy Tahoe z71 trucks have a well documented problem of something going a rye with the security system and the vehicle "thinking" its being stolen and won't start. There is a ritual required to reset the security system that will allow one to start the truck. The lock and key symbol appear on the dash at the same time the security problem begins. The mechanic first replaced the ignition switch, didn't correct the problem, then said couldn't duplicate the problem. The vehicle was in the garage at Page Chevy for three full days and all for the mechanics to do nothing, and the service writers to double talk, make comments, it was a bad experience and I tried this dealership for repairs more than five times. These repairs I'm told needed to be corrected by a Chevy dealer, the security system and 4WD, otherwise I would have never dreamed of taking the truck to a dealership, but this place is not a true dealership once you get to the repair shop. Never again.
Website has no prices for most cars. Must call or email... - Daisy400
Website has no prices for most cars. Must call or email dealer. You email and inquire on their site and you do not get prompt responses if any response at all. While you are waiting for a response to numerous emails you have sent regarding a certain vehicle, you will receive form emails from Angie Long asking. "Am I emailing too much?, I'm here to answer any questions you have". Yet, you never get an answer to availability or price. After over a week of numerous emails to them , you will finally get an email that the vehicle is no longer there. They are constantly putting cars up for sale on their site that are not for sale, but that have been sent to auction due to Maryland's strict inspection policy. These cars remain on their site even long after they are gone. Very poor internet sales department, very poor customer service.
