Criswell in Thurmont was very easy to deal with from start to finish and we feel that we got the best deal we could on a new 2019 Equinox SUV in this area. Salesperson Mike Boyce never pressured us and made sure we were getting the vehicle that was right for us. I would highly recommend Mike and the whole Criswell team.

Joel Piller, Anuj Bharadwaj, Francis Mendiola and Guy Eberhart all worked very well to see that my needs were met with an honest trade allowance and competive deal on a sweet 2018 Chevrolet Impala Premier. No tricks or hidden fees were employed during the process and they saw that I was in and out in a timely fashion. I will continue to send all friends and family to this top notch dealership going forward.

New Vehicle Purchase - Laurence
I purchased a new 2018 Equinox from Winegardner Chevy in Fort Washington, MD. A quick discussion via phone call, they had a new vehicle that matched what I wanted. I met with the sales staff, quickly negotiated a fair price and within an hour was approved for financing at a competitive rate and payment.
I recommend Winegardner Chevrolet.

The ruse of luring people in to pay top dollar for trade-in - Pissed123
I knew better..but after 3 calls from dealership promising me top dollar for my trade in I took the bait. They were not offering top dollar but rather just trade-in....i should have got up and left but I didn’t and thats my fault...but I’m glad to see the shady underbelly of this part of the automobile industry is still alive and bending Americans over and wearing them out..good job guys....keep up the good work.
Great Buying Experience with Sean Mason - ATLia
Sean Mason definitely helped my wife and myself with one of the best car buying experiences we have had. From the initially contact via email with him, we never felt any of the typical pressure you usually feel from a car salesman that tries to just get you in the door. He definitely understood my families needs and went above and beyond to help us. This car buying experience was great from beginning to end even with the finance manager. My wife and myself were treated like family and excellent customer service.
The only thing that was the wait to get to the finance manager (which was not all in their control) but they helped make up for it with their constant communication and hospitality.
We would definitely recommend you reaching out to Sean for your next car buying experience.
Liars and crooks - Johnny OD
Service department will maliciously damage your car. Your sales person looks you in the eye and lies to you. Management laughs at you and cusses at yoy. Once they get your money your garbage.
DO NOT BUY FROM RADLEY CHEVROLET - MarthaJane
A couple of months ago I bought a used 2015 Chevy Sonic from Radley Chevrolet. When I bought the car, literally before I left the dealership the car broke down. The salesman, Sam got it fixed, it turns out it needed some sort if fan and the air conditioning needed to be charged. I was able to pick it up the next day. Immediately the tire pressure light came on so I went back to the dealership the next day and they checked the tire pressure and put air in my tires and sent me on my way. Within a day the tire pressure light went on again. I went back to the dealership they did the same thing, put air in the tire they said was having the problem. Again within a day the tire pressure light came on. I went for the 3rd time to the Radley dealership and they supposedly fixed the bad tire after 3 attempts to properly diagnose the problem. I was told the tire was replaced because after all I was a VIP member which was a service included in the purchase of my car. Then I was told no the tire wasn't replaced but instead a hole caused by a "huge nail" was patched on the inside of the tire. The truth of the matter was the huge hole was plugged. This past weekend I got an alert that my tire pressure was a little low so I went to Radley Chevrolet to have it checked since I am a "VIP member." They fixed it alright. Within 20 minutes of leaving the dealership my tire that was supposedly fixed when I first bought the car blew. I was almost in a car crash because of it. I was stranded in the heat and I am disabled. After several phone calls to the dealership service department and being told basically it's not our problem, the service department dispatched the sheriff's office to come and help me. Which I am grateful for. The deputy changed my tire to the spare which turned out to be a bad tire too and no good. The deputy carefully inspected the tire that blew and said the tire should have been replaced from the beginning and never should have been plugged because the hole was just too big. He went on to say any half witted service tech would have known that. I or someone else could have been killed because of that negligence.
Here it is, Monday morning and I've yet to hear from anyone from the dealership about replacing my tire which is what I was told was done after I first bought it.
Here are my thoughts. Being a VIP member at Radley means squat. I bought a car for $10k cash and it had a dangerous bad tire on it when I bought it. Instead of fixing it correctly Radley Chevrolet did the bare minimum and sent me on my way not giving a xxxx about the danger I was being put in. VIP really means nothing. They refuse to take responsibility and basically by their actions have told me to eff off it's not their problem.
Do not buy a used vehicle from Radley Chevrolet. When it comes down to it they are just another used car salesman mentality dealership. They do not care about the safety of their customers. They care about money. I will never buy from them again. I will warn all my friends and family not to buy from them.
Excellent - Charlie
Ron was excellent from the start of the purchase to the end when he explained in detail the features of the new truck. Rick was very helpful with the financing process as was the management with the bonus of rebates.

Excellent domestic experience. - BOUGHTIT
I went to Koons Tysons Chevrolet Buick GMC looking for the advertised great prices on some great trucks. What I received was a great buying experience carried out by an excellent sales team. Sales representative Alexander Alecxih started it off with great customer service skills, both personable and professional. He was attentive, interested, and knowledgeable without his performance feeling contrived. That was followed up by a well-rounded veteran experience as given by his sales supervisor Ryan Thompson. Southern bred, and well adjusted to city folk, Ryan completed the experience and left me completely satisfied with my purchase. I could go on to talk about James in service, or my finance specialist who did all the paper/computer work; but, I'm trying to be brief. But just let me say...I do believe they're available for a repeat performance!
Botched oil change - Nomoore123
Took the 2018 Sonic in for an oil change didn't get home before it started smoking from 301 & 50 to 410 stopped at the light smoke everywhere.Looked under the hood oil everywhere!! Called them they took my # and didn't call back!! They suck never again YOU take my money and leave me hanging!! I had it towed now I guess they need to talk to LAWYERS!!
Sales manager was way too pushy - Bradley 89
I went to this dealership twice looking for a truck, trying to do my best to get the best possible deal. The second time I walked out Angel began texting me. He proceeded to tell me that no dealership would get me my price I needed or the money for my trade and I needed to "stop wasting my time going dealership to dealership it has been 2 weeks." Due to the pressing nature of my text message exchange I took my business elsewhere and got the same vehicle for 5,000 better than their "best offer". No one should feel pushed into buying a vehicle and I felt as though this man attempted to bully me into signing a deal on a major financial decision that was not right for me. I will recommend that every single person take their business elsewhere if this is how their management team treats customers.
One positive note. Anthony was a fantastic, cool, calm, collected salesmen and treated me with nothing but patience and respect. I hope he can work somewhere that his management team does not ruin sales for him.
Waste of time - None
I have tried to buy a new truck twice from there in past 6 months. I only went the second time due to a promotional email I received from them. Both times salesmen blew me off by saying they would get back to me in 5min ir the next day when they located the truck I wanted in their inventory and I never heard from them even after repeated calls. Mist recently the salesperson was Steve and before that Willie.
Oil Change...once needed - uagrad
We went in for an oil change a few months ago; they let us know we didn't need one. We rescheduled - thanks for honesty!
Worse customer service and poor management in service - Cargirl
I came in for a oil change and was helped by Jenese. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She explained services that were recommended but when I checked my GM handbook for my recommendations none of the stuff was there. I asked the advisor why she recommend things for my car that GM does not require and she was honest and explained that are are purely preventive maintenance items offered by autonation. While I appreciate her honesty I still do not understand why at 88.000 miles I need a alignment my brake fluid flushed fuel system service transmission flush and some kind of oil additive. GM doesn’t even recommend changing spark plugs until 100,000. But that’s not the worse part while there I encountered and overheard a heated conversation between some of the employees. I learned later that the other lady advisor Nia who has a very foul mouth and bad attitude problem was yelling at a light skinned gentleman. She cursed him out so bad and loud that I heard it I. The waiting room. I went to check and see if everything was alright just to find the service manager Derek Kline standing right there saying nothing at all. Can you believe he did nothing and this isn’t the first time this has happened. This place is childish. When talking to the manager about this he seem to dismiss my concerns. Not only did that leave a bad taste in my mouth about these guys but the technician left the old oil in my car and put new oil in. My car began to act funny when I drove it so I had my husband look at it and he drained three big containers of oil out the car and the car was still full of oil. I took my car back the next day and Jenese came right out and helped me. She later confirmed my suspicions and had my car cleaned also. Although Jenese was great I will never take my car back there. I’ve never been to a place where the manager looks you in your face smiles and tells you that the technician couldn’t have done that.
Don't buy from them - Tim
Got my truck from them and less than a day later both my 02sensors lights come on and they want fix it they told me i would half to fix it even though the lights came on a day after I got if I was you DON'T BUY FROM THEM
No Customer Service in the Garage, or Service Writer area - Sadz71Chevy
The service writers with the exception of "Tony" are arrogant and rude, "Chester", the worst. Mechanics that hold up the service writers seem untrained or don't care. Service 4WD light, going from 2 wheel drive to 4 wheel drive on the column, stayed in correct gear, but system telling me to service the 4WD. Mechanic told service writer he couldn't duplicated the error message that was coming on for months. The passive alarm system in the 2004 Chevy Tahoe z71 trucks have a well documented problem of something going a rye with the security system and the vehicle "thinking" its being stolen and won't start. There is a ritual required to reset the security system that will allow one to start the truck. The lock and key symbol appear on the dash at the same time the security problem begins. The mechanic first replaced the ignition switch, didn't correct the problem, then said couldn't duplicate the problem. The vehicle was in the garage at Page Chevy for three full days and all for the mechanics to do nothing, and the service writers to double talk, make comments, it was a bad experience and I tried this dealership for repairs more than five times. These repairs I'm told needed to be corrected by a Chevy dealer, the security system and 4WD, otherwise I would have never dreamed of taking the truck to a dealership, but this place is not a true dealership once you get to the repair shop. Never again.
Website has no prices for most cars. Must call or email... - Daisy400
Website has no prices for most cars. Must call or email dealer. You email and inquire on their site and you do not get prompt responses if any response at all. While you are waiting for a response to numerous emails you have sent regarding a certain vehicle, you will receive form emails from Angie Long asking. "Am I emailing too much?, I'm here to answer any questions you have". Yet, you never get an answer to availability or price. After over a week of numerous emails to them , you will finally get an email that the vehicle is no longer there. They are constantly putting cars up for sale on their site that are not for sale, but that have been sent to auction due to Maryland's strict inspection policy. These cars remain on their site even long after they are gone. Very poor internet sales department, very poor customer service.
If it were possible, I would give Damascus Chevrolet... - plumcrazy
If it were possible, I would give Damascus Chevrolet negative stars. I found the salesmen to be pushy and obnoxious. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to Damascus Chevrolet for a car. I had trouble getting anyone to help me, either on the phone or when I sent an email. The sales people are unprofessional, and just rude. I was given false information about a car over the phone, I suspect just to get me to come in. Steer clear of this dealership unless you feel you need to be punished for something. They embody every negative stigmatism of the characteristics of a used car salesman. BY FAR, the WORST dealership I've ever had the misfortune to visit. I won't ever go back; unless of course I want to taunt them mercilessly. They don't deserve your business. Stay away!
