Really great experience - Tracy Posner
I had a great experience! Jason 'Ace' Cujdik my salesman and fellow Jeep lover and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when purchasing my Jeep Wrangler that I have been wanting since I was a teenager. He definitely went above and beyond being accessible to answer all my questions 100 questions throughout. The entire process was easy and straightforward and I never felt like I was being pushed or 'handled'. I would definitely go back.

Excellent Customer Service From Beginning to End - jecaflek14
I was having trouble with my car ((I'll just say it was a GM vehicle) and I had spent about 3 weeks trying to find a replacement. I had tried without any luck to work with my prior dealer, but they seemed to be too busy to return my calls. I was not really in the market for an SUV at the time but I happened to see a commercial about a Jeep Compass. Upon further research I really liked the size and the upgraded interior options. I went over to Ourisman Dodge Jeep Ram in Bowie and met with Raymond Walford. He showed me a fantastic brand new 2017 model. I was looking for a 2018, but Raymond reminded me that the 2017 was packed with extra financing incentives and it had almost all of the available upgraded options included at a great price. It was a color I liked and was totally new only 20 miles on it. I had somewhat of a large balance owed on my trade and was worried I would not get a high enough offer to make it worth, it, but the Sales/ Finance team, Monty Harika and Mr. Park made it work, so that I was able to completely pay off my old car and get a brand new one with only a slight increase in my monthly payment. I was very happy with my purchase experience here, there were no high pressure sales tactics. I met with Raymond on a Wednesday evening and by Saturday, I came back to take a 2nd look at the Compass. Raymond went through the entire process with and made sure I understood all the features of the vehicle and explained the purchase process to me in detail. I was very appreciative that Raymond and the other team members I worked with took the time to explain and be patient with me as I deliberated such a large purchase. I am very satisfied with the customer service I received here and would certainly recommend this dealership to someone looking for a new vehicle.

Fantastic Experience! - Hattricksi
Juliet (CA), CC, and Darcars Jeep in Rockville knocked it out of the park. I've purchased many cars (all makes and models including BMW, Audi, Ford, Lincoln, Honda, Toyota to name a few) and this was hands down one of the best and easiest experiences I've ever had. I made one phone call to CA before even visiting the dealership and in a short 5 minutes I was at the right price without any hassle. With a very busy schedule I committed a day later to make the purchase (Tuesday) and told CA I would be in on Saturday to complete the transaction. Within an hour I was emailed a credit application (which I easily filled out online in 2 minutes) and had a phone call from CC (Salesperson for the transaction) to make sure they had everything they needed for a smooth transaction. When Saturday arrived, CC called to confirm my arrival time and to obtain a picture of my drivers license. I arrived at the dealership at 2:00pm and I was immediately greeted by CC with the keys to my new jeep (which was out front on the curb freshly detailed and ready for a test drive). We went for a quick spin, came back to the dealer and walked right into finance. 10 minutes later the transaction was done and I was out the door on my way home. This experience couldn't have been better.

Treated Like a VIP from the second I walked in the showroom! - Alice
I have been buying cars for almost 40 years and can say I have never had a better experience than at Chriswell! From the moment I walked in the showroom, I was impressed - they were attentive and helpful but not once did I feel pressured or rushed as I have at other dealerships. They answered every question I had, were very thorough and made sure I understood all my different options. Kudos to Sam Hall and Kevin Jones and the Finance Manager who walked me through every option and explained until I understood! 5 star experience and I'll never go anywhere else - already referred a coworker!

Great Car Buying Experience - Trenton Sales
It took me no time to buy a car from these guys; I test drove the car I wanted and bought it the next day. The sales consultant that got in contact with me was Robert Vinson, he did everything he could to make sure I got the car I wanted. This dealership has great customer service, compared to other dealerships I have been involved with in the past.

Worst Decision I've Made in my Car Buying Experience - Aaron S.
Single worst decision I have made in my car buying experience was to attempt to give this dealership my business. After buying a 2014 ECO diesel Ram, the check engine light came on before I could get home (granted I live 40 minutes away). I took it back and they said that they needed more time to diagnose it, but it was safe to drive. The next day, it overheated, went into limp mode, and I was limited to between 10-45 miles per hour depending on the temperature of the truck. It was very dangerous to drive it in this condition on an interstate. I was told to bring it back in. It took 2.5 hours and the truck was 260 degrees the entire time. I'm a mechanic and there is no convincing me that replacing a thermostat and an o2 sensor fixed the vehicle. They tried to force me to take it back or pay fees to get my trade in vehicle back. I know there was internal damage done, anything driven that long, that hot, is going to be hurt. I refused to keep the truck and they acted as if they were doing me a huge favor letting me out of the truck. They stated several times throughout this process, that they "never had to let me out of that truck." Instead, I found another vehicle that I wanted on their lot. It was a nice 2015 F350 diesel. The first time, I came in I messed up the credit application (but I fixed it and notified them that it was incorrect). They used the known messed up credit application to get me in the new vehicle. Then a week into owning the truck I was told the deal fell through because of incorrect documentation! I told them this information was incorrect two weeks before, so it wasn't my fault it was used on the second deal. I was offered to trade in another one of my vehicles and put down money to stay in the truck. They still had my car at this time. I at the time agreed over the phone and told them I would come in to look over and sign the documents. I decided the next morning that it wasn't going to be feasible, so I called to tell them. They stated that they had already sold my car. I had not signed the new deal yet. You cannot illegally sell my car, and then force me to stay in a bad deal without signed documents. I was offered trade in value for my vehicle, which I was not willing to take. They then said that I was going to have to pay for maintenance they performed on the vehicle. I finally after fighting with them for almost a month am supposed to pick up my vehicle tomorrow morning. I'm glad to be done, however, I checked my credit report today. I went in pre approved. They said I HAD to let them pull my credit to be allowed to buy a vehicle. I signed and allowed it, not knowing that I was going to have 17 hard inquiries throughout this process. So now the bad decision of walking into this dealership will follow me for the next two years on my credit report, unless I take the time to dispute each inquiry on each report. AVOID this dealership, listen to the negative reviews. Jeff and his team seem like great people until you start having issues.
My Good Experience at Safford of Fredericburg - carter, clara
Good Customer Service!!!!!! WAY TO GO, KARI. I never went to a car lot and was treated so well. However, the sale person (Kari) was very patient with me, since, I could not make up my mind what kind of vehicle I wanted to purchase that day. In addition, she was not pushy like most car salesman. She is PHENOMENTAL!!!!!! I will recommend her to anyone who wants to buy a vehicle. Keep up the good work. Thank you for all you do.
Service nightmare - Rwb123
Came in to rotate tires on my 2017 dually. After service found that the dealer broke a TPMS sensor in the front wheel. Told to drive it and if will heal itself. BS. Second trip to repair 2.5 hours later they give me my truck back with one of the rear sensors not reporting. Tech is having difficulty getting his service tool to read. Again I am told to drive down the road.... Sensor doesn't register. DeL said he would call me back...one week later I have to call him. Now the third trip to the dealer and 5+hours of wait time the tech is attempting to fix again.... This is an unexceptionable wY to do business. Lazy tech, of lazy service manager? My guess is both. Take your Ram somewhere else for service.
Great experience - pamharding14
First time customer to your service center. Both the service representative and parts representative were nice and polite. I was in and out with my oil/filter change and tire rotation. I will definitely bring the Jeep back for it's next one too!

Do not buy a used car from Koons - ab2014
DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM KOONS.
I don't normally write reviews for places, but in this case I want to ensure no one else has to go through what we have. We for sure got sold a lemon, and the dealership provided us terrible service for rectifying their mistake.
Before buying the car, we requested it be thoroughly inspected on multiple occasions by the dealership asking them to explore a laundry list of items before buying the car to ensure we were making the right decision. Well clearly their shop is incompetent (and I don't use that word lightly, you'll see what I mean shortly), and they did not advise us well on the purchase of the car, suggesting it was a car in absolute great shape, and would only need routine service.
Immediately after buying the car, we encountered SEVERAL issues. The worst of which led me to bring the car to Koons LESS THAN A MONTH AFTER PURCHASING. They told me nothing was wrong with the car or how to fix it. So I turned to the internet, and in less than 5 minutes found a Service Bulletin from Jeep detailing the issue and how to fix it. I then sent the bulletin to Koons and brought my car back for them to fix it. Thankfully, that resolved that issue.
A few months in, experience more and more issues, we had enough. We contacted Koons letting them know about the issues and they told us to get through the summer and if we still had issues with the car, to bring it in and they'd do an exchange.
Well summer came and went, we encountered more issues (including multiple electrical issues, car battery replacement and tire replacement), and decided enough was enough. My husband brought the car to Koons and was treated terribly. They offered to give us LESS THAN 50% of what we paid months before! Completely unacceptable. The manager, Patrick Sullivan, implied the "blame falls on us" for not bringing the car in for repair rather than trusting a mom-and-pop shop. Except we did bring our car to Koons on multiple occasions (none of which were apparently in their system), and only used a local mom and pop shop to get new tires and an oil change.
It is still unclear to me how doing these things through a mom-and-pop shop are somehow connected to the broader issues we are having with the car, and how they could have been prevented by going through Koons instead.
I would give them zero stars if I could. My husband and I have never encountered issues like this with used cars before, or getting treated like garbage by the dealership.
Don't go to Koons if you're buying used.
very good - joyzjim
I was very happy with my experience at Leesburg Dodge I felt no pressure I felt the salesman was very honest and open the finance gentleman was very helpful I wouldn't hesitate at all on buying another new vehicle from them
My Jeep broke down off Interstate 95 and I got great service - Mrsk08753
On June 22 I was traveling from NJ to SC when my Jeep broke down just off Interstate 95. I had my Roadside Assistance tow the vehicle to the nearest Jeep dealership which turned out to be Fred Frederick in Laurel. Even though they were busy, Joe Lavin went out of his way to have the problem diagnosed, overnight the part and install it the next day. He made sure I had a place to stay and kept my Jeep, with all my travel gear in it, in the service bay for safe keeping. I was on the road the next afternoon and have not have any mechanical problems since.
I purchased my Jeep here and I am from the Norfolk area - jglover210
I am a lifelong GM driver and my Yukon was on the way out and I had been test driving multiple SUV's in my area knowing that I needed a new car. I was visiting my parents in Front Royal and figured I would give a Grand Cherokee a test drive. It is one smooth riding vehicle being a Mercedes based suspension and extra welds in the unibody. I got this information from Bobby Gruver as he was very knowledgeable about the construction of the Grand Cherokee and other Jeeps (especially the Wrangler). He was patient with us as we also drove a Durango and Acadia, not to mention debating about the Jeep for 2 days. We were going to another dealership to drive a Cadillac SRX and he encouraged us to do so as he stood by the Jeep. We decided on the Grand Cherokee, which in my area would have cost a full $5k more than what we paid at Marlow. There was a small hiccup with financing as Mr. Talley was out that day, but was promptly fixed. Mr. Talley realized there were some mistakes and made sure we were financed at our lowest possible interest rate. (Small mention, another staff member took my 5 year old daughter to pick a candy cane off their tree while we were doing paperwork, very cool.) My father had reccomended me to Marlow when he had service work done on his Wrangler and was impressed. So, both service and sales are outstanding as far as I'm concerned. I would drive 3+ hours to work with them again.
Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit - Chris Reeder
The sales person, Brian, was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us. He took a lot of time to explain the vehicle. Would buy from here again.
What Customer Service? - DaGrinch
Bought a used Jeep Liberty from an individual and it came with only one key. I bought a blank key from an outside source and had my son go to Bender's to have the key cut and programmed. They wouldn't touch it because it wasn't a MOPAR key. I knew I was risking the blank to be bad - what difference does it make to them? They were going to be paid for their time and effort. Nope, wouldn't touch it.
This would have been the perfect opportunity for this dealership to establish a good rapport - never know, I might need parts for the used Liberty and with a good experience, there's always the possibility I'd be back. They don't have to worry about it now.
