I just want to say that the team at Shenandoah Motors went above and beyond through the whole process. I had done my due diligence in knowing the make, model, and some "extras" that I sought, however, to find that package in non-xxx rust bucket for a price that was reasonable in upstate NY for a Jeep Unlimited was like watching a one legged unicorn run. It just doesn't happen. Everything is over priced for what is demand, but to find it in a manual 6 speed, with a hardtop to boot. I didn't mind taking my search to the next logical step, and extended my radius. I found an amazing Jeep, in a spectacular head turning color, and immediately submitted an online app for credit approval. Now the boys at Shenandoah had their work cut out for them. They perserveered, got me the financing that put me not only in the vehicle that I wanted, but a payment that I was ready to make. This is leaps and bounds ahead of my local dealers abilities, 640.00 a month-get outttaaaaa herrrre. Beyond that became their unending friendly approach to sealing the deal and getting the job done. They mailed up my documents, while I'd love to say seamless there was a snafu, but the guys at Shenandoah quickly made it right, and alls well that worked out well, I got a cheap and easy flight down, showed up to the dealership and signed a couple of documents and out the door with my shined up and gassed up new ride. Honestly, from one person shopping out of state to another, definitely work with this knowledgeable and aim to please team! If you're near the Front Royal, VA area well then by all means take advantage of your proximity, because Pete Talley is a great Finance Guru to get you what you want, Trey did a great job and even Robbie was super friendly as they sent him (an hour away to Dulles) to chauffer me right to the dealership. Really a great buying experience, but even better when you have a no non-sense get you what you want dealer!

I made an appointment with Jacob Camacho who was knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and the consummate professional. He worked through my list of must haves and asked lots of questions to be sure he wasn't missing anything.
When I thought the whole experience couldn't get better in comes Korey Matthews, the Manager.
We worked through several different cars and Jacob and Korey fought hard to get the right deal for me and an awesome "big truck" that suits me perfectly.

Joann guaranteed us a fantastic vehicle at a fantastic price, and she delivered with absolute perfection. We would go back and purchase from them in a heartbeat. Scott, Tony and every single person that we encountered were friendly, helpful and made the experience a pleasant one instead of a painful one. I went to Koons Tysons Chevrolet Buick GMC looking for the advertised great prices on some great trucks. What I received was a great buying experience carried out by an excellent sales team. Sales representative Alexander Alecxih started it off with great customer service skills, both personable and professional. He was attentive, interested, and knowledgeable without his performance feeling contrived. That was followed up by a well-rounded veteran experience as given by his sales supervisor Ryan Thompson. Southern bred, and well adjusted to city folk, Ryan completed the experience and left me completely satisfied with my purchase. I could go on to talk about James in service, or my finance specialist who did all the paper/computer work; but, I'm trying to be brief. But just let me say...I do believe they're available for a repeat performance!

My 2011 Chevy Traverse engine failed right on cue at 101,000 miles (100k warranty) I happened to be near this dealership so I had it towed there and left it with Mike Seed.
The next day one of the salesmen called me (prior to anyone from service) and said they heard my car was a complete loss and would love to show me a new Traverse! I told him this was news to me so I called Mike and asked him what happened. Mike said the engine blew, I asked for more details and he said he could charge me to have it removed and identify exactly what went wrong or I could take his word.
The next day I drove to the dealership and asked to speak with a salesman about possibly trading our car in towards something else. I was told I would get $2000 in trade in value for my car. While walking around the lot the salesman told me that cars are really only expected to get about 100,000 miles and my experience with the blown engine is to be expected, in fact, that's why they offer engine lifetime protection plans! THIS IS THEIR SALESMAN! At this point I didn't want another Chevy/Buick product, instead, I asked for something for what was left of my car. It had new tires put on 2 weeks prior to engine failure, so the car should be worth something, particularly to a Chevy dealer. I left 5 messages with Bruce Palansky and 4 days later he called me back and offered $400!! He told me he's not in the parts business...so rude.
Not once during my entire experience with this organization did anyone express remorse or empathy for my 7-year-old car becoming a total loss, Mike Seed is only worried about the rental car bill, Palansky is not in the parts business, the salesman and sales manager only want to show me the new Traverse. At no point did anyone, who are all representatives on Chevy, give a rip. The first person that said anything remotely nice was the VW salesman at Fitzgerald who sold me my new Atlas.
And finally today I asked a used car buyer to come by the lot, he met with Mike Seed and others and his comment to me was he has never seen such poor customer service!! This is a guy that drives around looking at beat up cars at locations all over the city and he was shocked out how poorly HE was treated!!
All I wanted was $1000 for what's left of my Traverse, and a vehicle you represent. Instead, I was treated terribly at every interaction.
And after I emailed the general manager part of his lukewarm and half hearted response was “At this point , I would like to say that I spoke with everyone and none of this happened, but I spoke with everyone, and all of this happened.” I’m sorry, what?
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

I wish I can give them 0 stars for the poor service I received. I've never dealt with a dealership this desperate to cheat me out of a few dollars. I went to Capital Cadillac in greenbelt because my 2016 Buick Encore AC system stopped working this morning. I called in beforehand to confirm my car was under warranty. The shop promised I was covered under warranty just bring it in and they'll take care of everything. I called the tow early in the morning and I did not hear back from the dealership until right before they were about to close. The service rep, Ryan Holcomb, told me that although I am under warranty, work was done on my Buick that is not covered under warranty. Who authorized that? They charged me $160.37...AND I HAVE A BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY, how did that happen? Well, okay... service rep, what did you do? He said they plugged in a plug that was unplugged. I was baffled and my friend agreed to just take me there in person. When I arrived at the shop and asked to get a copy of the invoice I was told that I could not have access to it and furthermore was told that they were not going to release my car unless they received payment and would not offer me a loaner car in the mean time. I'm a nurse working nights and missed my shift over this. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told no one was available and was then met with hostility and disrespect from the entire staff. So it's the weekend and I'm stuck with my car held hostage at the dealership and no other means of transportation until Monday. This has been an exhausting and stressful ordeal that could've been easily resolved. I would not recommended this business to anyone. I had to call Buick's corporate office to investigate this dealership. Proceed with caution.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT! - Wise Green Owl
I recently scheduled my wife's Subaru Outback for routine maintenance at this dealer's service department. The car was supposed to have the oil and oil filter changed, spark plugs replaced, and air cleaner installed. My wife dropped her car off for a day and brought it home the next evening, PRESENTING ME WITH A BILL FOR $1352.37!!!!
The dealership did not do the work I had requested; rather, they did something called "Premium 60K Service".
I contacted the Service Manager and expressed my outrage. He promised to check into it and call me back. One of his service technicians called about an hour later and claimed that "my wife had requested the additional work."
Now, my wife knows nothing about auto maintenance and would not have understood any jargon which may have been used. But there is a much larger issue at stake here, and that is THE ABUSE OF CUSTOMER TRUST!!!
When I schedule a vehicle for maintenance at an auto dealership, I expect them to do the work I have requested, AND NOTHING ELSE. If they think additional work is necessary, they should CONTACT ME FIRST!!!
We will never visit this dealership again, and have made a point of telling everyone we know to avoid them. If anyone ever suggests you do business with them, I suggest you RUN, NOT WALK, AS FAST AS YOU CAN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION!!!
