No one wanted to waste time and everything worked out nice and smooth! This is the second car I’ve bought here and wouldn’t hesitate to do it again!

We were recommended Hagerstown Honda by a good friend and neighbor, so we went up on a whim to see what they had in stock. With our hearts set on a Pilot, we went in and we were shown what we wanted. After some brief chatter on what we were looking for, it was recommended that we also check out and test drive the CR-V. It wasn't as large as we were hoping, but the drive was smooth and thinking long term, it would more than fit our needs for the next 5-7 years.
They really worked with us on any extras we might want and helped us through the process to bring it home. We really enjoyed our experience and will definitely revisit when the time comes to trade our new car in.

Next time you need a new Honda, give them a try. I bought a new 2017 accord from them, great price, service and excellence customer service. There site provides upfront with Out the door cost, with the actual cost break down (selling price, destination cost, discount, fees, tax, tag and title) with express check out online. My sales rep Mark Green and sales manager Mike Council are awesome, we agreed on the price over the phone and via email, and when i got to the store next day, there was no surprise or extra add on. I negotiated the price over the phone under 15 min, i bought many cars but this is by far the best experienced i had with a dealership. Once i got to the actual store the whole process took 90 min. I drove 70+ miles one way and past at least 5 Honda dealers on the way but I was not disappointed.

Eduardo took the time to explain the features found on the 2018 Honda Touring and gave us a very satisfying test drive in the 2018 Honda Touring. We decide to buy a 2018 Honda Touring and Eduardo spent considerable time helping two "technically challenged" adults understand the technology in the 2018 Honda Touring. I recently purchased a new Honda CR-V with the help of Teddy Asimana and Zak Rhodes. I had a lot to learn when I decided to replace my 2009 Honda CR-V -- the technology is SO different. Teddy and Zak brought me up to date on the CR-V. They were pleasant and knowledgeable. Teddy showed me how certain features worked while I drove and Zak explained helped to setup the new features when I picked up the car. I am confident that we worked out a decent price. When the color combination I wanted wasn't in stock, he reserved one that was on its way to Chantilly so that I would have it within days. When the car was delayed being delivered, he was very communicative. They even offered me a temporary car to drive while I waited on mine. I’m excited to experience their service department that is available 7 days a week with no appointment necessary. I'm going back to Honda of Chantilly because of the wonderful experience all around!

I never had such a wonderful experience buying a car than when I went to this dealership. Apart from finding a beautiful 2017 Honda Civic, it was a great experience to have dealt with people who are very welcoming, knowledgeable, and understand the customer. I searched the internet for a reasonable price and less than 24 hours I got a call from Ray Turner, who was so willing to help me out. When I got to the dealership, Ray introduced me to Deyber Mendez, who made all the difference—he showed me all the Honda Civic that I might be interested in and was very patient in my haggling for a good price and walked me through all the initial paper work. He also familiarized me with the car’s new features. Deyber’s knowledge of his job exacts a customer’s confidence and trust, not only in him, but also to the car he is selling. I could detail all other things that Deyber did, but the space won’t be enough. To sum it up—Deyber is the MAN. I also had a very pleasant experience with Sunicia, the nice lady who explained to me all the add ons that could make my car last long and enjoy it to the fullest. I couldn’t have a very pleasant experience after an awful car accident. Not to be left out is Mr. Omar—he’s so cool. The last leg of this experience was the payment and financing—Mr. Anthony Oman, the Business Manager, couldn’t be more helpful.

We were very interested in purchasing a certified Honda CRV and began our research on the internet. After looking at a number of dealerships we found the car we were looking for and entered our information within minutes we received a nice text asking for permission as to the best contact method from Kazim Raza. Not only was his contact via text very professional, in person was excellent. If you are looking for a great experience and professionalism you should work with Kazim. Once we were ready to work with the purchase, Ryan Canute ,was excellent and professional in the finance division. This was an all around great experience.

Kerry Dillard is very professional, honest, straightforward, and friendly. When you get to him you have already picked out a car and dealt with a salesperson and figured out majority of details of the sale. Some people have had experience prior to getting to him or they thought that their credit would enable them to get something that is out of his control.
The dealership needs some work around prompt customer service and acknowledging customers with the mindset that every interaction could possibly be a sale. Especially when you have an employee standing outside smoking a cigarette with two other people but doesn’t offer to assist or get someone to assist you when they are in the business of selling cars.
A great man named Parnell( committed, focused, customer service oriented, friendly) assisted in getting Roy Peregoy (very kind, customer focused) to me when he realized I had received no help or assistance and was ready to go back to the service department without looking at any cars. Roy in turn apologized and got Tony Gunter (knowledgeable, friendly, customer oriented) to assist me. I had a great test drive just going out to see what the new Honda had to offer and actually became interested in purchasing. Then Roy Berry (friendly, flexible)actually saved the day because I was going to leave after a car I purchased from them less than 2 years ago with not 14k miles and in perfect certified condition (because it was barely driven except on the highway) was not even going to get 15k in trade. Hondas are supposed to hold their value so I couldn’t believe that was possible and I had bought 2 new cars in 4 years from this dealership. There was also a young lady who works with the Honda Care that was very helpful and offered items that would extend the life of your car without being forceful.
They have an awesome service department who have always been helpful even when other Honda dealerships have not. Simple things that you may be having an issue with they will tell you how to fix it or do it for you without trying to charge you because it is just good customer service. The dealership offer lifetime oil changes and they normally wash your car when you bring it in for service. I can’t remember their names but they were helpful and professional and even got my oil change done faster than they thought and ahead of my appointment (even though they ended up keeping the car).
If you are going to purchase a car you should see Tony Gunter who knows everything about the Honda’s and the whistles and bells and he is not pushy or Ifiok Umoh (previous salesperson that I thought had moved on to management elsewhere) who will work with you to get you in a vehicle and give you the best options available.
A simple oil change turned into a car sale that almost didn’t happen because of poor customer service that started from the top of management but was rectified by Parnell who I believe works with the Service area and movement of new stock and then by Tony Gunter who walked all over talking to me about what the new Honda’s offered and taking me on a test drive even though I wasn’t going to buy(as you see that changed).

Took my 2016 top of the line pilot in for service. I bought the car here. It needed a roof molding replaced because it blew off in the wind. Yes, a 2016 with molding just falling off. Advisor said it was not covered by the warranty because I had 38,000 miles, I was 2,000 miles over, but he would order the part. I called 7 days later to check the status and the part had never been ordered.
