Going from a standard van to a brand new 2019 Honda Odyssey with every bell and whistle was quite the change. On Friday I decided to start looking at cars and went to True Car. I immediately received a call from several dealerships including Thien "Tommy" Vo from Bill Page Honda. Tommy was courteous and transparent on the phone with me. I visited several dealerships, but the difference at Bill Page was immediate. Suffice it to say that they worked hard to earn my business and I ended up purchasing a Honda Accord Hybrid Touring.
It is important that I note that I came on Saturday to pick up the car and sign the paperwork. I texted Tommy in advance and let him know that I was bringing my 7 year old daughter who was feeling a little under the weather. He had all the paperwork ready to go. Further, he drove my new car to my house and did orientation on all the technology at my home, so my daughter could climb back into bed. Truly outstanding service!

Buying an A3 from Honda - Goodcar2016
December 12,2018. I was looking for a 2016 Audi A3 Cabriole and contacted Honda of Chantilly via email. Zak called me that morning and was instantly personable. After test driving the A3 with Zak. He introduced me to Jin and together they worked diligently to ease my worries of purchasing an Audi from a Honda dealer. They researched the A3 features and warranties and educated me on the car and my options.
Both Zak and Jin were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They have earned my trust and I will refer business to Honda of Chantilly on their behalf.

I have used Brown's Honda for all my service since 2007 - gold,2018
I continue to recommend Brown's Honda to all my friends for service and I usually do not recommend a specific place for service. But Brown's always is on time, always does a complete job and if there is a need for extra work always calls explains and even states if the extra work is actually necessary. They complete the work when stated, and even their shuttle to and from the metro is superb.

I bought a car from them, signed the paperwork and all and then it was sold again to someone else before they delivered it to me. Beyond that, it’s been a week and they always say they’ll call back but they never do. I’ve been told 3 times I would get a call back and I usually have to be the one to reach out to get someone. I’ve spoken to two different managers and nothing has been resolved. I’m just going to deal with corporate.

Beware! Miller Honda negotiated with my wife and me several days for the new 2019 Honda Fit and actually ended up matching our best offer with no issue. With the current situation the Fit inventory is in, we were surprised they could match the price, but were really excited. We had done our homework, test drove and contacted dealers in 4 states at this point, so to find a place with such a low price was great. We put money on the fit to hold it and told them we’d drive the 3 hours that weekend to finish the purchase. That’s when our nightmare began. This new car had scratches on the rear bumper, paint damage and white spots all over the driver side, which seemed to all be factory related issues. However, not one word was mentioned about these issues while we talked about and negotiated with them for this supposedly “new car” on the phone. To make matters even worse the same 2019 Fit has been added back to their website inventory hours after we left. They assured us they knew nothing of the damage, but considering they placed it back in their inventory, I believe they knew about the issues. With the car being back in the inventory they clearly lied to us when we were told they’d be sending it back to the factory for Honda to fix since we wouldn’t buy it. Which doesn’t seem possible if they are still trying to sell it. Main point, if you are going to go to Miller’s Autogroup make sure you check your vehicle for any damage. They obviously don’t inspect them when they come off the truck. If Miller’s does know of issues, they won’t tell you. Oh, make sure they don’t try to hit you with the exclusive Miller Honda group anti-theft warranty in your price either. It’s an optional thing they just try to slide in during pricing. We didn’t find that out until they had to try and match our best offer. Shady dealership!

I OFFERED YOU LOW PRICE SO THAT YOU YOU VISIT HERE.HE WAS ASKING TO ME INCREASE THE PRICE FROM WHAT HE HAD OFFERED ME. THEN HIS SENIOR SALES MANAGER MR. ERIC CAME , STARTED ILLOGICAL CONVERSATION, HE WAS ASKING ME WHAT IS MY PROFESSION..its non of his business.
