The staff at landmark honda were kind and helpful. Through patience and talking with the sales clerk(s) we settled on a good price for my first brand new car. There were minor set backs as far as getting my car floor mats, and getting my infotainment system running. I had to make several trips to the dealer which is about a good 45minutes away from where I live, which didn't sit well with me. I choose this dealer because they had the vehicle I wanted, and i was ready to buy that day. Mark Davis who helped me during my visit was kind and courteous. My financial advisor Anita Carlson was very helpful and kind attending me that evening. I would of rated my experience 5star if it were not for the issues with the infotainment system, which took me several trips to the dealer to finally get it taken care of at a different dealer.

I had been searching for about 2 weeks for 2018 Accord Hybrid touring. Went to every Honda dealership in metro Richmond Area. The worst was colonial Honda (stay away from Bubba). Colonial was what old shiesty car salesmen were about. Rude, obnoxious because educated buyer walked in their door and wouldn't allow them to take advantage. I just happen to be visiting Fredricksburg and knew there was a dealership in the area. When I walked in I was a bit overwhelmed. Memorial day weekend and the place was insanely busy. However, I was immediately greeted. I explained to my salesman Alex about the car I was interested, colors and price and that I'm ready to buy NOW! Within 15 mins. He had the car I was looking for upfront agreed to my asking price and I drove off with my new car within 2hours. No hassling, no pushy sales gimmicks, no disrespectful sales managers (talking to you colonial Honda...fire Bubba). Juanita Murphy was wonderful to work with. She didn't push hard on selling extras. Joseph Mang was awesome at explaining the fine details of the car. Great experience!!!!

I give zero stars to the finance employee, Paul Alexander. He took over an hour to get to us (which may have been out of his control but browns strives for 60 mins or less) and when he did see us he was rude, short in explanations and didn’t respect our decisions. He kept trying to sell us on warranty and basically said how we were not smart to not buy it from him. He kept trying to give us a deal even after we said no. We couldn’t wait to leave after talking to him.

I purchased a Certified Volkswagen from this dealership and the process was not painful at all. I live in Florida and was totally dependent on the salesmen information and descriptions of its condition etc. I worked with Kazim Raza and he was excellent in all aspects of this transaction. His descriptions of the cars condition, smell, driving etc were all dead on. He had all my paperwork together so when I arrived to buy the car it was a quick process.

I bought a brand new honda accord from the college park Honda dealership. The sales person was very friendly but I've had multiple issues with their service department. I just moved to Rockville last year but was still going to college park. After having an issue with the representative in service with simply trying to schedule an appointment I had had enough. I searched the area and the you have it a honda dealership right under my nose in Rockville. I immediately contacted them regardinga mail in my tire and an oil change for my car. The rep was very professional, answered all of my questions about the tire plug and did not try and convince me to waste my money on brand new tires but see if they could plug it instead. When I got to the shop a representative met me outside was extremely friendly and helped me with my appointment. While I wanted for my car to be serviced I was curious and bored so I went to go look at the show room where they had a beautiful white pearl honda accord 2018. Mind you I had just bought the 2016 from college park 2 years ago. I didn't care. I had questions. I was like a kid in a candy store. A gentlemen named Kenny approached me, but not like the annoying people who jump down your throat when you walk into a typical car dealership. He simply asked if I had any questions. Long conversation short he answered all of my questions about the car. I told him I would be back to see him to trade in my car later that week. They did my lil change and tire plug quickly and efficiently. ..fast forward. ..
...I came on a Wednesday that week to see if I could trade in my '16 for a '18. Kenny was personable and displayed great customer service. Matter fact I ended up being there half of the day because his service was so great. Infact everybodies service at this dealership was great. The rep sitting next to me was on his break. He happened to go to chick fa la and I had made a comment basically thanking him for getting me some food. It was for him obviously. He was nice and gave me half of his fries. Which I couldn't say thank you for because he disappeared but thank you chick fa la guy lol. ...back to my car...
...Kenny needed up getting me a deal on my car. His manager was extremely nice and worked with me and my budget for my deposit. I appreciate the other sales reps checking on me while Kenny and his manager where outside inspecting my car. Oh yea and I cant forget about the finance lady, she was great. She had very good customer service and was patient with me and explained everything thoroughly. All in all I will be back to this dealership. Thanks Hersons Honda for my new ride. :)

Service advisor suggested I needed some very expensive work. I was shocked at first because the vehicle has been dealer maintained since I purchased it new off a dealers lot in 2012. He did not pressure me to get this work done but advised that It would have to happen around my next service. Later I decided to get the work done, He will order the parts I need and will contact me later this week for a day to bring the vehicle back in. I felt he was not just trying to make a sale, so decided to get the work done.

I've been holding off taking my car in just because of the hassle. I'm glad I finally got around to doing it because I can cross off 25k service and two recalls off my to do list, I was also able to get it detailed as well, which it badly needed with all the pollen on it! It was so easy to make an appointment that was convenient for me (drop off am). Tony Romo was the Service Advisor that helped make this experience hassle-free. He put me in a rental and called me later in the afternoon that my car was ready for pickup. Couldn't have gone better..

It's so bad consumer's service! Don't come there. . . When you purchase car ,they said everything ok, but after that, it's totally different story.. I have to wait more than 3months to get my tags. I'm asking them what's wrong, the supervisor just said all mistakes is from sale department , it's not his business.. Right now, he is just telling me the truth, that I need to follow him to do. No any excuse ! ! His sound just likes he is a boss , you gotta follow. So if you want to save money , just go somewhere else. Don't spend money and waitting for them tell what you need to do ...
Worst service I've ever had at any dealership - page1
Simply unwilling to respond to a problem that it appears they could not fix. When they figured that out the service writer, service manager, parts and service director and general manager all thought it was best to not answer the phone and not return phone calls. But this seems to be the corporate culture because after writing to AutoNation corporate office .....guess what, no reply.
I took the vehicle to another dealership and got a prompt resolution.
If you consider doing business at any AutoNation you may want to reconsider.
