Great work!!! Great Service!!! Great People!!!
I am honored that I had the opportunity to meet Kevin the owner of this dealership, and learn more about Alexandria Hyundai. Also I met with Gerald the service manager, who is an awesome service manager and great gentleman. They both treated me like family and took care of my car AND SAVED me a lot of money. They really SAVED me a lot of money. And I was very happy with the work that was done on my car; I almost did not recognize it.
I highly recommend Alexandria Hyundai. Go visit them and learn about this local business, It is owned by a local family who cares about their local community and they will treat you like family.
recall repair - Lisa D.
The service department rep was very attentive! The recall service was handled in the same day. The details of the service were thoroughly explained to me. The rep went above and beyond to explain to me additional problems to look out for.

Informative, personal and courteous - Happy New Car Buyer
Great car buying experience. Mudaser Jaura took the time to show me every feature on several cars. He allowed me test drive several models. He worked with me to understand my goals. Nariman Sultanzada worked me to ensure I was comfortable with purchase financing. All around terrific experience.
General Sales Manager
Good buying experience. - Mgbill
Explanation of new car's features was comprehensive and clear. The new car buying experience, which can be downright unpleasant, was, in this case quite the opposite.
Excellent service - Dj
Had new brake pads put on my Sta. Fe. Start to finish attention very professional and got the job done. Very nice place. Excellent work.
Great experience, friendly, helpful staff - lsmart527
Our daughter had a great buying experience with Yusuf and we went to see what Brown's had on the lot for us!
After many visits, Andy was very helpful and kind in our search for the"perfect" car! I consider myself picky and Andy was awesome and always patient throughout the process. I never felt pressured and I enjoyed coming in joking with the "crew". We finally settled on a vehicle and I am more than HAPPY with my purchase. Steve Burger, Sherman Henderson, Yusuf and all the staff were excellent! Special thanks to Sherman for his follow up and professionalism in ensuring that we were satisfied with our financing options.
We plan to send many referrals and want them to know how much we appreciate the way they do business at Brown's Leesburg Hyundai!
The Smarts :)
RIP Jim Maddux, such a helpful, friendly spirit, you will be missed! God Bless!
Friendly staff. - Ats
Friendly staff. Not pushy. We were in and out in around an hour. They had the car I asked for waiting me for and they didn’t try it up sale.
Great Experience with Ike - amanie1
I had a wonderful experience with Ike. He did a great job working within my limits to get me a great deal on a new Hyundai Elantra. I was in and out in just 2 hours and I am very happy with the result
This place doesn’t care about their customers. - Carpeoplesuck
I know Fairfax Hyundai doesn’t care about my feedback, but I want to get my word out to help others! So I got my very first car check up for my very first brand new car that I bought with you guys and then I got scammed. Miguel, the service guy who helped me, basically scammed me into getting like $140 7500 mile car service check up which I thought was free along with my lifetime of free oil changes. But he did not bother telling me how much it cost and just took advantage of me. Now one will answer my dad and my phone calls in the service department. Rickie Bush is also terrible. He’s an awful service manager. I don’t get how you guys live a good life like this scamming people and not even wanting to help people. But I guess that’s why people like that go into the car industry.
BOBBY DAVIS IS SPECTACULAR, BUT HIS MANGER SUCKS - bethanycausey
I have mixed feelings about Fitzgerald’s at this time. I had both a great and terrible experience at the same time. Bobby Davis is the car salesman I worked with, he is WONDERFUL. He’s got a positive attitude, is easy going, doesn’t make you feel pressured to buy anything, and made me feel very comfortable. His manager on the other hand is probably my least favorite person I have ever met at a car dealership. He told me won thing, wrote another on my contract, and then left for the night. It took three or four hours to lease the car after all of the decisions had been made. Never in my life has that portion of the process taken so long.
On top of that they couldn’t get their equipment to work properly and now almost a month later I have to go back in and resign my contract. It’s not like this dealership is right next to my house either, it’s a hike to get to and a waste of gas and miles on my new (leased) car. Honestly, I never want to use this dealership again if I have to work with the same manager. He really made the experience a sour one.
Made my first car buying experience a memorable one! - lentzman
Vod and the team did what it took to get me into the car I wanted. It was my first time buying a car and I was a bit intimidated but all the staff were friendly and helpful and they helped me through the process as a first-time buyer. Thank you all so much!!
No loaner car - Hazel8809
I bought my first new car from here about 5 years ago and had been extremely happy with every part of this dealership until the past 3 months. I now have a completely different point of view of this dealership and will NEVER buy or recommend this dealership to ANYBODY. My 2013 Sonata has had SEVERAL recalls and the dealerships HAD been very helpful until recently. I have no idea what management changes have happened- but they are horrible.
I have been doing an oil consumption test, which is beyond annoying and very difficult to do when you are a single parent who works long hours. Nonetheless on my THIRD test, my car completely stopped working. It shut down on me when driving. Talk about scary, thankfully my son was not with me. Tht evening I spent THREE hours trying to get my car towed and had to use my own resources.
I had to manage to FIND a ride home yesterday, a way to work this morning & a way to get my son from school and back home today. Talk to about difficult. Just for the service writers to tell me that they MAY have a rental for me on MONDAY afternoon! I completely understand that my claim has to go through warranty, but I should be able to have a loaner vehicle. Isn’t that the point of loaner cars, to help out your customers when a car has a warranty problem? Why am I having to pay out of pocket when they sold me a car with a bad engine? What ever happened to customer service? I have worked at a dealership and I have never ever heard of a company doing what they are currently doing. Just expecting a person to be without a car for over 3 days. It wouldn’t be so difficult if I wasn’t a single parent who has someone depending on me. I just don’t understand.
Horrible Communication - 123
Had to leave several messages and even stop in to make sure the work was getting done. This particular service took a few days and they didn’t call to even tell me my car was ready. When i call to check on the status...”we were done yesterday but very busy and hadn’t had a chance to call you”
Sales Manager ignored my request. - jmw1000
Buying my college aged daughter her first car. After alot of research decided on Hyundai because the car has great reviews. We arrived at the dealership and were greeted by sales person Joanna. I explained to her we were not interested in financing as I had a check from Navy Federal and my hard budget was $15,000. I asked not to be shown any vehicle we couldn't be out the door at that price, including all taxes and fees. She brought the sales manager over, MATT HIMES. He said he had a couple cars he wanted us to see and I told him the same thing regarding my budget. He said it made no sense to talk about numbers if she doesn't like the car.
We drove the 2 cars, an Accent and an Elantra. My daughter said she'd be happy with either. We returned to the dealership and the sales person went to get the numbers from the manager. She didn't look happy walking back over. She set them down and showed the Accent was $800 over my budget and the Elantra was $1,600 over budget. Needless to say I was beyond angry. They had just wasted 2 hours of our time. As we were leaving, I shouted more than a few choice words in his direction, because he was too much of a coward to come face me himself.
Bottom line, MATT HIMES IS A SLEEZE BAG!
We got my daughters car, the Accent she wanted, but we shouldn't have had to drive 70 miles to another dealership to get it.
Awesome - Sbellimam
It was a pleasant experience. No complaints. Fast and on time. Love this dealership. Everyone is pleasant. For sure coming back in the future for sure.
Easy Friendly Excellent Car Buying Experience - Ms RGH
Sheehy Waldorf is a nice dealership with very friendly sales internet and finance staff. They have a great selection of vehicles. Glenn Somerville was the best; an absolute pleasure to work with! He's courteous professional and has expert knowledge of the Hyundai vehicle products and options. He explained everything in layman's terms and had us in and out with exactly what we wanted in no time. Laura in Finance was great too. VERY PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING!
Great experience again from Team Hyundai - jcbmd
This is the third car our family has purchased from Team Hyundai, and I’m sure more family members will be going there next time we need a car!
Stealing from customers - Thomas Sayler
No doubt this is a 0 not a 1 star. DO NOT BUY FROM MASSEY HYUNDAI HAGERSTOWN (FRAUD?). I purchesed a 2014 Hyundai Elentra on June 3rd 2016. Paid $541.00 for a maintenance care plan for 10 oil changes 3 years 37,500 which would be 1 oil change every 3,750 miles. Took my car for oil change the next month (July 2016) and they charged me full price (still have the receipt). I just noticed this error after selling the car and being told by my new dealership about checking the car plan for possible refunds. I called the warrenty place and they say the dealership printed out the 10 coupons. The dealership says the warrenty place should have sent the coupons I didn't receive anything but 1 peice of paper from the dealership they day I pruchesed the car which describes very little to nothing. Looks like they are working together and pocketing the money giving the customer nothing in return. They had the chance to make this right after calling them 3 times ( just give me what I paid for oil changes) but chose to make the excuse the it's been 2 years and you sold the car. The management is so weak they would not speak with me and just relayed the messages through someone named Robby. Shame on you Massey, you did not honor the plan just 1 month after I purchased the car. Stealing from your customers is never a good thing. I will be posting this everywhere and anywhere I can. Good day
Lug nuts issue - jameske91
22 Aug 18 - I had an issue with the lug nuts on my 2014 Equus. I was told my car was not safe to drive which left it stuck in Springfield, VA. Since I normally get maintenance completed at Pohanka, I contacted them regarding the issue. I was transferred to Ralph, the Service Manager. I threw all my cards on the table explaining the situation. Ralph told me not to worry. He will find out what's going on and keep me informed. True to his word, Ralph stayed in contact with me and two days later I have my car back. I've never had such a great experience from a car dealership...especially from a service shop. I going to reach out to Pohanka’s General Manager so he will know my experience with working with Ralph. I’m a happy customer of Pohanka’s Service Department. Thank you
